本发明公开了一种轴向平移波纹补偿器,在相邻的两个管接头的外侧套装有橡胶管,在橡胶管的中部至少设置两个环形凹槽,并且每个管接头外侧至少有一个环形凹槽,每个环形凹槽内套装有钢圈。本发明结构紧凑、体积小、不占用空间、可用于狭小空间,利用波纹管的有效伸缩变形来吸收由于热胀冷缩等原因造成的尺寸变化,或补偿轴向、横向和角向位移,并具有降噪减振的作用。本发明使用寿命长,可以大大节约工业成本,适用于多领域,容易加工,安装方便,使用效果好。

本发明涉及管道连接补偿技术领域,具体涉及一种轴向平移波纹补偿器。
背景技术
现有技术中,用于大型循环流化床锅炉的管路用膨胀补偿装置,为非金属补偿器,它由耐火砖层和保温材料层构成,在二者之间设有一个非金属膨胀节。其缺陷在于,该补偿器整体壁厚及体积较大,器身重,耐温耐磨性能差,灰渣很容易泄漏,补偿效果较差,且使用寿命较短,一般为2—3个月,因停炉一次将会造成巨大经济损失,所以频繁的更换补偿器给企业带来严重的经济负担。
现有的波纹管补偿器主要有直管式和弯管式结构,利用多组波纹管分别以接管、拉杆构成,其外形尺寸大,占用空间大,难以用于空间狭小的场所或大型设备之间的补偿。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题和不足,提供一种轴向平移波纹补偿器。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种轴向平移波纹补偿器,在相邻的两个管接头的外侧套装有橡胶管,在橡胶管的中部至少设置两个环形凹槽,并且每个管接头外侧至少有一个环形凹槽,每个环形凹槽内套装有钢圈。
其中一个管接头深入橡胶管内部形成导流管,导流管的一端固定在橡胶管的内壁上。
所述矩形凸起的数量为两个,或者三个,或者四个。
有益效果:本发明结构紧凑、体积小、不占用空间、可用于狭小空间,利用波纹管的有效伸缩变形来吸收由于热胀冷缩等原因造成的尺寸变化,或补偿轴向、横向和角向位移,并具有降噪减振的作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参见图1,轴向平移波纹补偿器是在两个管接头的外侧同时套装有橡胶管3,橡胶管的中部设置有三个环形凹槽5,其中两个凹槽5位于管接头一3的外侧,另外一个环形凹槽5位于管接头二4的外侧。每个凹槽内套装有钢圈2。从而,橡胶管可以相对固定的被套装在两个管接头上。由于管接头一3伸入橡胶管1内部有较长距离,将管接头一3作为供水端,管接头一3伸入在橡胶管1内部的部分为导流管。导流管2的一端固定在橡胶管内壁上。
实施例2:参见图2,内容与实施例1基本相同,相同之处不重述,不同的是:包括四个环形凹槽5,其中一个环形凹槽位于管接头二4的外侧,两个环形凹槽位于管接头一3的外侧,第四个环形凹槽位于两个管接头之间。每个环形凹槽内套装有钢圈2。
实施例3:附图未画,内容与实施例1基本相同,相同之处不重述,不同的是:包括两个环形凹槽,两个管接头外侧分别有一个环形凹槽。每个环形凹槽内套装有钢圈。

1.一种轴向平移波纹补偿器,其特征是:在相邻的两个管接头的外侧套装有橡胶管,在橡胶管的中部至少设置两个环形凹槽,并且每个管接头外侧至少有一个环形凹槽,每个环形凹槽内套装有钢圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴向平移波纹补偿器,其特征是:其中一个管接头深入橡胶管内部形成导流管,导流管的一端固定在橡胶管的内壁上。
