本发明公开了一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱，其特征在于：包括水箱主体（1）和刻度线（2），所述刻度线设置在所述水箱主体外部；所述刻度线（2）为水箱主体外部的横线，所述刻度线（2）上设置有荧光粉，在所述刻度线（2）外边设置有透明防护罩。本发明汽车塑料水箱可即时判断加水过程中的加水量，并且结构简单，加水操作效率高。

技术领域
 本发明属于塑料水箱领域，具体的，本发明涉及一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱。
背景技术
汽车水箱又称散热器，是汽车冷却系统中主要机件；其功用是散发热量，冷却水在水套中吸收热量，流到散热器后将热量散去，再回到水套内而循环不断。从而达到散热调温的效果。
现有的汽车水箱因没有刻度指示，而不了解加水的量，为了即时判断加水过程中的加水量，需要研发一种新型的带有刻度指示的汽车水箱。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱，该汽车塑料水箱可即时判断加水过程中的加水量，并且结构简单，加水操作效率高。 
本发明解决上述技术问题，所采用的技术方案是：
一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱，包括水箱主体和刻度线，所述刻度线设置在所述水箱主体外部。
上述技术方案中，所述水箱主体采用塑料材料制成，所述塑料可以为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚丁烯等现有技术中常见的塑料材料。由于在水箱主体外部设置刻度线。技术人员在往水箱内添加液体时，可以及时地判断已经添加的液体量；因此方便了加液操作，有效地提高了加液操作的效率。
进一步地，所述刻度线为水箱主体外部的横线。
进一步地，所述刻度线为凸起于水箱主体表面的横线。 
    本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下的有益效果：该汽车塑料水箱可即时判断加水过程中的加水量，并且结构简单，加水操作效率高。

如图1所示，一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱，包括水箱主体1和刻度线2，所述刻度线设置在所述水箱主体的外部。所述刻度线为水箱主体外部的横线，并且所述刻度线为凸起于水箱主体表面的横线。
所述刻度线上设置有荧光粉，能够使其在夜晚当中看清其刻度值，方便人们的使用。
在所述刻度线外边设置有透明防护罩，便于保护刻度线，避免刻度线的损害。
实施例2：
如图1所示，一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱，包括水箱主体1和刻度线2，所述刻度线设置在所述水箱主体的外部。所述刻度线为水箱主体内部的横线，并且所述刻度线为凹于水箱主体表面的横线。所述刻度线上设置有荧光粉，在所述刻度线外边设置有透明防护罩。
所述刻度线上设置有荧光粉，能够使其在夜晚当中看清其刻度值，方便人们的使用。
在所述刻度线外边设置有透明防护罩，便于保护刻度线，避免刻度线的损害。
 
实施例3：
如图1所示，一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱，包括水箱主体1和刻度线2，所述刻度线设置在所述水箱主体的外部。所述刻度线为水箱主体外部的横线，并且所述刻度线为印刷在水箱主体表面的横线。所述刻度线（2）上设置有荧光粉，在所述刻度线（2）外边设置有透明防护罩。
所述刻度线上设置有荧光粉，能够使其在夜晚当中看清其刻度值，方便人们的使用。

如图1所示，一种带刻度线的汽车塑料水箱，包括水箱主体1和刻度线2，所述刻度线设置在所述水箱主体的内部。所述刻度线为水箱主体内部的横线，并且所述刻度线为凸于水箱主体表面的横线。
所述刻度线上设置有荧光粉，能够使其在夜晚当中看清其刻度值，方便人们的使用。
本发明该汽车塑料水箱可即时判断加水过程中的加水量，并且结构简单，加水操作效率高。
