技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革，尤其涉及一种防水保暖透气性舒适性好人造革。
背景技术
 人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材，将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上，在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层，经压轮压平或压花，即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展，凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点，已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。普通的人造革由基材和面层构成，基材为普通的织物，面层为PVC 塑料层，这样的人造革做的服装，保暖性，不能满足人们在冬天穿着的需要，此外由于人造革制品在使用过程中难免会沾碰到水，若是被水浸泡则会影响到人造革的使用寿命。另外，一般的人造革透气性舒适性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防水保暖透气性舒适性好人造革，提高人造革的保暖性能和防水性能，延长人造革的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防水保暖透气性舒适性好人造革，包括相互粘合在一起的基材、发泡层和表层，所述表层外表面设有塑料膜层，在所述基材的内表面设置有绒面，所述基材由面料制成，所述面料由粘胶纤维丝和蚕丝1/1平纹梭织而成，所述粘胶纤维丝的单丝直径为0.8μm ~1.5μm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明其基材表面呈绒面状，因此能够起到保暖的效果，还
能够增加人造革的饱满度，同时通过塑料膜层将人造革其它材料层与外界隔开，水无法浸入人造革其它材料层，延长了产品的使用寿命，同时扩大了产品的使用范围。
2、本发明面料采用粘胶纤维丝其生产原料为大自然中的树木，生产中无副产物。面料吸湿性好，又有合成纤维那样的高强度，尺寸稳定性好，水洗缩率较小，织物柔软，有丝绸般光泽。当有温度时，面料会膨胀，可以在防雨水和雪的侵入的同时，仍保持良好的透气性，面料具有天丝纤维一样的舒适性。
