技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐用型罩式退火炉。
背景技术
在现有的技术中罩式炉是将带钢卷扣入炉内进行加热、冷却等工艺操作的冶金退火设备。由于导向臂的稳定性差,在吊运设备过程中加热罩会发生晃动,造成加热罩的内衬与罩式炉的内罩发生摩擦而损坏其内衬。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种耐用型罩式退火炉,克服了现有技术中不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:耐用型罩式退火炉,包括内衬体和加热罩,所述内衬体外壁均布多个防磨凸点,所述内衬体底部具有安装座,所述安装座上具有至少两根导向柱;
所述加热罩下端面为开放面,所述加热罩能套于所述内衬体上,所述加热罩外部具有与所述导向柱对应的导向孔,所述导向柱能穿过所述导向孔。
进一步,所述内衬体外壁具有多条绕所述内衬体一周的导热凸环,所述导热凸环的半径小于所述内衬体中轴线至所述防磨凸点外沿的距离。
进一步,所述安装座的上表面为锥面,所述导向柱的下端固定于所述锥面上;
所述加热罩下端面上具有密封锥环体,所述密封锥环体与所述加热罩同轴线,所述密封锥环体的下端面与所述锥面适配。
进一步,所述防磨凸点与所述内衬体的外壁可拆卸连接。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,有效避免了内衬的磨损,导向性能好,易安装。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供一种耐用型罩式退火炉,包括内衬体1和加热罩6,内衬体1外壁均布多个防磨凸点2,内衬体1底部具有安装座5,安装座5上具有至少两根导向柱4;
加热罩6下端面为开放面,加热罩6能套于内衬体1上,加热罩6外部具有与导向柱4对应的导向孔7,导向柱4能穿过导向孔7。
吊装时防磨凸点2启动对内衬的保护作用,避免了内衬的磨损。
内衬体1外壁具有多条绕内衬体1一周的导热凸环3,导热凸环3的半径小于内衬体1中轴线至防磨凸点2外沿的距离。导热凸环3启导热的作用的同时在一定程度上能辅助防磨凸点2对内衬进行保护。
安装座5的上表面为锥面,导向柱4的下端固定于锥面上;
加热罩6下端面上具有密封锥环体8,密封锥环体8与加热罩6同轴线,密封锥环体8的下端面与锥面适配。通过锥面之间的配合在重力作用下,加热罩6和安装座5之间的密封效果更好。
防磨凸点2与内衬体1的外壁可拆卸连接。当磨损的痕迹出现在导热凸环3上时可以对防磨凸点2进行更换,避免进一步对内衬的磨损。

1.耐用型罩式退火炉,其特征在于:包括内衬体和加热罩,所述内衬体外壁均布多个防磨凸点,所述内衬体底部具有安装座,所述安装座上具有至少两根导向柱;
所述加热罩下端面为开放面,所述加热罩能套于所述内衬体上,所述加热罩外部具有与所述导向柱对应的导向孔,所述导向柱能穿过所述导向孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐用型罩式退火炉,其特征在于:所述内衬体外壁具有多条绕所述内衬体一周的导热凸环,所述导热凸环的半径小于所述内衬体中轴线至所述防磨凸点外沿的距离。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐用型罩式退火炉,其特征在于:所述安装座的上表面为锥面,所述导向柱的下端固定于所述锥面上;
所述加热罩下端面上具有密封锥环体,所述密封锥环体与所述加热罩同轴线,所述密封锥环体的下端面与所述锥面适配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐用型罩式退火炉,其特征在于:所述防磨凸点与所述内衬体的外壁可拆卸连接。
