本发明公开了一种防静电涂料,包括聚氨酯树脂25~30%;导电二丙酮醇20~26%;钛白粉2~5%;导电助剂8~12%;环氧树脂30~45%;导电性氧化锌2~8%;超细硅酸铝3~6%;水15~22%。通过上述方式,本发明一种防静电涂料,不仅消除静电的能力好,而且抗刮伤性优良、超强抗冲击及耐高温性能突出。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料领域,特别是一种防静电涂料。
背景技术
静电是一种客观的自然现象,产生的方式多种,如接触、摩擦等。人体自身的动作或与其他物体的接触,分离,摩擦或感应等因素,可以产生几千伏甚至上万伏的静电。防静电涂料是通过高科技涂膜和添加导电材料的技术,在完美地保留基材固有的物理特性的基础上,使其同时具有优异的防静电功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防静电涂料,解决了防静电能力弱的问题。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防静电涂料,其原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
       聚氨酯树脂                        25~30%;
         导电二丙酮醇                      20~26%;
         钛白粉                              2~5%;
         导电助剂                           8~12%;
         环氧树脂                           30~45%;
         导电性氧化锌                        2~8%;
         超细硅酸铝                          3~6%;
      水                                15~22%。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种防静电涂料,不仅消除静电的能力好,而且抗刮伤性优良、超强抗冲击及耐高温性能突出。

         环氧树脂                           30%;
         导电性氧化锌                        2%;
         超细硅酸铝                          3%;
      水                                15%。
    本发明实施例2包括:一种防静电涂料,所述防火涂料的原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
       聚氨酯树脂                        28%;
         导电二丙酮醇                      25%;
         钛白粉                              4%;
         导电助剂                           10%;
         环氧树脂                           38%;
         导电性氧化锌                        6%;
         超细硅酸铝                          4%;
      水                                18%。
    本发明实施例3包括:一种防静电涂料,所述防火涂料的原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
       聚氨酯树脂                        30%;
         导电二丙酮醇                      26%;
         钛白粉                              5%;
         导电助剂                           12%;
         环氧树脂                           45%;
         导电性氧化锌                        8%;
         超细硅酸铝                          6%;
      水                                22%。

         超细硅酸铝                          3~6%;
