Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种防静电抗菌抗辐射透气排汗强面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着电气设备技术的进一步发展,辐射在我们的周围随处可见,如影随形,不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等都会产生一定量的辐射,对人体的健康有威胁作用,尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩,产生的危害作用更大,此外,长期在辐射环境中工作,会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状。同时在高精密度要求的电子业,加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要。现有的面料大都直接用普通平面型的非织造布或打孔PE 薄膜制作,这些面料的纵向与横向上的力学特性如延展性、抗拉强度等差异很大,即呈现各向异性,会给使用者一种勒紧皮肤的感觉,特别是在走路、骑自行车等运动场合,更会感到不舒服。另外人们每天都会穿着衣服在各种场合学习、工作、生活,不自觉间就会接触到各种细菌,长期累积富集,会对人体的健康产生危害。
另外,传统服装透气排汗性不强;织物不结实不耐用怕挂蹭等小的损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防静电抗菌抗辐射透气排汗强面料,能够屏蔽辐射,降低辐射对人体伤害,且可以提高面料的导电性能,从而起到防静电的作用,同时可以提高抗菌效率,减少对人体健康的危害。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防静电抗辐射面料,它包括底层,底层表面复合有一基层,所述基层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜,在所述铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层,所述防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成,所述经纱为棉纱构成,所述纬纱为导电纤维构成,所述导电纤维为条纹型,间距为5-10mm;所述底层由织物制成,所述织物由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线和纬线一上一下平纹组织,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述经线采用PET纤维,第一纬线采用粘胶纤维,第二纬线采用吸湿排汗纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对面料结构的改变而有效提高了其综合性能,具有很好的防静电性能和抗辐射性能,增强了面料的安全性,同时可以提高抗菌效率,减少对人体健康的危害。
本发明透气排汗强,大量的汗水能及时的吸收然后释放到空气中;织物结实耐用不怕挂蹭等小的损害,多种方式均可清洗,仍然保持柔软,不会变型。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明涉及一种防静电抗菌抗辐射透气排汗强面料,它包括底层4,底层4表面复合有一基层1,所述基层1由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,所述基层1上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜2,在所述铝合金薄膜2上设置有防静电层3,所述防静电层3由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成,所述经纱为棉纱构成,所述纬纱为导电纤维构成,所述导电纤维为条纹型,间距为5-10mm。
本发明优选实施例中,所述防静电层3 中加入防静电剂。能消除面料上摩擦产生的各种静电积聚以及细菌,防止静电干扰及灰尘粘附现象。
所述底层由织物制成,所述织物由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线和纬线一上一下平纹组织,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述经线采用PET纤维,第一纬线采用粘胶纤维,第二纬线采用吸湿排汗纤维。
