背景技术
随着社会的需求，国家将逐步减少普通混凝土的用量，重点发展绿色环保型高性能混凝土，然而要获得高性能的混凝土，除了原材料配比的重要性外，对混凝土的搅拌方法和搅拌装置也要求逐渐趋向于专业化、高效化和大型化。
混凝土是指由砂、石作集料、水、外加剂等原材料按一定比例搅拌而成的混合料，广泛应用于工业、农业、交通、国防、水利、市政和民用等基础建设工程中，在国民经济中占有重要地位。随着社会的发展和建设施工技术的进步，社会对混凝土品质的要求越来越高，促进了混凝土向高强、轻质、耐久、抗暴、抗震等方面发展。随着社会的需求，国家将逐步减少普通混凝土的用量，重点发展绿色环保型高性能混凝土，然而要获得高性能的混凝土，除了原材料配比的重要性外，对混凝土的搅拌方法和搅拌装置也要求逐渐趋向于专业化、高效化和大型化。
传统的搅拌机对混凝土搅拌的时间较长，长时间的搅拌对混凝土质量有一定的影响，搅拌效率不高，不能符合现代建设发展的需求，因此急需一种改进的技术来解决上述技术缺陷。
