本发明涉及一种中药舒缓高血压的泡脚药方，本药方可通过刺激足部的穴位、反射区和经络，改善血液循环，降低血粘度，在防止高血压病方面也有很好的效果，能够从根本上消除体内导致高血压病的因素，血液循环得到改善，通过泡脚起到降压的效果。本发明的原料组成：防风、钩藤、夏枯草、桑叶、菊花、鬼针草、两面针、罗布麻、枸杞子、丹参、当归、赤芍，加适量的水，用砂锅煎煮，然后将煎好的药液去渣倒进木桶里，晚上睡前泡脚。

本发明涉及一种保健养生用品，一种中药舒缓高血压的泡脚药方。
背景技术：
人的双脚上存在着与各脏腑器官相对应的反射区，刺激这些反射区，可以促进人体血液循环，调理内分泌系统，增强人体器官机能，起到防病治病的保健效果，泡脚安全无副作用，方便舒适。
高血压是心脑血管病的首要危险因素，如果不及时治疗，高血压将导致脑溢血、动脉硬化、心肌梗死、肾衰和失明，高血压的危害非常大，高血压患者特别适宜用中药泡脚的方式来辅助治疗舒缓高血压，在热水泡脚的同时，如果能在热水中加上中药，对高血压患者来说，能起到强身保健作用。
发明内容：
本发明一种中药舒缓高血压泡脚药方，可通过刺激足部的反射区和经络，改善血液循环，降低血粘度，在辅助治疗舒缓高血压病方面有很好的效果，通过泡脚起到舒缓降压的效果。
本发明的原料组成：防风15-20克、钩藤30-35克、夏枯草20-25克、桑叶15-20克、菊花15-20克、鬼针草15-20克、两面针15-20克、罗布麻15-20克、枸杞子15-20克、丹参15-20克、当归15-20克、赤芍15-20克，加2000-3000毫升的水。
泡脚的方法：用砂锅煎煮30-35分钟，然后将煎好的药液去渣倒进木桶里，晚上睡前泡脚1次，泡脚水的温度为35-40℃，泡脚的时间为30分钟，水量以没过小腿的2/3为最佳。
小腿肚是人体的第二心脏可大大促进人体的血液循环效果，直达膝部的高水位泡脚能充分促进人体血液循环，可使泡脚效果更充分，皮肤有破损时要暂停泡药，出血性疾病禁止泡脚，中药泡脚只能起辅助治疗舒缓高血压的作用，不要把它当作治病的方法，以免耽误病情。
具体实施方式：
实施例1
取防风15克、钩藤30克、夏枯草20克、桑叶15克、菊花15克、鬼针草15克、两面针15克、罗布麻15克、枸杞子15克、丹参15克、当归15克、赤芍15克，加2000毫升的水，用砂锅煎煮30分钟，然后将煎好的药液去渣倒进木桶里，晚上睡前泡脚1次，泡脚水的温度为35-40℃，泡脚的时间为30分钟，水量没过小腿的2/3。
实施例2
取防风20克、钩藤35克、夏枯草25克、桑叶20克、菊花20克、鬼针草20克、两面针120克、罗布麻20克、枸杞子20克、丹参20克、当归20克、赤芍20克，加3000毫升的水，用砂锅煎煮35分钟，然后将煎好的药液去渣倒进木桶里，晚上睡前泡脚1次，泡脚水的温度为35-40℃，泡脚的时间为30分钟，水量没过小腿的2/3。
