本发明涉及一种金属锁定型跟骨接骨板,该接骨板为树杈型,即接骨板包括:T形主干、两个分支,T形主干的T形头部并列设有两个头部螺钉孔,即头部螺钉孔中心连线与T形主干的主体中心线垂直,T形主干与分支连接处设有连接螺钉孔,分支上均匀设有锁定螺钉孔,相邻锁定螺钉孔之间、连接螺钉孔与头部螺钉孔之间均设有两边对称的凹槽。本发明上述设计中T形主干头部两个头部螺钉孔能够增加接骨板与跟骨的连接强度,连接螺钉孔在接骨板弯曲时保证T形主干与跟骨的连接强度;凹槽减小接骨板的厚度,便于钢板折弯;各个螺钉孔部位保持原厚度不变,确保螺钉拧入后不露出钢板。

本发明涉及接骨板,特别涉及一种金属锁定型跟骨接骨板。
背景技术
金属锁定型接骨板(跟骨锁定钢板)是固定跟骨骨折内固定的重要医疗器械,适用于跟骨骨折愈合用,与锁定接骨螺钉及器械配套使用。跟骨部位骨折病例较为复杂,且骨头不规则,钢板在植入时需要按照解剖形态进行预弯。跟骨部位肌肉组织较薄,当前钢板材料较厚,直接影响钢板的预弯、手术后的缝合及患者植入后的舒适性。
发明内容
作为本设计的较佳改进,本发明的目的是提供一种金属锁定型跟骨接骨板,T形主干头部两个头部螺钉孔能够增加接骨板与跟骨的连接强度,连接螺钉孔在接骨板弯曲时保证T形主干与跟骨的连接强度;所述凹槽减小接骨板的厚度,便于钢板折弯;各个螺钉孔部位保持原厚度不变,确保螺钉拧入后不露出钢板。

上述设计中T形主干头部两个头部螺钉孔能够增加接骨板与跟骨的连接强度,连接螺钉孔在接骨板弯曲时保证T形主干与跟骨的连接强度;所述凹槽减小接骨板的厚度,便于接骨板折弯;各个螺钉孔部位保持原厚度不变,确保螺钉拧入后不露出钢板。

如图所示,所述一种金属锁定型跟骨接骨板,该接骨板为树杈型,即所述接骨板包括:一个T形主干2、与主干尾部连接的两个分支5,所述T形主干2的T形头部6并列设有两个头部螺钉孔1,即所述头部螺钉孔1中心连线与所述T形主干2的主体中心线垂直,所述T形主干2与分支5连接处设有连接螺钉孔3,所述分支5上均匀设有锁定螺钉孔4,相邻锁定螺钉孔4之间的分支5厚度小于螺钉孔深度,所述连接螺钉孔3与所述头部螺钉孔1之间的主干厚度小于头部螺钉孔1和连接螺钉孔3的深度,即所述相邻锁定螺钉孔4之间、所述连接螺钉孔3与所述头部螺钉孔1之间均设有两边对称的凹槽7。
上述设计中T形主干2头部两个头部螺钉孔1能够增加接骨板与跟骨的连接强度,连接螺钉孔3在接骨板弯曲时保证T形主干2与跟骨的连接强度;所述凹槽7减小接骨板的厚度,便于接骨板折弯;各个螺钉孔部位保持原厚度不变,确保螺钉拧入后不露出钢板。

1.一种金属锁定型跟骨接骨板,其特征在于:该接骨板为树杈型,即所述接骨板包括:一个T形主干、与主干尾部连接的两个分支,所述T形主干的T形头部并列设有两个头部螺钉孔,即所述头部螺钉孔中心连线与所述T形主干的主体中心线垂直,所述T形主干与分支连接处设有连接螺钉孔,所述分支上均匀设有锁定螺钉孔,相邻锁定螺钉孔之间的分支厚度小于螺钉孔深度,所述连接螺钉孔与所述头部螺钉孔之间的主干厚度小于头部螺钉孔和连接螺钉孔的深度,即所述相邻锁定螺钉孔之间、所述连接螺钉孔与所述头部螺钉孔之间均设有两边对称的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属锁定型跟骨接骨板,其特征是,所述凹槽对称设置在T形主干和分支的上下两个面。
