Abstract

本发明公开了一种石油管道,由从外至内的加强层和内层构成,该内层的内壁沿管道轴线为波浪形凹凸设置。本发明采用双层结构构成石油管道的管体,保温性能强,强度高,输送石油方便,耐压性好,不易发生破损,提高了安全性;并将内壁设成波浪形,使得管道内的石油流动存在波动性,增强了湍流性,降低了粘连性。

本发明涉及石油输送装置技术领域,尤其是一种用于石油输送的石油管道。
背景技术
石油开采后必须运输到相应的加工部门,才能得到更佳地利用,其中输送石油的石油管道则是必不可少的设备。现有的石油管道为直管结构,由于石油本身粘性,很容易粘连在管壁上,造成堵塞,给输送石油带来不便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种石油管道,输送石油方便,不易堵塞。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种石油管道,由从外至内的加强层和内层构成,该内层的内壁沿管道轴线为波浪形凹凸设置。
进一步地,该凹凸设置的周期长度为管道外径的2~5倍。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:采用双层结构构成石油管道的管体,保温性能强,强度高,输送石油方便,耐压性好,不易发生破损,提高了安全性;并将内壁设成波浪形,使得管道内的石油流动存在波动性,增强了湍流性,降低了粘连性。

如图1所示的一种石油管道,由从外至内的加强层1和内层2构成,该内层2的内壁沿管道轴线为波浪形凹凸设置。
采用双层结构构成石油管道的管体,保温性能强,强度高,输送石油方便,耐压性好,不易发生破损,提高了安全性;并将内壁设成波浪形,使得管道内的石油流动存在波动性,增强了湍流性,降低了粘连性。
将波浪形的凹凸周期长度设为管道外径的2~5倍,使得流动的石油不断经过增速和减速过程,在增速的管道里正是内径最小时,此时出现文丘里管的喷射现象,减小了石油的粘连性,提高了流动性,,从而避免出现堵塞;适合各种石油输送。

1.一种石油管道,其特征在于:由从外至内的加强层和内层构成,该内层的内壁沿管道轴线为波浪形凹凸设置。
2.如权利要求1所述石油管道,其特征在于:该凹凸设置的周期长度为管道外径的2~5倍。
