本发明涉及一种光伏电池板支架防锈蚀涂料,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有光伏电池板支架多为铝合金材质,其上涂有油漆以便防锈、防腐蚀。
但是一般的油漆在室外的太阳直射、雨水、气温变化等条件下非常容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:提出一种可以在自然环境中更好的防锈蚀、防腐蚀的光伏电池板支架用的防锈蚀涂料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种光伏电池板支架防锈蚀涂料,包括以如下重量份计的成分:分散剂12份,异丙醇22份,环氧树脂17份,固化剂3份,滑石粉5份,纳米级二氧化钛6份,聚苯乙烯6份。
本发明提供的光伏电池板支架防锈蚀涂料,以异丙醇为溶剂,以环氧树脂、纳米级二氧化钛和聚苯乙烯为主要防锈蚀成分,可以在阳光直射、雨水、霜冻和昼夜温差变化中保持稳定,可以更好的保护光伏电池板的铝合金支架。
本发明进一步的完善是:还包括颜填料11份。
本发明更进一步的完善是:所述颜填料包括以重量份计的成分:石墨粉4份、铝粉2份和颜料9份。这样,可以根据需要,将涂料改变为不同的颜色以满足不同需求。
