一种阻燃耐腐蚀丙烯酸涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃耐腐蚀丙烯酸涂料。
背景技术
目前在室内装修中木质材料及涂料用量逐年递增,由于木质材料和有些涂料本身的可燃性和易燃性,必然存在火灾隐患。近年来,由于装饰材料的大量使用,这种火灾呈上升趋势。制备新型的不燃、难燃装饰材料,受到国家有关部门的高度重视。因此阻燃涂料成为研究的热点,但现有的阻燃涂料仍然存在着一些不足,通过涂膜的催化成炭作用以实现对基材阻燃的现有技术,采用的脱水催化剂分解温度偏高而低温活性差,涂料的阻燃性能欠佳。因为火灾发生时,成膜物质往往先于脱水催化剂受热分解,产生较多的可燃的挥发性有机化合物,影响炭层的形成和结构,进而影响对基材的保护作用。
发明内容
基本背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种阻燃耐腐蚀丙烯酸涂料,具有优异的耐热阻燃性能,而且耐腐蚀性能优秀。
本发明提出的一种阻燃耐腐蚀丙烯酸涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水溶性丙烯酸树脂60-70份,水溶性酚醛树脂12-15份,丁苯橡胶8-11份,月桂酸二乙醇酰胺3-4份,羟丙基甲基纤维素2.8-3.1份,海泡石粉15-18份,滑石粉5-8份,蒙脱石粉1-2份,三聚氰胺磷酸酯2-3份,纳米氢氧化镁14-17份,磷酸三甲苯酯3-4份,全甲醚化氨基树脂10-15份,松香酸锰2-3份,环氧基硅烷偶联剂0.4-0.6份,颜料15-25份,增韧剂2.1-2.4份,消泡剂0.5-0.8份,平流剂0.7-1份,防霉剂0.4-0.5份,溶剂50-55份。
优选地,水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水溶性酚醛树脂和丁苯橡胶的重量比为67-69:13-14:9-10。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:水溶性丙烯酸树脂67-69份,水溶性酚醛树脂13-14份,丁苯橡胶9-10份,月桂酸二乙醇酰胺3.4-3.6份,羟丙基甲基纤维素2.9-3份,海泡石粉16-17份,滑石粉6-7份,蒙脱石粉1.6-1.9份,三聚氰胺磷酸酯2.3-2.5份,纳米氢氧化镁15-16份,磷酸三甲苯酯3.3-3.7份,全甲醚化氨基树脂12-13份,松香酸锰2.4-2.8份,环氧基硅烷偶联剂0.45-0.55份,颜料17-20份,增韧剂2.2-2.3份,消泡剂0.6-0.7份,平流剂0.8-0.9份,防霉剂0.42-0.45份,溶剂53-56份。
优选地,溶剂为水、乙醇、丙酮、甲苯、二甲苯中的一种。
优选地,环氧基硅烷偶联剂为3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-[(2,3)-环氧丙氧]丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、乙氧基二甲基[3-(环氧乙烷氧基)丙基]硅烷、三甲氧基[3-(环氧乙烷基甲氧基)丙基]硅烷中的一种。
全甲醚化氨基树脂的化学名称为六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
本发明采用水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水溶性酚醛树脂和丁苯橡胶作为成膜物质,使本发明具有良好的硬度以及耐候、耐磨、耐热阻燃性能,通过月桂酸二乙醇酰胺的乳化作用,使成膜物质能够溶于极性或非极性溶剂中;羟丙基甲基纤维素、海泡石粉、滑石粉和蒙脱石粉相互配合作为增稠剂,不仅能调整本发明的稠度,还大大提高了本发明的防触变性能,并降低制造成本,通过环氧基硅烷偶联剂与成膜物质接枝,大大提高了本发明的相容性,而且磷酸三甲苯酯作为增塑剂,可辅助海泡石粉、滑石粉和蒙脱石粉均匀分散在溶剂中;海泡石粉、滑石粉和蒙脱石粉具有防腐蚀的官能团,可大幅提高本发明的耐腐蚀能力;而三聚氰胺磷酸酯、磷酸三甲苯酯作为氮、磷系阻燃剂,和纳米氢氧化镁相互配合,不仅大大提高了本发明的耐热阻燃性能,而且还能抑制烟雾的生成;全甲醚化氨基树脂和松香酸锰配合,提高本发明的固化速度,可在140-160℃时烘15-20min即可完全干燥。

本发明提出的一种阻燃耐腐蚀丙烯酸涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水溶性丙烯酸树脂69份,水溶性酚醛树脂13份,丁苯橡胶10份,月桂酸二乙醇酰胺3.4份,羟丙基甲基纤维素3份,海泡石粉16份,滑石粉7份,蒙脱石粉1.6份,三聚氰胺磷酸酯2.5份,纳米氢氧化镁15份,磷酸三甲苯酯3.7份,全甲醚化氨基树脂12份,松香酸锰2.8份,三甲氧基[3-(环氧乙烷基甲氧基)丙基]硅烷0.45份,颜料20份,增韧剂2.2份,消泡剂0.7份,平流剂0.8份,防霉剂0.45份,水53份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种阻燃耐腐蚀丙烯酸涂料,其原料按重量份包括:水溶性丙烯酸树脂60份,水溶性酚醛树脂15份,丁苯橡胶8份,月桂酸二乙醇酰胺4份,羟丙基甲基纤维素2.8份,海泡石粉18份,滑石粉5份,蒙脱石粉2份,三聚氰胺磷酸酯2份,纳米氢氧化镁17份,磷酸三甲苯酯3份,全甲醚化氨基树脂15份,松香酸锰2份,3-[(2,3)-环氧丙氧]丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷0.6份,颜料15份,增韧剂2.4份,消泡剂0.5份,平流剂1份,防霉剂0.4份,乙醇55份。
