Abstract
混合电路断电器的真空盒具有一端板,端板上的一条槽容纳在真空盒之外的一环形线圈,线圈与真空盒灭弧的触点串联。线圈的位置对着灭弧触点,并由槽牢固定位。
Description
本发明涉及一种中压电路断电器,它具有一密封的外壳,位于上述壳体中的一对主触点,一个真空盒,一个触点操纵机构和一产生轴向磁场的线圈。上述密封壳体中充有高绝缘强度的气体如六氟化硫。上述真空盒带有一个由两块端板密封的圆筒形壳体,位于上述外壳中并装有一对对准的灭弧触点,灭弧触点与主触点呈电气并联关系。上述触点操纵机构使灭弧触点在主触点之后打开,而在主触点之前闭合。上述线圈产生的轴向磁场位于当灭弧触点分开时在真空盒内产生电弧的区域。
一种现有技术中的上述种类的电路断电器(FR-A-2,655,766)具有一个轴向消弧线圈,装在真空盒内,由布置在真空盒端板上的凹槽制成。这个零件很难制作,只有很少一部分电流流过构成灭弧线圈的螺旋形轨迹。由灭弧线圈产生的磁场磁谱并不理想,因而需要研制一种性能更好的简化装置。
已有人提出触点零件的形状应能使电流轨迹呈螺旋形,从而在弧区产生磁场。这种技术方案也有上述的零件复杂,磁场磁谱不理想的缺点。
按照本发明的电路断路器的特征在于环形线圈共轴地位于上述外壳的真空盒的外面,对着灭弧触点处于打开位时的间隙,线圈设置在一端板上的环形槽内,线圈的直径小于上述壳体的直径。
由于将线圈放置在真空盒外面,真空盒内的零件就大大简化了,而且线圈的位置可以对着分开触点的间隔,在断电区产生理想的磁场。真空盒具有放置在盒外的线圈已是现有技术,但是这种线圈总是绕着绝缘的圆筒形壳体。由于存在绕着绝缘的圆筒形壳体的线圈,所以会产生绝缘的问题,这是由于线圈带来的绝缘壳体的电容短路问题。而且很难将这种线圈刚性地固定以承受大的电磁力,涂层的解决方案的缺点是限制了真空盒产生的热量的发散,也增大了真空盒的尺寸。
按照本发明,线圈放在壳体中,处于真空盒端板的环形槽内,因而解决了机械固定和绝缘问题。真空盒的灭弧触点位于线圈中心,线圈产生的磁场轴向覆盖触点的整个范围。接受线圈的端板最好是在静止触点一侧的端板,该端板由金属或绝缘材料制成钟形,覆盖着静止的灭弧触点,其间具有间隙。端板处的壳体横截面自然地适合于线圈形状,该壳体在静止的灭弧触点一侧是打开的以便使线圈能插入该壳体中。整个组件为圆柱形,壳体外壁一直伸展到真空盒端部附近,在那里壳体外壁与真空盒绝缘的圆筒形壳体接合在一起。因此,真空盒的绝缘长度得以维护,很适于在六氟化硫中的绝缘承受能力。线圈最好为单匝,以很小的间隙插在端板上的壳体或称槽中,线圈有两个端部分别连接于静止的灭弧触点和电流输入,即连接于主触点。线圈的两端部有助于线圈的固定,它们平行于钟形端板向着真空盒轴线的方向延伸,以便机械上固定于静止的灭弧触点。通过简单的绝缘垫圈实现与电流输入的绝缘,线圈的两端部在周向上稍稍错开以防电接触。
现在对照以下附图详细描述本发明的一个非限定性实施例,通过对该实施例的描述可以更清楚地了解本发明的其它优点和特征。

图1相应于上面提到的法国专利中的附图,画出了混合电路断电器的一般结构,它具有一个密封的外壳10,内充高绝缘强度的气体如六氟化硫。在外壳10中装有主触点11,12和一个与主触11,12并联的真空盒13。组件由机构14操纵,机构14使主触点11,12在真空盒13的灭弧触点15,16打开之前打开。上面提到的法国专利应被引用以介绍本混合电路断路器结构和操作的进一步细节。
从图2中可以看出,真空盒13具有由玻璃或陶瓷材料制成的圆筒形壳体17,由两块端板18,19密封住。在真空盒13中端板19一侧装有静止触点15,而在端板18一侧装有由操纵杆20支承的活动触点16,操纵杆20严密地穿过端板18。灭弧线圈15和16呈盘状,由高电阻率的材料制成。端板19上有环形槽21,一直延伸到在打开位置分开触点15,16的间隙的底部。在图2中槽21是向上敞开的,使环形线圈22可被插入,安装在槽21的底部,以这种方式共轴地环绕着分开触点15,16的间隙。灭弧触点15,16位于线圈22的中心,显然由流过线圈22的电流产生的磁场是轴向的,覆盖灭弧触点的整个范围。线圈22以一个小间隙插入槽21,槽21机械式地将其固定。端板19呈钟形,覆盖静止的灭弧触点15并在内部套住线圈22,该钟形的底边23弯曲形成圆筒形壁24从外部套住线圈22。外壁24可以向上延伸到端板19的平面,如图2所示,并在该处与绝缘的圆筒形壳体17相接。如果绝缘耐力足够,也可以减少外壁24的高度。组件是轴向对称的,而且在一推荐实施例中,与活动触点有关的端板18和与静止触点有关的端板19形状相似,在这种情况下未使用相应的槽。在图2所示实施例中,端板18,19是金属的,绝缘是由圆筒形壳体17提供的。显然,端板18和/或19可以是绝缘的,这有助于或提供了真空盒13在六氟化硫中的绝缘耐受力。
线圈22是矩形截面单匝的,具有两个端部25,26,明显地平行于端板19从槽21中伸出,向着真空盒13轴线的方向径向地延伸。端部25压向静止触点15,并具有一个孔27以便固定螺钉28穿过。另一端部26用作电流输入的导体,叠置在端部25上,通过绝缘垫圈29与端部25相绝缘。螺钉28穿过大孔30旋入静止灭弧触点的螺孔以便将两个端部25,26固定到静止的灭弧触点上。因此,端部25,26有助于以一种特别简单的方式将线圈22固定在槽21中。可以看出通过端部26输入的电流在到达静止的灭弧触点15之前流过线圈22,因此,在灭弧触点15,16分开区域产生轴向磁场。
图4显示一种替代实施例,其中经圈22位于端板19的高度,与分开灭弧触点15,16的间隙稍稍向上错开。由该线圈22所产生的磁场磁谱不再是理想的,因为它呈现一个小的径向分量,但是槽21深度的减小使端板19易于制造。另外也充分保留了线圈22易于机械固定的优点。
真空盒13的结构极为简单。
显然,本发明并不限定于本说明书详细描述的实施例,恰恰相反,任何替代实施例仍属于本发明的等同范围,例如线圈具有若干匝以及在制造时或其后再镶面,使线圈装在一关闭的槽中。
Claims (7)
1.一种中压电路断路器,具有一个充有高绝缘强度气体如六氟化硫的密封外壳(10);位于上述外壳(10)中的一对主触点(11,12);带有一个由两块端板密封的,位于所述外壳(10)中的,并内装一对与所述主触点(11,12)并联的对准的灭弧触点(15,16)的圆筒形壳体(17);使灭弧触点(15,16)在主触点(11,12)之后打开而在主触点(11,12)之前闭合的上述触点(11,12,15,16)的操纵机构(14);以及当灭弧触点(15,16)分开时在真空盒(13)内产生电弧的区域产生轴向磁场的一个线圈(22),其特征在于:所述环形线圈(22)在所述外壳(10)内共轴地设置于真空盒(13)外,对着在打开位置分开灭弧触点(15,16)的间隙,所述线圈(22)设置在所述端板(19)之一上的一条环形槽(21)中,所述环形槽(21)的直径小于所述圆筒形壳体(17)的直径。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路断路器,其特征在于:所述线圈(22)和有关的端板(19)位于静止的灭弧触点(15)那一侧。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电路断路器,其特征在于:与所述线圈(22)相关的端板(19)形成一环形壳体(21),壳体(21)的敞开端位于所述端板侧,其横截面形状适于将线圈插入该壳体,壳体(21)的内壁共轴地绕着所述静止的灭触触点(15),形成足够的电绝缘空间。
4.如权利要求3所述的电路断电器,其特征在于:所述壳体(21)的外壁与真空盒(13)的圆筒形壳体(17)相接,真空盒的圆筒形壳体是由绝缘材料制成的,且其长度适于在六氟化硫中的绝缘耐受力。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的电路断路器,其特征在于:所述线圈(22)为单匝,具有第一端部和第二端部(25,26),两个端部在环向上错开,平行于与线圈(22)相关的端板(19),第一端部(25)在机械上和电气上固定于静止的灭弧触点(15)。
6.如权利要求5所述的电路断路器,其特征在于:所述第二端部(26)连接于主触点(11,12)之一,而机械上固定于所述静止的灭弧触点(15)但在电气上与其绝缘。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的电路断电器,其特征在于:对着静止的灭弧触点(15),线圈(22)的两端部(25,26)相交叠并具有对准的孔以便螺钉(28)穿过,螺钉(28)旋入静止的灭弧触点(15),第一端部(25)与灭弧触点(15)接触,而第二端部(26)通过绝缘垫圈(29)与第一端部和螺钉相绝缘。
