本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种荧光发光防水保暖面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高,并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面,而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展,在寒冷的天气里,保暖性好的衣物倍受青睐,但当遇到下雨天或湿度较大的天气时,这种保暖衣物因吸附水分而变得潮湿,不但起不到保持身体温暖的效果,反而会阴冷无比,使穿着者感到非常的不舒适。
另外,传统服装所采用的织物不能发光。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种荧光发光防水保暖面料,具有较好的保暖性能和防水性能,延长面料的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种荧光发光防水保暖面料,它依次包括外层、面料层和里层,所述外层和面料层压合,其中外层为防风防水透气膜,面料层为织物,里层为保暖层,所述里层与面料层贴合;所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜,微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为100-500 微米;所述外层外还设置有保护层,所述保护层为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜;所述织物包括织物本体,以及依次设置在织物本体上的中间层和发光体,所述发光体的背面设有粘层,发光体的正面是一荧光面层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明荧光发光防水保暖面料,该面料从外到内依次包括防水层、底料层和保暖层,保暖层在内侧,贴身穿着,具有良好的保暖效果,在外侧设置有防水层,可使底料层和保暖层保持干燥,防水效果好,保证衣物的保暖效果。
本发明织物能发光,不仅结构简单轻巧,使用方便灵活,根据需要随意设置,而且制造简单,使用寿命长久。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种荧光发光防水保暖面料,依次包括外层1、面料层2 和里层3,所述外层1 和面料层2 压合,其中外层1 为防风防水透气膜,面料层2 为织物,里层3 为保暖层,所述里层3 与面料层2 贴合。
所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜。
所述微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为100-500 微米。
所述外层1外还设置有保护层4,所述保护层4 为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜。
所述织物包括织物本体,以及依次设置在织物本体上的中间层和发光体,所述发光体的背面设有粘层,发光体的正面是一荧光面层。
