Abstract
本发明涉及一种防电磁波辐射的面料,该防电磁波辐射的面料采用三明治结构,由纺织面料作为面层和底层,防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物作为中间防电磁波辐射功能层,纺织面料为棉布、麻布、真丝、混纺面料和聚酯纤维面料中的一种或几种的混合面料;中间防电磁波辐射功能层的防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物为化学气相沉积或者化学气相渗透SiC包覆的碳纤维和多金属离子型碳纤维混合编织而成的屏蔽织物。本发明的有益效果为:SiC包覆碳纤维和多金属离子型碳纤维混合编织而成的屏蔽织物能有效地防止电磁波通过该面料辐射,保护人的身体免受辐射,碳纤维相对有金属纤维更适用于人贴身穿着,多金属离子可以起到杀菌除臭的作用,具有极大的实用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种防电磁波辐射的面料。
背景技术
随着现代电子工业的高速发展和电子、电器产品、现代厨房大量普及的微波炉、消毒柜、电烤箱、电冰箱等家用电器的普遍使用,电磁波辐射己成为社会不可忽视的公害之一。电磁辐射会影响人的身体健康,电磁辐射是除了废气,污水,噪音污染以外的第四种污染。长期受到电磁波辐射的危害会容易引起心血管,脑血管等多种疾病,微弱的电磁波也会通过眼睛侵入大脑,给人们播下癌症的诱因。每天在电脑前工作六小时以上的工作人员,会造成记忆力衰退,失眠,容易激动,心悸,白细胞和血小板减少,甚至是流产和新生儿畸形等严重后果,对人体的伤害非常严重。因此为了保护设备稳定和人体安全,国内外研究者就防电磁辐射材料已经开展了广泛的研究。
目前,国内外的电磁屏蔽织物主要采用金属丝包芯纱(棉纱中加入不锈钢微丝)织造而成;也有用金属丝和纤维进行混合纺纱再织布的方法,如中国专利CN87103582A《一种用镍纤维织物制作的屏蔽服》。这两种方法均需采用价格昂贵的金属微丝,制造成本比较高,而且使用时间长了以后会出现金属丝腐蚀、生锈等的现象,不适用于紧贴身体穿着的织物。因此,设计一种既能防止电磁波辐射,又能适合于贴身穿着,制造成本较低,适合大规模生产推广的防电磁波辐射的面料是必要的。
为此,本发明的设计者有鉴于上述技术缺陷,通过潜心研究和设计,综合长期多年从事相关产业的经验和成果,研究设计出一种防电磁波辐射的面料,以克服上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题为:设计一种防电磁波辐射的面料,以期望能够大规模生产推广既能防电磁波辐射、又适合于贴身穿着,成本较低的防电磁波辐射面料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种防电磁波辐射的面料,所述的防电磁波辐射的面料采用三明治结构,由纺织面料作为面层和底层,防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物作为中间防电磁波辐射功能层,纺织面料为棉布、麻布、真丝、混纺面料和聚酯纤维面料中的一种或几种的混合面料;其特征在于:所述的作为中间防电磁波辐射功能层的防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物为SiC包覆的碳纤维和多金属离子型碳纤维混合编织而成的屏蔽织物,所述的屏蔽织物采用-45°\0°\45\90°的编织方式编织而成,厚度为0.08mm~0.12mm,具有320目~400目的网眼。
上述的防电磁波辐射的纤维织物,其特征在于:采用化学气相沉积或者化学气相渗透方法在碳纤维表面包覆SiC。
上述的防电磁波辐射的纤维织物,其特征在于:所述的金属离子为银离子、铜离子、镍离子、铁离子和钴离子中的一种或几种。
通过上述技术方案可知,本发明的一种防电磁波辐射的面料具有如下技术效果:
1、本发明的防电磁波辐射的面料采用化学气相沉积或者化学气相渗透SiC包覆碳纤维和多金属离子型碳纤维混合编织而成的屏蔽织物作为防电磁波辐射功能层能有效地防止电磁波通过该面料辐射,保护人的身体免受辐射,具有极大的实用价值;
2、本发明的防电磁波辐射的面料将防电磁波辐射功能层设置于纺织面料之间,适合于人贴身穿着;同时碳纤维相对有金属纤维更适用于人贴身穿着;
3、屏蔽织物采用-45°\0°\45\90°的编织方式编织而成可以有效地提高屏蔽织物的编织强度,进而保证了整个面料的结实度;
4、银离子、铜离子、镍离子、铁离子和钴离子等多金属离子可以有效地起到杀菌除臭的作用。

下面结合说明书附图详细说明本发明的防电磁波辐射的面料。

本发明的一种防电磁波辐射的面料,所述的防电磁波辐射的面料采用三明治结构,由纺织面料作为面层和底层,防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物作为中间防电磁波辐射功能层,纺织面料为棉布、麻布、真丝、混纺面料和聚酯纤维面料中的一种或几种的混合面料;所述的作为中间防电磁波辐射功能层的防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物为SiC包覆的碳纤维和多金属离子型碳纤维混合编织而成的屏蔽织物,所述的屏蔽织物采用-45°\0°\45\90°的编织方式编织而成,厚度为0.10mm,具有320目~400目的网眼;其中采用化学气相沉积或者化学气相渗透方法在碳纤维表面包覆SiC;所述的金属离子为银离子、铜离子、镍离子、铁离子和钴离子中的一种或几种。
通过上述结构可知,本发明的防电磁波辐射的面料具有如下优点:
1、本发明的防电磁波辐射的面料采用化学气相沉积或者化学气相渗透SiC包覆碳纤维和多金属离子型碳纤维混合编织而成的屏蔽织物作为防电磁波辐射功能层能有效地防止电磁波通过该面料辐射,保护人的身体免受辐射,具有极大的实用价值;
2、本发明的防电磁波辐射的面料将防电磁波辐射功能层设置于纺织面料之间,适合于人贴身穿着;同时碳纤维相对有金属纤维更适用于人贴身穿着;

1.一种防电磁波辐射的面料,所述的防电磁波辐射的面料采用三明治结构,由纺织面料作为面层和底层,防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物作为中间防电磁波辐射功能层,纺织面料为棉布、麻布、真丝、混纺面料和聚酯纤维面料中的一种或几种的混合面料;其特征在于:所述的作为中间防电磁波辐射功能层的防电磁波辐射的纤维编织物为SiC包覆的碳纤维和多金属离子型碳纤维混合编织而成的屏蔽织物,所述的屏蔽织物采用-45°\0°\45\90°的编织方式编织而成,厚度为0.08mm~0.12mm,具有320目~400目的网眼。
2.如权利要求1所述的防电磁波辐射的纤维织物,其特征在于:采用化学气相沉积或者化学气相渗透方法在碳纤维表面包覆SiC。
3.如权利要求1所述的防电磁波辐射的纤维织物,其特征在于:所述的金属离子为银离子、铜离子、镍离子、铁离子和钴离子中的一种或几种。
