Abstract
本发明公开了一种防噪音复合板,包括外层的隔护层、封裹材料和芯部材料,所述的隔护层包括最外层的防护板和内层的纤维布,防护板为内表面具有均匀分布小孔的岩棉板,厚度为5-8mm,其纤维布为玻璃纤维编制成的多轴向布,纤维布的厚度是0.1-0.3mm;所述的封裹材料隔气薄膜,厚度是0.05-0.5mm;所述的芯部材料为膨胀珍珠岩、植物纤维、铅、钡、镉、锡和气相二氧化硅的混合物。本发明所述的防噪音复合板隔音效果好、保温效果佳,生产工艺简单具有防火、防水、搞腐蚀、耐潮湿、不被虫蛀、不长真菌、耐酸碱、无毒害、无污染等优良性能,且比塑料硬度高,寿命长,强度高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防噪音复合板及制备方法,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
噪音污染不但损伤人的听觉,而且能够引发心脑系统疾病。在工业发达地区及交通繁忙的城市已成为人类公害之一,从最简单的用手指堵住耳朵开始,人们就使用各种方法来阻碍声音的传导:在外耳道填塞棉花团等纤维制品,虽然很方便但降噪音效果不好。人们也用各种软质塑胶制品作为声音阻隔材料,大致可分两类:非发泡材料和发泡材料,前者包括模塑橡胶制品和可塑性胶块,由于人体差异,模塑橡胶制品很难满足所有人的要求。因人而异的制模又很麻烦,且给大规模生产带来困难,可塑性胶块不易充满耳道,并且难于取出。以上设计都没有考虑人耳道的构造以及特定共振频率,在整个声音频带产生衰减,虽然能减低噪音同时也使人无法进行正常的语音交流,给一些工作、生活带来麻烦。也有人设计更为复杂的装置,如电子滤波器,一方面防止噪音,一方面传送语音信号,这种装置价格昂贵、使用麻烦。还有人再设计玻璃时装上双层玻璃,即不利于散热,也影响空气的流通。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防噪音复合板及制备方法,该防噪音复合板用于建筑外墙或内墙上,既不影响采光和通风,还具有防噪音和绝热的功效。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防噪音复合板,包括外层的隔护层、封裹材料和芯部材料,其特征在于,所述的隔护层包括最外层的防护板和内层的纤维布,防护板为内表面具有均匀分布小孔的岩棉板,厚度为5-8mm,其纤维布为玻璃纤维编制成的多轴向布,纤维布的厚度是0.1-0.3mm;所述的封裹材料隔气薄膜,厚度是0.05-0.5mm;所述的芯部材料为膨胀珍珠岩、植物纤维、铅、钡、镉、锡和气相二氧化硅的混合物。
优选的,所述的防护板内表面的小孔的分布范围3-5个/cm2,深度为1-3mm。
优选的,所述的植物纤维为玉米秸秆粉碎物、高粱秸秆粉碎物和油菜秸秆粉碎物中的任意一种或二种以上以任意比例混合的混合物。
优选的,所述的芯部材料包括以下重量份的原料:膨胀珍珠岩45-48份、气相二氧化硅5-10份、植物纤维15-20份、铅1-3份、钡0.5-1份、镉0.5-1份、锡1-2份。
优选的,所述的隔气薄膜由多层塑料薄膜组成,每层薄膜的原料选自PVDC、PA、PE、PP、PVOH、EVOH、EVA、PET、PS、铝箔或其混合物。
上述防噪音复合板是通过下述方法制备而成的:
制造板材成型模具,然后在模具中铺上脱模布和防护板,在防护板上刷涂或喷涂树脂后将纤维布铺上,然后在纤维布上刷涂或喷涂树脂,并使树脂完全浸透纤维布;在浸透树脂的纤维布上依序放置预先制好的封裹材料和芯部材料,再在该芯材上刷涂或喷涂树脂,放置封裹材料和纤维布,且在纤维布表面刷涂或喷涂树脂,使纤维布完全被树脂浸透;再铺上防护板和脱模布,盖上模具上盖;将模具放入烘箱中,在80-90℃下烘干15-24h后即可获得防噪音复合板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的防噪音复合板隔音效果好、保温效果佳,生产工艺简单具有防火、防水、搞腐蚀、耐潮湿、不被虫蛀、不长真菌、耐酸碱、无毒害、无污染等优良性能,且比塑料硬度高,寿命长,强度高。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
防噪音复合板的制备方法为:
制造板材成型模具,然后在模具中铺上脱模布和防护板,在防护板上刷涂或喷涂树脂后将纤维布铺上,然后在纤维布上刷涂或喷涂树脂,并使树脂完全浸透纤维布;在浸透树脂的纤维布上依序放置预先制好的封裹材料和芯部材料,再在该芯材上刷涂或喷涂树脂,放置封裹材料和纤维布,且在纤维布表面刷涂或喷涂树脂,使纤维布完全被树脂浸透;再铺上防护板和脱模布,盖上模具上盖;将模具放入烘箱中,在80-90℃下烘干20h后即可获得防噪音复合板。
所述防护板为内表面具有均匀分布小孔的岩棉板,厚度为5-8mm,其纤维布为玻璃纤维编制成的多轴向布,纤维布的厚度是0.1-0.3mm;所述的封裹材料隔气薄膜,厚度是0.1mm;所述的芯部材料为膨胀珍珠岩、植物纤维、铅、钡、镉、锡和气相二氧化硅的混合物。
所述的防护板内表面的小孔的分布范围3-5个/cm2,深度为1-3mm。
所述的植物纤维为玉米秸秆粉碎物、高粱秸秆粉碎物和油菜秸秆粉碎物以任意比例混合的混合物。
所述的隔气薄膜由多层塑料薄膜组成,每层薄膜的原料选自PVDC、PA、PE、PP、PVOH、EVOH、EVA、PET、PS、铝箔的混合物。
所述的芯部材料包括以下重量份的原料:膨胀珍珠岩45份、气相二氧化硅5份、植物纤维15份、铅1份、钡0.5份、镉0.5份、锡1份。
实施例2:
与实施例1相同,所不同的是,所述的芯部材料包括以下重量份的原料:膨胀珍珠岩48份、气相二氧化硅10份、植物纤维20份、铅3份、钡1份、镉1份、锡2份。
实施例3:
与实施例1相同,所不同的是,所述的芯部材料包括以下重量份的原料:膨胀珍珠岩46份、气相二氧化硅7份、植物纤维17份、铅1.5份、钡0.7份、镉0.8份、锡1.2份。
实施例4:
与实施例1相同,所不同的是,所述的芯部材料包括以下重量份的原料:膨胀珍珠岩:47份、气相二氧化硅8份、植物纤维18份、铅2.1份、钡0.8份、镉0.7份、锡1.8份。
对比试验:
将市售的隔音保温板与本发明实施例1-4所得的保温隔音板进行比较,发现普通隔音保温板的隔音效果达到32分贝(可以隔掉32分贝的噪音),而本发明1-4实施例的保温隔音板的隔音效果分别为39.1分贝、40.8分贝、41.1分贝、41.9分贝,隔音效果明显好于普通隔音保温板。
上述实例只是为说明本发明的技术构思以及技术特点,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明的实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应该涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种防噪音复合板,包括外层的隔护层、封裹材料和芯部材料,其特征在于,所述的隔护层包括最外层的防护板和内层的纤维布,防护板为内表面具有均匀分布小孔的岩棉板,厚度为5-8mm,其纤维布为玻璃纤维编制成的多轴向布,纤维布的厚度是0.1-0.3mm;所述的封裹材料隔气薄膜,厚度是0.05-0.5mm;所述的芯部材料为膨胀珍珠岩、植物纤维、铅、钡、镉、锡和气相二氧化硅的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防噪音复合板,其特征在于,所述的防护板内表面的小孔的分布范围3-5个/cm2,深度为1-3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防噪音复合板,其特征在于,所述的植物纤维为玉米秸秆粉碎物、高粱秸秆粉碎物和油菜秸秆粉碎物中的任意一种或二种以上以任意比例混合的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防噪音复合板,其特征在于,所述的芯部材料包括以下重量份的原料:膨胀珍珠岩45-48份、气相二氧化硅5-10份、植物纤维15-20份、铅1-3份、钡0.5-1份、镉0.5-1份、锡1-2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防噪音复合板,其特征在于,所述的隔气薄膜由多层塑料薄膜组成,每层薄膜的原料选自PVDC、PA、PE、PP、PVOH、EVOH、EVA、PET、PS、铝箔或其混合物。
6.一种权利要求1-5所述的防噪音复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,是通过下述方法制备而成的:
制造板材成型模具,然后在模具中铺上脱模布和防护板,在防护板上刷涂或喷涂树脂后将纤维布铺上,然后在纤维布上刷涂或喷涂树脂,并使树脂完全浸透纤维布;在浸透树脂的纤维布上依序放置预先制好的封裹材料和芯部材料,再在该芯材上刷涂或喷涂树脂,放置封裹材料和纤维布,且在纤维布表面刷涂或喷涂树脂,使纤维布完全被树脂浸透;再铺上防护板和脱模布,盖上模具上盖;将模具放入烘箱中,在80-90℃下烘干15-24h后即可获得防噪音复合板。
