Abstract

本发明揭示了一种驱动器驱动电路,包括变压器,所述变压器的输入端与交流驱动器的母线连接,所述变压器的输出端与一级电源隔离模块的输入端连接,所述一级电源隔离模块的输出端与交流驱动器主控板相连,所述驱动器驱动电路还包括一外部直流电源,所述外部直流电源的输入端与一UPS电源连接,所述外部直流电源的输出端通过一个钳位二极管并联到所述变压器的输出端。本发明交流驱动器主控板的工作电源通过一级电源隔离模块的隔离和外部直流电源供电的冗余设计,提高了交流驱动器在风电交流变桨系统中使用的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明属于风力发电领域,尤其涉及一种用于风电交流变桨系统的驱动器驱动电路。
背景技术
风力发电是一种已经发展相对成熟的新能源开发技术,有着广泛的普及和应用。变桨控制系统是风力发电机组的核心部件之一,其主要作用是通过改变风力发电机组桨叶角度来调节风力发电机输出功率的大小,保证风力发电机输出在额定功率以内。变桨驱动器和变桨电机是变桨控制系统的执行单元,也是变桨系统最核心的部件之一。目前,我国风力发电组的变桨系统多采用直流驱动器和直流电机,其普遍存在的问题是直流电机的功率密度小,成本高、维护麻烦,换相电刷是磨损件需要定期更换等。尤其在风电行业普降成本,提高性价比的今天,其缺点更加突出。
交流电机结构简单、可靠耐用、成本低、维护方便,正好克服了直流电机的上述缺点。交流驱动器和交流电机在风电变桨控制系统中的应用已越来越广泛。但是,交流驱动器控制板的工作电源一般都由变压器产生,变压器输入端直接从驱动器的母线取电,母线是由交流驱动器输入的电网电源整流而来。风电电网的质量不高导致了交流驱动器主控板的工作电源的EMC风险较大。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种用于风电交流变桨系统的驱动器驱动电路。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种驱动器驱动电路,包括变压器,所述变压器的输入端与交流驱动器的母线连接,所述变压器的输出端与一级电源隔离模块的输入端连接,所述一级电源隔离模块的输出端与交流驱动器主控板相连。
优选的,上述的驱动器驱动电路,其中:还包括一外部直流电源,所述外部直流电源的输入端与一UPS电源连接,所述外部直流电源的输出端通过一个钳位二极管并联到所述变压器的输出端。
本发明交流驱动器主控板的工作电源通过一级电源隔离模块的隔离和外部直流电源供电的冗余设计,提高了交流驱动器在风电交流变桨系统中使用的可靠性,对通用型交流驱动器的功能进行增加和优化,使交流驱动器满足变桨驱动器的特殊要求,应用功能增强,性能提高,更加满足在风电交流变桨系统中的应用要求。

实施例1
本实施例的一种驱动器驱动电路,如图1所示,包括变压器,变压器的输入端与交流驱动器的母线连接,变压器的输出端与一级电源隔离模块的输入端连接,一级电源隔离模块的输出端与交流驱动器主控板相连。还包括外部直流电源,外部直流电源的输入端与UPS电源连接,外部直流电源的输出端通过一个钳位二极管并联到变压器的输出端。
本实施例的交流驱动器主控板的工作电源通过一级电源隔离模块的隔离和外部直流电源供电的冗余设计,提高了交流驱动器在风电交流变桨系统中使用的可靠性,对通用型交流驱动器的功能进行增加和优化,使交流驱动器满足变桨驱动器的特殊要求,应用功能增强,性能提高,更加满足在风电交流变桨系统中的应用要求。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.驱动器驱动电路,包括一个变压器,所述变压器的输入端与交流驱动器的母线连接,其特征在于:所述变压器的输出端与一级电源隔离模块的输入端连接,所述一级电源隔离模块的输出端与交流驱动器主控板相连,所述驱动器驱动电路还包括一外部直流电源,所述外部直流电源的输入端与一UPS电源连接,所述外部直流电源的输出端通过一个钳位二极管并联到所述变压器的输出端。
