Abstract

本发明公开了一种管道泄爆装置,包括管道主体,该管道主体的侧面上设有入风口,该管道主体的一端口形成出风口,该出风口用于连通至粉尘处理设备,在所述管道主体的入风口处设有防爆单向阀,以及设有一插入管延伸至该管道主体内部,在所述管道主体的另一端口设有泄爆片。该管道泄爆装置在粉尘处理设备发生爆炸时,可以泄放爆炸产生的压力和火焰,从而避免爆炸火焰通过管道进入到车间内伤害到操作人员。同时,该装置结构简单、实用,成本低廉,并可重复利用。

本发明涉及一种管道泄爆装置。
背景技术
随着现代工业的发展,粉尘处理设备的安全防护越来越得到企业重视。当粉尘处理设备发生爆炸时火焰会沿着管道进入到车间伤害到操作人员,因此,需要一种泄爆装置来泄放爆炸产生的压力和火焰。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种管道泄爆装置,当粉尘处理设备发生爆炸时,能够泄放爆炸产生的压力和火焰。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种管道泄爆装置,包括管道主体,该管道主体的侧面上设有入风口,该管道主体的一端口形成出风口,该出风口用于连通至粉尘处理设备,在所述管道主体的入风口处设有防爆单向阀,以及设有一插入管延伸至该管道主体内部,在所述管道主体的另一端口设有泄爆片。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述插入管从所述管道主体的一端到另一端呈倾斜设置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述泄爆片通过固定法兰固定于所述管道主体的另一端口上。
本发明的有益效果是:该管道泄爆装置在粉尘处理设备发生爆炸时,可以泄放爆炸产生的压力和火焰,从而避免爆炸火焰通过管道进入到车间内伤害到操作人员。同时,该装置结构简单、实用,成本低廉,并可重复利用。

如图1所示,一种管道泄爆装置,包括管道主体1,该管道主体的侧面上设有入风口2,该管道主体1的一端口形成用于连通至粉尘处理设备的出风口3,另一端口设有泄爆片5,该泄爆片通过固定法兰固定。该管道主体1的入风口2上还设有一插入管4延伸至管道主体内,该插入管从管道主体的一端到另一端呈倾斜设置,以形成与爆炸气流相反的方向。另在入风口上还设有防爆单向阀。
使用时,该管道泄爆装置的出风口连通至粉尘处理设备,若粉尘处理设备内发生爆炸,爆炸火焰会从出风口3迅速进入到该管道泄爆装置,其入风口2处的防爆单向阀关闭,由于插入管4方向与爆炸气流方向相反,所以气流被入风口2处的防爆单向阀阻断,爆炸气流会直接作用在泄爆片5上,泄爆片5破裂泄放爆炸产生的压力和火焰,进而达到泄爆功能。泄爆片使用后可更换,从而达到重复利用的目的,进而节省成本。另外,该装置结构简单,生产成本低廉。

1.一种管道泄爆装置,包括管道主体(1),该管道主体的侧面上设有入风口(2),该管道主体的一端口形成出风口(3),该出风口用于连通至粉尘处理设备,其特征在于:在所述管道主体的入风口处设有防爆单向阀,以及设有一插入管(4)延伸至该管道主体内部,在所述管道主体的另一端口设有泄爆片(5);所述插入管从所述管道主体的一端到另一端呈倾斜设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道泄爆装置,其特征在于:所述泄爆片通过固定法兰固定于所述管道主体的另一端口上。
