本发明涉及一种人造革。
背景技术
普通的人造革由基层和面层构成，基层为普通的织物，面层为PVC 塑料层，这样的人造革表面看上去颜色效果单一，满足不了人们的需要。另外，基层存在织物厚薄不均匀等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供了一种表面像果冻般凝胶效果的人造革。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种带有果冻效果的织物厚薄均匀人造革，其特点是：所述人造革包括相互粘合的面层和基层，还包括复合压制而成的透明膜和彩色膜，所述面层上粘合有彩色膜；所述基层采用织物制成，所述织物的背面设有一层无纺布层，所述织物与无纺布层之间设有若干个小织物块，所述织物为毛毡织物，所述毛毡织物包括固定连接的布料层和羊毛层，所述羊毛层为纵横交错的羊毛丝条构成的网状织物，羊毛层与面层相固定。
本发明一种带有果冻效果的织物厚薄均匀人造革，其透明膜的厚度＞0.3mm，透光率≥90%，表面光度在60°角＞80。
本发明采用纵横交错的羊毛丝条构成的网状织物作为毛毡织物。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明一种带有果冻效果的织物厚薄均匀人造革，由于透明膜的高透光率和高表面光度，因此本发明的表面看上去像果冻般的凝胶效果，满足了人们的需要。
2、本发明采用纵横交错的羊毛丝条构成的网状织物作为毛毡织物，能控制毛毡织物的厚度，根据需要可制作成厚度较小的厚料，并且织物厚薄均匀。

所述基层4采用织物制成，所述织物为毛毡织物，所述毛毡织物包括固定连接的布料层和羊毛层，所述羊毛层为纵横交错的羊毛丝条构成的网状织物，羊毛层与面层相固定。
