Abstract

本发明提供一种滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带,它是一种纤维编织带,在传送带上按一定规律分布着长圆孔,以增加传送带的整体透气性,从而提高熨烫速度。在无孔处编入多条不锈钢丝,两端连接至金属锁扣,并保证每条钢丝的完整性。通过不锈钢丝与纤维混编,增加传送带的整体强度和刚度,使其不易变形,不易延伸和收缩。并使传送带增加消除静电功能。蒸发出的水分从传送带长圆孔处以蒸汽形态自然顺畅排出,提高了滚筒式熨平机的熨烫效率,缩短熨烫时间25%以上,节省电能和热能20%以上。

滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种平面织物熨烫所需传送带,尤其适用于滚筒式熨平机。
背景技术
工业熨平机分为滚筒式熨平机和槽式熨平机两大类。熨平机针对的是床单、被罩、桌布等平面织物,在实现干燥的同时更追求平整,需要借助一定的压力来完成。布草的平整、挺括的熨烫效果需要在熨平机提供的“热表面”上得以实现。织物与热表面之间进行充分的平面物理接触,如槽式熨平机的辊、槽之间的“自重”和“反压”,滚筒式熨平机的传送带与滚筒之间的弹性张力等。
附图1为滚筒式熨平机工作原理图。主滚筒与传送带同步转动,布草被夹在主滚筒和传送带之间移动,但相对于主滚筒热表面静止。其上水分被持续蒸发。
附图2为传统传送带结构示意图。是一种纤维编织带,结构紧密,两端带金属锁扣,安装时用金属穿钉或尼龙穿钉连接。
从附图1和附图2可以看出,传送带在传送和压紧布草的同时,也阻碍了布草水分的蒸发,降低了熨烫效率。
另外,由于传送带不导电,静电难以消除,造成布草不能按照预定轨迹行进,使机器无法正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带,它是一种纤维编织带,在传送带上按一定规律分布着长圆孔或其它形状的孔,如圆孔、椭圆孔、菱形孔、方孔、长方孔等,以增加传送带的整体透气性,从而提高熨烫速度。在无孔处编入多条不锈钢丝,或镀锌钢丝、铜丝、铝丝,两端连接至金属锁扣。通过不锈钢丝与纤维混编,增加传送带的整体强度和刚度,使其不易变形,不易延伸和收缩,使其具备滚筒式熨平机传送带所应具有的特性,并使传送带增加消除静电功能。使用纤维编织带的主要目的是使其无孔处也具有一定的透气性。塑胶合成带虽易于制孔,但不具透气性,无法在滚筒式熨平机上使用。孔的形状、大小、位置分布依传送带的强度、加工难易程度、对布草的综合压紧力、布草的干燥均匀性而设计。开孔均匀有序,开孔率大于30%。和传统传送带相比,缩短熨烫时间25%以上,节省电能和热能20%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述。如图3所示,在纤维编织带5中编入不锈钢丝8,在两端与锁扣7连接牢固,使其安装在滚筒式熨平机上时通过金属穿钉6形成封闭环状,使传送带工作时不变形,并可消除布草1在熨烫过程中产生的静电。在传送带无钢丝区域冲制或编制如图3所示长圆形透气孔9,开孔均匀有序,开孔率大于30%。孔边缘进行包边或封胶处理,防止出现毛边,影响传送带2使用寿命。
将图3所示快速熨烫传送带安装在滚筒式熨平机上,如图1所示,传送带绕在主滚筒3和导向辊4上,主滚筒3与传送带2同步转动,布草1被夹在主滚筒3和传送带2之间移动,布草1被主滚筒3加热,其上的水分被持续蒸发,蒸发出的水分从传送带长圆形透气孔9处以蒸汽形态自然顺畅排出,和使用图2所示传统传送带相比,布草1水分蒸发更快,提高了滚筒式熨平机的熨烫效率。缩短熨烫时间25%以上,节省电能和热能20%以上。

1.一种滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带,其特征在于:它是一种纤维编织带,在传送带上按一定规律分布着长圆孔,在无孔处编入多条不锈钢丝,两端连接至金属锁扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带,其特征在于:传送带上按一定规律分布着长圆孔、圆孔、椭圆孔、菱形孔、方孔、长方孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带,其特征在于:传送带编入多条不锈钢丝、镀锌钢丝、铜丝、铝丝,两端连接至金属锁扣。
4.根据权利要求2所述的滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带,其特征在于:在传送带无钢丝区域冲制或编制长圆形透气孔、圆孔、椭圆孔、菱形孔、方孔、长方孔,孔边缘进行包边或封胶处理。
5.根据权利要求3所述的滚筒式熨平机快速熨烫传送带,其特征在于:传送带编入的多条不锈钢丝、镀锌钢丝、铜丝、铝丝,也可以由一根弯制而成。
