本发明一种新型涂料用糯米乳液主要涉及涂料领域,尤其是水性涂料的成膜物质酸酯共聚树脂类乳液。包括乳液A、糯米浆B、单体预乳化液C、引发剂溶液D混合而成。采用本发明技术方案,用糯米乳液,作为一种成膜物质,环保等级高,无气味,不用成膜助剂就能成膜,涂膜性能优良,可以有效地克服现有技术的成膜助剂的缺陷,在保证成膜稳定性的前提下,可有效地提高光泽度及展色性,手感好,具有高效、环保、无气味、“零”VOC的特点。

一种新型涂料用糯米乳液
技术领域
本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其是水性涂料的成膜物质酸酯共聚树脂类乳液。
背景技术
建筑涂料按各组分在涂料中所起的作用可分为主要成膜物质(基料)、次要成膜物质(颜料及填料)、溶剂和助剂。涂料中加入一些用以改善性能、具有特殊作用的辅助材料称为助剂。助剂的用量很少,只占涂料总量的百分之几,甚至万分之几,但作用显著。其种类繁多,常用的有固化剂、催干剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、抗紫外线剂、乳化剂、防霉剂、阻燃剂等等。而固化剂、催干剂、增塑剂等也常常叫做成膜助剂。成膜助剂是水性涂料的重要组成部分之一,成膜助剂不仅影响树脂的合成、水性涂料的配制、施工、干燥,还影响涂膜的成膜效率、涂膜的质量等。尽管成膜助剂对水性涂料的成膜有很大作用,但现有技术使用的成膜助剂是基本上均为有机溶剂。这些成膜助剂一是含有挥发性有机物(VOC),有强烈的刺鼻气味,对环境是有影响的,空气里达到一定浓度,人们会开始感到头痛、恶心、四肢乏力。时间长了,会伤害肝、肾、大脑和神经系统,甚至可能引起抽搐、昏迷、导致记忆力减退,对人体的健康会造成一定程度的伤害,因此会带来严重后果;二是不符合环保的主流趋势需求。所以发展的方向是环保、“零”VOC、成本低廉、对人体无害的有效成膜助剂。
发明内容
本发明一种新型涂料用糯米乳液,作为一种成膜物质,环保等级高,无气味,不用成膜助剂就能成膜,涂膜性能优良,可以有效地克服现有技术的成膜助剂的缺陷,在保证成膜稳定性的前提下,可有效地提高光泽度及展色性,手感好,具有高效、环保、无气味、“零”VOC的特点。
本发明技术方案是:一种新型涂料用糯米乳液,包括乳液A、糯米浆B、单体预乳化液C、引发剂溶液D组成;
所述乳液A按质量计由以下组成:
所述糯米浆B按质量计包含以下组份并按照以下方法制得:
水        70~100份
糯米粉    30~40份
生石灰    5~10份;
①将水、糯米粉、生石灰按配方加入反应釜,边搅拌边升温至60℃~80℃维持30分钟以上;
②停止搅拌,自然冷却至室温,待用;
所述单体预乳化液C按质量计由以下组成并按照以下方法制得:
①将水、阴离子乳化剂、非离子乳化剂、PH缓冲剂混合进行搅拌;
②在搅拌下加入单体甲、单体乙,继续搅拌10分钟,得单体预乳液;
所述引发剂溶液D按质量计由以下组成:
水        50~80份
引发剂    2~3份;
所述新型涂料用糯米乳液按以下方法制得:
①将乳液A的各组分水、阴离子乳化剂、PH缓冲剂、引发剂、保护胶体放入反应釜搅拌;
②在按照30~50转/分的搅拌速度升温至60℃~80℃时,向反应釜中加入十分之一的单体预乳化液C,继续搅拌,聚合反应开始;
③约一小时后,将剩余的十分之九单体预乳化液C和引发剂溶液D在8小时内逐步加入;
④反应釜内温度会自然升至80℃~85℃,在此温度下保持1小时后自然降温;
⑤当降温至60℃~70℃时,加入糯米浆B,搅拌至少半小时;
⑥后自然降温至30℃~40℃,过滤包装。
较佳地,所述的一种新型涂料用糯米乳液,所述糯米浆B按质量计由
所述糯米粉即采用下述方法制得:将糯米洗净后,一般浸泡一个晚上,再用适量的水磨打成浆液,用一个有适当过滤孔径的布袋装上吊着,等到差不多不滴水时(一般一个晚上左右),把湿的糯米粉团掰碎晾干后就是成品的糯米粉。
上述红糖即指带蜜的甘蔗成品糖,一般是指甘蔗经榨汁,通过简易处理,经浓缩形成的带蜜糖。
所述阴离子乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠;
所述PH缓冲剂为小苏打;
所述保护胶体为羟乙基纤维素;
非离子乳化剂为乙氧基化脂肪醇;
单体甲为叔碳酸乙烯酯;
单体乙为丙烯酸-2-乙基乙酯;
引发剂为过硫酸钾。
采用本发明技术方案,用糯米乳液,作为一种成膜物质,环保等级高,无气味,不用成膜助剂就能成膜,涂膜性能优良,可以有效地克服现有技术的成膜助剂的缺陷,在保证成膜稳定性的前提下,可有效地提高光泽度及展色性,手感好,具有高效、环保、无气味、“零”VOC的特点。

实施例一:
所述乳液A按质量计由以下组成:
所述糯米浆B按质量计包含以下组份并按照以下方法制得:
①将水、糯米粉、生石灰、红糖按配方加入反应釜,边搅拌边升温至60℃维持30分钟以上;
②停止搅拌,自然冷却至室温,待用;
所述单体预乳化液C按质量计由以下组成并按照以下方法制得:
①将水、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙氧基化脂肪醇、小苏打混合进行搅拌;
②在搅拌下加入叔碳酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基乙酯,继续搅拌10分钟,得单体预乳液;
所述引发剂溶液D按质量计由以下组成:
水          50~80份
过硫酸钾    2~3份;
所述新型涂料用糯米乳液按以下方法制得:
①将乳液A的各组分水、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、小苏打、过硫酸钾、羟乙基纤维素放入反应釜搅拌;
②在按照30~50转/分的搅拌速度升温至60℃~80℃时,向反应釜中加入十分之一的单体预乳化液C,继续搅拌,聚合反应开始;
③约一小时后,将剩余的十分之九单体预乳化液C和引发剂溶液D在8小时内逐步加入;
④反应釜内温度会自然升至80℃~85℃,在此温度下保持1小时后自然降温;
⑤当降温至60℃~70℃时,加入糯米浆B,搅拌至少半小时;
⑥后自然降温至30℃~40℃,过滤包装。

所述乳液A按质量计由以下组成:

水       70~100份
糯米粉   30~40份
生石灰   5~10份;
