本发明涉及一种光亮水性塑胶漆,其重量份比组成为:聚丙烯酸乳液50-60份,蜡浆8-15份,聚氧乙烯醚0.5-2份,抗划伤剂2-4份,成膜助剂3-5份,分散剂0.1-0.2份,水性铝银浆3-8份。该涂料不仅具对塑料表面具有保护装饰的功能,还具有附着力高、硬度高、涂膜光亮、环保无污染等优点。

一种光亮水性塑胶漆
技术领域:    
本发明涉及一种塑胶漆,属于化工涂料技术领域。
背景技术:    
随着自然资源的日益短缺,而人们对资源的需求日益变大,很多应用钢材、木材的领域被可回收利用的塑料代替。因此,当今社会塑料的应用越来越广泛,塑料表面的保护与装饰也越来越重要。由于塑料的表面能低,涂料在其表面的附着存在一定的困难,所以用于塑料表面的涂料多数是溶剂型涂料。溶剂型涂料中的很大比例成分是可挥发溶剂,涂装以后要挥发到大气中,对空气造成了很大程度的污染,这些有机溶剂主要来源于石油,对石油资源也是一种很大的浪费。水性涂料不含或仅含少量有机溶剂,以水为分散介质,这一点是溶剂型涂料无法比拟的优势。随着人们的环保意识逐步提高,国家对含有机挥发物的传统溶剂型塑胶漆将逐步由水性塑胶漆所替代,为了适应这一历史潮流,我单位开发出了水性塑胶漆,为纯环保型水性产品,不含任何有毒及刺激性成分,同时比溶剂型塑胶漆有更优越的性能:水性塑胶漆对ABS不会咬底,细腻度、光滑度、平整度及硬度比溶剂型塑胶漆更胜一筹,在价格方面,随着国际油价高涨,水性产品的优势将更加明显。
发明内容:    
本发明的目的是提供一种光亮水性塑胶漆,该涂料不仅对塑料表面具有保护装饰的功能,还具有附着力高、涂膜光亮、环保无污染等优点。
一种光亮水性塑胶漆,其重量份比组成为:聚丙烯酸乳液50-60份,蜡浆8-15份,聚氧乙烯醚0.5-2份,抗划伤剂2-4份,成膜助剂3-5份,分散剂0.1-0.2份,水性铝银浆3-8份。
所述的蜡浆由蜡粉、水、润湿剂、分散剂按质量比5:10:0.1:0.1混合而成。
所述的水性铝银浆购买自深圳市鑫永丰化工有限公司。
本发明使用的聚丙烯酸乳液,与蜡浆配合既具有极佳的附着力和耐磨性,又具有优异的耐候性、耐化学性和较好的颜料润湿性和机械稳定性。
本项目使用了铝银浆,经过包膜处理,在水中不会发生化学反应,金属感强,展色性、稳定性、耐化学性好,在进口的水性银浆里,具有很强的性价比优势。
本项目中使用了聚氧乙烯醚,既能提高附着力,又能大大提高表面滑度和光亮效果。
具体实施方式   
下面结合实施例进一步说明。
     实施例1
在低速搅拌条件下依次加入聚丙烯酸乳液50份,蜡浆8份,聚氧乙烯醚0.5份,抗划伤剂2份,成膜助剂3份,分散剂0.1份,水性铝银浆3份,再低速搅拌30min,再经检验、过滤、称重包装。
实施例2
在低速搅拌条件下依次加入聚丙烯酸乳液60份,蜡浆15份,聚氧乙烯醚2份,抗划伤剂4份,成膜助剂5份,分散剂0.2份,水性铝银浆8份,再低速搅拌30min,再经检验、过滤、称重包装。
实施例3 
在低速搅拌条件下依次加入聚丙烯酸乳液52份,蜡浆10份,聚氧乙烯醚1份,抗划伤剂3份,成膜助剂4份,分散剂0.1份,水性铝银浆4份,再低速搅拌30min,再经检验、过滤、称重包装。
依据本发明制作的水性铝粉塑胶漆其各项指标均达国标关于塑胶漆所规定的要求,而且具有优异的附着力(小于1级)、良好的光泽、较高的硬度(达到H级),喷涂施工后漆膜外观无缺陷、铝粉光亮展色性好,可常温干燥可高温烘烤,所得漆膜耐水抗滑伤性好,漆膜综合性能非常好。产品经客户使用反应良好。
