技术领域
本发明涉及面料,具体涉及一种男装用多功能双层复合面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
现有的面料大多采用单一的面料纤维进行编织,功能比较单一,在使用时无法满足人们的使用需求。当下,电器的普及造成了辐射的大量产生,而当下的人们在保健方面也比较注重,但是可使用的面料产品相当的匮乏。另外,在炎炎夏日,一种可以阻挡紫外线的面料也是必不可少,而多功能的面料将是以后的主要产品生产方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防辐射、抗菌、吸湿透气、抗紫外线、透气舒适、保健的功效的男装用多功能双层复合面料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种男装用多功能双层复合面料,所述男装用多功能双层复合面料包括表层的防辐射面料层和下层的抗紫外线面料层,所述防辐射面料层由纳米银纤维、导电聚乙烯醇纤维以及铜离子纤维织成,所述抗紫外线面料层由聚乳酸纤维、竹纤维以及茶叶纤维织成,所述防辐射面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述纳米银纤维占10%-15%,所述导电聚乙烯醇纤维占62%-71%,所述铜离子纤维占19%-23%,所述抗紫外线面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚乳酸纤维占26%-31%,所述竹纤维占16%-21%,所述茶叶纤维占48%-58%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防辐射面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述纳米银纤维占11%,所述导电聚乙烯醇纤维占69%,所述铜离子纤维占20%,所述抗紫外线面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚乳酸纤维占27%,所述竹纤维占17%,所述茶叶纤维占56%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防辐射面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述纳米银纤维占14%,所述导电聚乙烯醇纤维占64%,所述铜离子纤维占22%,所述抗紫外线面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚乳酸纤维占30%,所述竹纤维占20%,所述茶叶纤维占50%。
本发明所述为一种男装用多功能双层复合面料,本发明具有防辐射、抗菌、吸湿透气、抗紫外线、透气舒适、保健的功效。
