本发明公开了一种多功能调温面料,包括:亚麻布料基体和调温涂层,所述亚麻布料基体为亚麻纤维、涤纶弹力丝和棉花纤维混纺制成的弹性布料,所述调温涂层设置在亚麻布料基体的表面,所述调温涂层包括有机硅涂层胶及设置在有机硅涂层胶内的植物香精油和纳米微胶囊。通过上述方式,本发明指出的一种多功能调温面料,亚麻布料基体的质地柔软,保暖又透气,而且导热快,人体的体温上升时,亚麻布料基体把快速增加的热量导入调温涂层中的纳米微胶囊,纳米微胶囊吸热液化并进行储热,而体温降低时,纳米微胶囊固化而释放热量,补充人体热量,对体温具有调节作用,制成的衣物气味芳香,令人愉悦。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料设计领域,特别是涉及一种多功能调温面料。
背景技术
夏季的天气炎热,人们喜欢单薄的衣物进行散热,感觉更加凉爽,但普通的面料没有调温的功能,导热速度慢,散热效果不明显,而且穿着较少的衣物在空调房间中容易感冒,甚至引起关节疼痛。
另外,春秋季节的早晚温差大,人们早上穿着保暖的衣物到了中午就会感觉非常闷热,而中午出门的时候如果穿着轻薄透气的衣物到了晚上气温骤降,人们又会感觉到寒冷,只有通过增减衣物来调节体温,上衣容易更换,但裤子就比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能调温面料,导热降温,储热保暖,具有调节体温的功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多功能调温面料,包括:亚麻布料基体和调温涂层,所述亚麻布料基体为亚麻纤维、涤纶弹力丝和棉花纤维混纺制成的弹性布料,所述亚麻布料基体中各成分所占的重量份数为:亚麻纤维71~78份、涤纶弹力丝7~8份和棉花纤维25~30份,所述调温涂层设置在亚麻布料基体的表面,所述调温涂层包括有机硅涂层胶及设置在有机硅涂层胶内的植物香精油和纳米微胶囊,所述调温涂层中各成分所占的重量份数为有机硅涂层胶65~75份、植物香精油3~5份和纳米微胶囊15~35份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述调温涂层涂布在亚麻布料基体的单个表面或者双面。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亚麻布料基体中各成分所占的重量份数为:亚麻纤维76份、涤纶弹力丝8份和棉花纤维26份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述调温涂层中各成分所占的重量份数为有机硅涂层胶68份、植物香精油4份和纳米微胶囊28份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种多功能调温面料,亚麻布料基体的质地柔软,保暖又透气,而且导热快,人体的体温上升时,亚麻布料基体把快速增加的热量导入调温涂层中的纳米微胶囊,纳米微胶囊吸热液化并进行储热,而体温降低时,纳米微胶囊固化而释放热量,补充人体热量,对体温具有调节作用,制成的衣物气味芳香,令人愉悦。

本发明实施例包括:
一种多功能调温面料,包括:亚麻布料基体和调温涂层,所述亚麻布料基体为亚麻纤维、涤纶弹力丝和棉花纤维混纺制成的弹性布料,所述亚麻布料基体中各成分所占的重量份数为:亚麻纤维71~78份、涤纶弹力丝7~8份和棉花纤维25~30份,所述调温涂层设置在亚麻布料基体的表面,所述调温涂层包括有机硅涂层胶及设置在有机硅涂层胶内的植物香精油和纳米微胶囊,所述调温涂层中各成分所占的重量份数为有机硅涂层胶65~75份、植物香精油3~5份和纳米微胶囊15~35份。亚麻布料基体的质地柔软,保暖又透气,而且导热快,适合制成各种贴身衣物,人体的体温上升时,亚麻布料基体把快速增加的热量导入调温涂层中的纳米微胶囊,纳米微胶囊吸热液化并进行储热,加快体温的散热,而天气转凉体温降低时,纳米微胶囊固化而释放热量,为人体补充热量,对体温具有调节作用,植物香精油赋予面料芳香的气味,制成的衣物穿着时令人身心愉悦。
所述多功能调温面料选择性好,所述调温涂层涂布在亚麻布料基体的单个表面或者双面,在亚麻布料基体的单个表面进行调温涂层的涂布,有效降低生产和使用的成本,而对亚麻布料基体进行双面涂布的话,调温的性能更加优越,扩大了适用范围。
进一步的,所述亚麻布料基体中各成分所占的重量份数为:亚麻纤维76份、涤纶弹力丝8份和棉花纤维26份。亚麻纤维吸湿导热速度快,涤纶弹力丝增加了面料的弹性,穿着更舒适,棉花纤维质地柔软,吸湿保温,对人体无任何不良影响。
进一步的,所述调温涂层中各成分所占的重量份数为有机硅涂层胶68份、植物香精油4份和纳米微胶囊28份。纳米微胶囊随温度的变化而在固态和液态之间转换,实现热量的吸收和释放,从而调节体温。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种多功能调温面料,与普通的面料相比,具有调节体温的作用,制成的衣物穿着时增强人体对环境温度变化的适应能力,而且气味芳香,质地柔软,方便制成各种衣物。

1.一种多功能调温面料,其特征在于,包括:亚麻布料基体和调温涂层,所述亚麻布料基体为亚麻纤维、涤纶弹力丝和棉花纤维混纺制成的弹性布料,所述亚麻布料基体中各成分所占的重量份数为:亚麻纤维71~78份、涤纶弹力丝7~8份和棉花纤维25~30份,所述调温涂层设置在亚麻布料基体的表面,所述调温涂层包括有机硅涂层胶及设置在有机硅涂层胶内的植物香精油和纳米微胶囊,所述调温涂层中各成分所占的重量份数为有机硅涂层胶65~75份、植物香精油3~5份和纳米微胶囊15~35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能调温面料,其特征在于,所述调温涂层涂布在亚麻布料基体的单个表面或者双面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能调温面料,其特征在于,所述亚麻布料基体中各成分所占的重量份数为:亚麻纤维76份、涤纶弹力丝8份和棉花纤维26份。
