背景技术
在我国古代，酒曾被视作一种药物，除了作为饮用品外，其最大的作用就是用以来治疗疾病。酒是用谷类和酒曲酿制而成，其气剽悍而质清，味甘辛而性热，无毒，具有温通血脉，益脾暖胃，开结化瘀，利筋骨，舒关节，润皮肤，去寒湿等功效。班固在《前汉书·食货志》中就称酒为“百药之长”。上古时候，医生看病，常用酒来治疗疾病。古时“醫”字从酉（酒），即说明酒与医药的密切关系。随着社会科学的进步和对医药知识的不断丰富，人们逐渐认识到酒本身不仅可以治病，也是一种良好的有机溶剂，与中药相互配合，可以起到更好的治疗作用，于是产生了药酒。这是我国医药发展史上的一个重要创举，它进一步丰富了祖国医学诊治疾病的手段，拓展了酒和中药使用的方法。长期的医疗实践证明，这些药酒对于治疗疾病，提高人体健康水平有积极的作用，其中有许多种药酒至今仍在被人们广泛应用。此外，药酒除了被广泛用于治疗疾病外，其滋补强身的作用也不断被认识。而随着社会的发展，人们逐渐认识到西药的治疗手段有时并不能根除病因，或者无法解决一些从病理学上可以解释的病症，因此出于安全、有益无害，以及易于被接受，口感好，既可内服，也可外用等因素的考虑，很多人开始重视中药尤其是药酒的使用。但是现有的药酒往往品种较少，针对性不强，且配制复杂，治疗效果较为缓慢。
因此急需一种制作简单，效果显著，成本低廉，可促进消化的药酒。
