The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
A water dispenser 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which water dispenser 100 is used to supply water to a user, is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a water dispenser 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a heater 10, a water tank 20, a water inlet valve 30, a water pump 40, and a control unit (not shown).
Specifically, the heater 10 may heat water introduced into the inside thereof. The water tank 20 communicates with the heater so that water in the water tank 20 can be injected into the heater 10. An inlet valve 30 may be provided between the water tank 20 and the heater 10 for opening and closing the water tank 20 to the heater 10. So that the water tank 20 supplies water into the heater 11 when the water tank 20 and the heater 10 are turned on, and so that the water tank 20 stops supplying water into the heater 11 when the water tank 20 and the heater 11 are turned off. The water pump 40 communicates with the heater 10 for draining the water inside the heater 10, in other words, the water pump 40 communicates with the heater 10 for pumping the water in the heater 10 to the outside of the heater 10. The control unit is connected to the water inlet valve 30 and the water pump 40, respectively, and is configured to control the water pump 40 to drain the water in the heater 10 before the water is supplied to the heater 10 each time, and then control the water inlet valve 30 to be opened according to a set amount of water to supply a set amount of water from the water tank 20 into the heater 10.
According to the water dispenser 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the set amount of water injected into the heater 10 is controlled by controlling the opening of the water inlet valve 30, and other water level detection devices are not required to be arranged in the heater 10 or a container communicated with the heater 10 to detect the water level in the heater, so that the water in the heater 10 is prevented from being possibly polluted by other water level detection devices, the use sanitation of the water dispenser 100 is improved, meanwhile, the structure of the water dispenser 100 is simpler, and the manufacturing cost of the water dispenser 100 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the feed valve 30 may be a solenoid valve, whereby the control of the feed valve 30 may be facilitated, and the opening and closing of the feed valve 30 may be controlled by the control unit, thereby controlling the amount of water introduced into the heater 10.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, an inlet end of the water pump 40 communicates with the bottom of the heater 10, and a water outlet end of the water pump 40 communicates with the upper portion of the water tank 20. Therefore, the water in the heater 10 can be pumped into the water tank 20 through the water pump 40, so that when the heater 10 needs to be emptied, the water is directly discharged into the water tank 20, and the waste of the water is avoided.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water dispenser may further include: a set button (not shown) which can be connected to the control unit for setting said set amount of water. Therefore, the user can set the water consumption according to the water consumption of the user, and the user can conveniently take hot water from the water dispenser. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water dispenser may further include a timer (not shown) for determining an opening time of the water inlet valve 30 according to a set water amount, the timer being connected to the control unit, and the control unit controlling the water inlet valve 30 to be opened according to the opening time determined by the timer. Thus, the control unit can control the opening time of the water inlet valve 30 according to the time set by the timer to control the amount of water entering the water heater 10 from the water tank 20.
The following describes a water amount control method of a heater of a water dispenser according to the present invention with reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling the amount of water in the heater of the water dispenser according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: before each water injection into the heater, the water in the heater is drained (S100). The water is injected into the heater again conveniently, and the phenomenon that the water injection amount exceeds the rated capacity of the heater due to excessive water injection amount is avoided. The set amount of water injected into the heater is set (S200). The set water quantity does not exceed the rated volume of the heater generally, a plurality of groups of water quantity values can be selected in advance, and when the set water quantity injected into the heater is set, the water quantity can be directly selected from the plurality of groups of water quantity values. The water inlet valve is controlled to be opened according to the set amount of water to inject the set amount of water into the heater (S300). It should be noted that, the opening of the water inlet valve may be controlled by controlling various opening states of the water inlet valve, so that the amount of water entering the heater from the water tank is controlled by controlling the water inlet valve.
According to the water quantity control method of the heater of the water dispenser, the water inlet valve is controlled to inject the set quantity of water into the heater, other water level detection methods are not needed to detect the water level, the water in the heater is prevented from being possibly polluted by the other water level detection methods, and the use sanitation of the water dispenser is improved. Meanwhile, by adopting the control method, after the heater is emptied, the water inlet valve is controlled to inject the set amount of water into the heater, so that the implementation is more convenient.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the injection of a set amount of water into the heater may be achieved by controlling the opening time of the water inlet valve. It can be understood that, when the opening degree of the water inlet valve is fixed, the longer the opening time of the water inlet valve is, the larger the value of the set amount of water to be injected into the water heater is, and conversely, the shorter the opening time of the water inlet valve is, the smaller the value of the set amount of water to be injected into the water heater is. The set water amount injected into the heater can be controlled by the water inlet valve by measuring the water amount of the water inlet valve opened for a predetermined time and calculating the set water amount injected into the heater corresponding to different times.
It is to be understood that the manner of controlling the opening of the water inlet valve is not limited thereto, and according to an embodiment of the present invention, the injection of a set amount of water into the heater may be achieved by controlling the opening degree of the opening of the water inlet valve. For example, the opening time of the water inlet valve is fixed when water is injected into the heater, and when water with different set amounts is required, the water inlet valve can have different opening degrees, so that the water with different set amounts can be injected in the fixed time.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid the waste of water, the water in the heater may be discharged into a water tank of the water dispenser before the water is filled into the heater. Therefore, the water in the heater can be reused, and the waste of the water is avoided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, water in the heater may be discharged into the water tank by a water pump connected between the heater and the water tank.
In the description herein, references to the description of the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an illustrative embodiment," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples" or the like mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
While embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
