本发明涉及永磁传动调速技术领域,尤其涉及一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,包括单体永磁盘、导体盘一和导体盘二,其特征在于,所述导体盘一和导体盘二位于中心轴上,中心轴的一端设有沟槽带;所述导体盘一设在轴套一上,导体盘二设在轴套二上,导体盘一与导体盘二之间设有平衡盘,平衡盘位于轴套三上,平衡盘上设有偏转连杆,偏转连杆的两端分别与导体盘一和导体盘二上的连接块铰接。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1)可明显降低电机轴承的负荷,有利于提高电机轴承的使用寿命;2)独特的平衡盘和偏转连杆结构,实现了两个导体盘的快速移动,填补了该结构在气隙调节机构中应用的空白;3)可与多种形式的执行器匹配实现远程自动控制。

一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置
技术领域
本发明涉及永磁传动调速技术领域,尤其涉及一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置。
背景技术
永磁调速装置是一种利用电磁感应原理工作的传动设备,其主要结构包括磁转子和导体盘,为了提高磁扭矩,在常规设计中,导体盘和磁转子多采用双层配置,即两组导体盘和磁转子对,形成两组气隙,其中导体盘组件与电机相连,磁转子组件与负载相连,这样就实现了电机与负载之间的非接触扭力传递。当导体盘在电机驱动下高速旋转时,切割磁转子磁场的磁力线,产生感应磁扭矩,从而驱动负载工作。这种结构有以下几点不足:1)磁转子的磁场只有一侧在发挥作用,另一侧由钢板屏蔽,磁场的利用率只有50%;2)两层磁转子的制作成本也比较高,昂贵的售价影响了永磁调速装置的应用推广;3)双层结构的导体盘重量比较大,使电机的轴承载荷过重,影响电机轴承的使用寿命。
公开号为CN203596726U的中国专利公开了一种永磁传动器,其结构包括导体盘和永磁盘,单体永磁盘设置于双层导体盘之间,其中永磁盘与电机相连,导体盘外侧连接皮带轮,通过皮带实现导体盘与负载的连接,这种结构采用单体永磁盘,降低制作成本,同时永磁盘重量轻,连接到电机上,可有效降低电机轴承的负荷,其缺点是气隙不能自动调节,调速只能选择停机加垫片的方式,灵活性差,这使其调速应用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,克服现有技术的不足,采用单体永磁盘与电机的连接结构,另外在双层导体盘之间设置气隙调节机构,使气隙宽度能在装置运行时自动连续调节,从而提高装置的调速功能,扩展装置的应用领域。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样的:
一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,包括单体永磁盘、导体盘一和导体盘二,导体盘一与单体永磁盘的一侧形成气隙一,导体盘二与单体永磁盘的另一侧形成气隙二,所述导体盘一和导体盘二位于中心轴上,中心轴的一端设有沟槽带,中心轴的另一端的连接形式与负载端匹配;所述导体盘一设在轴套一上,导体盘二设在轴套二上,导体盘一与导体盘二之间设有平衡盘,平衡盘位于轴套三上,平衡盘上设有偏转连杆,偏转连杆的两端分别与导体盘一和导体盘二上的连接块铰接。
所述轴套一和轴套二分别与沟槽带滑动配合。
所述沟槽带为单键槽、双键槽或花键槽。
所述平衡盘上设有导柱分别与导体盘一和导体盘二相连。
所述偏转连杆通过销轴、套管和螺栓与平衡盘相连接。
所述销轴是空心的,销轴上设有注油嘴。
所述连接块位于的导体盘一和导体盘二上的分体式连接座中。
所述偏转连杆相对平衡盘的中轴线成对设置。
所述偏转连杆设有1~2对。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)通过在电机侧连接单体永磁盘,可明显降低电机轴承的负荷,既有利于减少电机启动时的阻力,节约能耗,又有利于提高电机轴承的使用寿命,减轻噪声;
2)独特的平衡盘和偏转连杆结构,实现了两个导体盘的快速移动,使气隙的调节更流畅、更快捷,填补了该结构在气隙调节机构中应用的空白;
3)该结构可与多种形式的执行机构匹配,从而实现远程在线的自动调速控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
见图1,是本发明一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置实施例结构示意图,包括单体永磁盘1、导体盘一2和导体盘二3,导体盘一2与单体永磁盘1的一侧形成气隙一4,导体盘二3与单体永磁盘4的另一侧形成气隙二5,单体永磁盘1连接在电机16的轴端上,导体盘一2与导体盘二3之间设有平衡盘11,导体盘一2和导体盘二3位于中心轴6的一端,中心轴6的另一端的连接形式与负载8的轴端匹配,比如采用联轴器、轮毂(配锁紧盘)等实现连接关系,执行机构15用于实现气隙的调整。
见图2,导体盘一2设在轴套一9上,导体盘二3设在轴套二10上,平衡盘11位于轴套三12上,平衡盘11上设有偏转连杆13,偏转连杆13的两端分别与导体盘一2和导体盘二3上的连接块14铰接。中心轴6的一端设有沟槽带7,轴套三12与中心轴6固定连接,但保持轴套一9和轴套二10与沟槽带7滑动配合,当执行机构动作牵动轴套二10向右移动距离H时,导体盘二3随动,偏转连杆13因此发生偏转,牵动导体盘一2反向移动距离H,从而实现气隙一与气隙二的同步调整,而且调整距离是一致的。
上述实施例中沟槽带7为单键槽、双键槽或花键槽中的任一种均可,从动态平衡的角度来说,双键槽和花键槽的高速转动性能更好,可避免装置高速旋转时的振动噪声和疲劳应力。
为了保持导体盘一2与导体盘二3的同步转动和轴向方向的相对移动,在平衡盘11上设有导柱17分别与导体盘一2和导体盘二3相连,导柱17与导体盘一2和导体盘二3上的连接孔均为滑动配合,也可以在连接孔内增加耐磨套,以提高耐磨性能。
见图3,偏转连杆13通过销轴18、套管19和螺栓20与平衡盘11相连接,为方便安装,实施例中平衡盘11结构为方形,偏转连杆13相对平衡盘11的中轴线成对设置。实施例中,偏转连杆13设置两对,这样即可满足动平衡要求,又可提供足够的牵引力,稳定调出合适的气隙值。
为了保证偏转连杆动作的流畅,减少运动阻力,实施例中将销轴18设计成空心的,销轴上设有注油嘴21,在装置定期维护过程中,定时从注油嘴注油润滑。
连接块14位于分体式连接座22中,分体式连接座22由螺栓连接在导体盘一2和导体盘二3(隐藏)的相对表面上,这种分体式结构,使容易磨损的连接块更容易安装和更换。

1.一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,包括单体永磁盘、导体盘一和导体盘二,导体盘一与单体永磁盘的一侧形成气隙一,导体盘二与单体永磁盘的另一侧形成气隙二,其特征在于,所述导体盘一和导体盘二位于中心轴上,中心轴的一端设有沟槽带,中心轴的另一端的连接形式与负载端匹配;所述导体盘一设在轴套一上,导体盘二设在轴套二上,导体盘一与导体盘二之间设有平衡盘,平衡盘位于轴套三上,平衡盘上设有偏转连杆,偏转连杆的两端分别与导体盘一和导体盘二上的连接块铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述轴套一和轴套二分别与沟槽带滑动配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述沟槽带为单键槽、双键槽或花键槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述平衡盘上设有导柱分别与导体盘一和导体盘二相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述偏转连杆通过销轴、套管和螺栓与平衡盘相连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述销轴是空心的,销轴上设有注油嘴。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述连接块位于导体盘一和导体盘二上的分体式连接座中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述偏转连杆相对平衡盘的中轴线成对设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种单磁转子的永磁调速装置,其特征在于,所述偏转连杆设有1~2对。
