Abstract

The invention provides an atmospheric corrosion prediction system for power transmission and transformation equipment. The atmospheric corrosion prediction system comprises a database module, a basic function module, a management module, a corrosion life prediction module, an auxiliary module and a reserved database module, wherein the corrosion life prediction module, the database module and the basic function module are orderly connected with each other; the database module is used for performing dynamic management on the corrosion information of the power transmission and transformation equipment; the basic function module is used for inquiring and extracting the data information in the database module; the corrosion life prediction module is used for estimating and predicting according to the data information of the database module; the management module is used for managing the database module and user information, and communicates with the auxiliary module and the reserved database module to realize the maintenance and update of the whole system. The atmospheric corrosion prediction system is used for predicting and managing the diversity and different causes of the corrosion data of the power transmission and transformation equipment; as a result, the operation maintenance efficiency is improved, the construction cost is reduced and the reliability of a transmission and transformation project is enhanced.

In addition, conditions such as air temperature, rainfall (acid rain), sunlight, wind direction, wind speed and dust fall all have important influence on corrosion of metal materials of the transformer substation, and most of the transformer substations do not evaluate and monitor the corrosion damage of the environment during site selection, so that equipment corrosion inevitably occurs.
For a long time, under the influence of traditional operation modes and historical reasons, electrical performance and economical efficiency of equipment of a transformer substation are over emphasized from the aspects of design, manufacture, operation and the like, the corrosion of the equipment is less considered, the corrosion prevention grade of the equipment of a traditional product is lower, and the corrosion prevention process is not perfect.
With the continuous development of computer software, if the operation of the power transmission and transformation equipment is maintained and managed in the form of the computer software, the operation and maintenance efficiency can be effectively improved, the construction cost is reduced, and the reliability of the power transmission and transformation project is improved.

The atmospheric corrosion prediction system of electric transmission and transformation equipment of claim 1, wherein the corrosion life prediction module is configured to estimate and predict corrosion lives of different corrosion protection systems for electric transmission and transformation equipment.
4. The atmospheric corrosion prediction system of electric transmission and transformation equipment of claim 1, wherein the basic function module comprises a material information query, a material corrosion information query, and an environmental information query.

The atmospheric corrosion prediction system of electric transmission and transformation equipment according to claim 4, wherein a user performs keyword query on names of input material information, material corrosion information or environment information through the basic function module, extracts data information corresponding to the keywords in the database module, and displays the data information on a user operation interface of an application program, wherein the keywords are stored in the database module.
