本发明公开了一种LED机柜照明灯,包括左侧板、灯罩、右侧板和底座;所述底座通过卡扣连接套筒;所述左侧板和右侧板均与底座通过卡扣连接,左侧板设于底座左侧,右侧板设于底座右侧;左侧板上安装有嵌入式插头,右侧板上安装有门控开关插座和嵌入式插座。灯罩罩扣在底座上方;底座左右两端均设有一个灯座,两个灯座之间设有LED灯管;底座左端设有多功能插座,底座右端设有船型开关。本发明结构合理,启动时不会产生磁流震动,采用LED灯管,寿命长,光效高;解决了多台机柜并柜使用时照明灯并联线路的问题;采用集成多种功能的插座,解决了检修机柜以及机柜内其他低功率电器取电不方便的问题。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种机柜照明设备,具体是一种LED机柜照明灯。
背景技术
工业机柜内部有很多复杂的线路器件,线路排查检修时机房内部光照度不足,机柜照明灯的出现可以解决机柜照明的难题。现有的普通机柜照明灯使用荧光灯和整流器的结构,启动时会有磁流震动,普通的荧光灯管生产会产生汞污染,灯管使用寿命短,易碎,整流器重量大运输安装不便。机柜内部空间小,普通的灯具体积较大,安装不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED机柜照明灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种LED机柜照明灯,包括左侧板、灯罩、右侧板和底座;所述底座通过卡扣连接套筒;所述左侧板和右侧板均与底座通过卡扣连接,左侧板设于底座左侧,右侧板设于底座右侧;左侧板上安装有嵌入式插头,右侧板上安装有门控开关插座和嵌入式插座。灯罩罩扣在底座上方;底座左右两端均设有一个灯座,两个灯座之间设有LED灯管;底座左端设有多功能插座,底座右端设有船型开关。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述灯罩为聚酯碳酸材质,灯罩顶部为圆弧形,外壁光滑,内壁开设有锯齿形凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明不使用荧光灯管、整流器以及启辉器,启动时不会产生磁流震动。采用LED灯管,寿命长达5万小时,光效高,且不会产生汞污染。本发明解决了多台机柜并柜使用时照明灯并联线路的问题,通过标准插头插座相连接,最大并联数量为50台。本发明采用了集成多种功能的插座,解决了检修机柜以及机柜内其他低功率电器取电不方便的问题。本发明可接门控开关,实现机柜开门灯点亮。本发明使用螺钉紧固,安装方便快捷。本发明可以根据实际需要生产为不同功率不同造型的产品,解决了不同大小的机柜对光照度的需求,适用性广。本发明体积小巧,适用于机柜内部安装。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种LED机柜照明灯,包括左侧板1、灯罩2、右侧板3和底座5;所述底座5通过卡扣连接套筒4,套筒4两侧有耳状的卡扣,所述卡扣为回弹式卡扣,底座5上开设有与套筒4相匹配的的孔,套筒4扣入底座5时卡扣收缩,全部卡入后卡扣回弹与底座5连接牢固;所述左侧板1和右侧板3均与底座5通过卡扣连接,左侧板1设于底座5左侧,右侧板3设于底座5右侧;左侧板1和右侧板3底部均采用侧板盖进行封口,侧板盖一侧有一个卡扣,另一侧有两个卡柱,安装时先将卡柱插入底座5,再将卡扣卡入底座5中,安装方便快捷牢靠;左侧板1上通过卡扣安装有嵌入式插头6,右侧板3上通过卡扣安装有门控开关插座7和嵌入式插座8,安装牢固可靠。灯罩2罩扣在底座5上方;底座5左右两端均设有一个灯座9,两个灯座9之间设有LED灯管10;底座5左端设有多功能插座11,底座5右端设有船型开关12。
进一步的,本发明所述灯罩2为聚酯碳酸材质,灯罩2顶部为圆弧形,外壁光滑,内壁开设有锯齿形凹槽;灯罩2利用聚碳酸酯材料的固有的弹性牢固卡在型材上,需要取下灯罩2时用手捏住灯罩2使其回弹即可方便取下。

1.一种LED机柜照明灯,包括左侧板(1)、灯罩(2)、右侧板(3)和底座(5);所述底座(5)通过卡扣连接套筒(4);所述左侧板(1)和右侧板(3)均与底座(5)通过卡扣连接,左侧板(1)设于底座(5)左侧,右侧板(3)设于底座(5)右侧;左侧板(1)上安装有嵌入式插头(6),右侧板(3)上安装有门控开关插座(7)和嵌入式插座(8);灯罩(2)罩扣在底座(5)上方;其特征在于:底座(5)左右两端均设有一个灯座(9),两个灯座(9)之间设有LED灯管(10);底座(5)左端设有多功能插座(11),底座(5)右端设有船型开关(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED机柜照明灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(2)为聚酯碳酸材质,灯罩(2)顶部为圆弧形,外壁光滑,内壁开设有锯齿形凹槽。
