Abstract

雨淋报警阀,外形呈仿锤型,为加压驱动活塞结构,属于消防灭火领域;解决了常规雨淋报警阀在断水、水源波动时的误启动喷放事故,实现了在电气控制故障时不能进行远程开启的问题;采用顺水流关闭,加压逆水流开启的动作机理,设置了驱动活塞,在水源剧烈波动、冲击或断水时,始终保持关闭、密封状态,减少了维护工作量;在电气控制故障时,达到远距离开启雨淋报警阀出水灭火的功能;本雨淋报警阀在电力、石油化工、冶金、地铁、隧道具有广泛的应用前景。

雨淋报警阀
技术领域
本发明新型涉及一种在水喷雾灭火系统中,通过电动、机械、非电远程控制,使水单方向流入系统执行灭火的雨淋报警阀,外形呈仿锤型,为加压驱动活塞结构,属于消防灭火领域。
背景技术
现行国标GB5135.3-2003雨淋报警阀,额定工作压力偏低,为1.2MPa;强度较低,使用寿命较短。
当前的雨淋报警阀,控制方式为减压启动、阀瓣顺水流开启。当水力源压波动时,雨淋报警阀常被供水的高峰水流冲开,造成非火灾时的误开启喷放事故,影响正产生产、造成严重水渍损失。在供水系统管件、阀门检修停水后,必须至现场操作每台雨淋报警阀,使之处于密封伺服工作状态,在冶金、电力、石油化工、交通隧道、造纸等大型防护区域,消防水源共用的场所,维护麻烦,误动作喷放时常发生,造成不应有的经济损失。
发明内容
为了解决雨淋报警阀的误动作喷放事故,实现自动/非电远程控制,提高额定工作压力;本发明新型提供一种雨淋报警阀,额定工作压力达1.6MPa;采用顺水流关闭,加压逆水流开启的动作机理;由:上阀体(1)、锁紧栓(2)、阀座(3)、O型圈(4)、主轴(5)、衬套(6)、螺栓(7)、中阀体(8)、下阀体(9)、驱动活塞(10)、弹簧(11)、底板(12)、主密封圈(13)、压板(14)组成。阀座嵌于上阀体中,由锁紧栓固定,上阀体与下阀体装在中阀体中,并采用中阀体外圆定位;主密封圈由压板、底板夹固,装于主轴上侧,主轴下侧内套弹簧;主轴下侧旋紧驱动活塞,安装于中阀体内,衬套嵌于中阀体内,由锁紧栓固定;平时弹簧顶推主密封圈组件顺水流方向移动与阀座密封锥面接触、密封;消防水源通过阀体与中阀体间的环隙,到达主密封圈组件处密封;喷放时,将压力源引至驱动腔,主密封圈组件在驱动活塞作用下开启出水;停止喷放时,释放驱动腔压力源,主密封圈组件在水源压力与弹簧力的共同作用下,向出水侧移动关闭密封。
本发明新型是这样实现的:由上阀体、锁紧栓、阀座、O型圈、主轴、衬套、螺栓、中阀体、下阀体、驱动活塞、弹簧、底板、主密封圈、压板组成。阀座嵌于上阀体中,由锁紧栓固定,上阀体与下阀体装在中阀体中,并采用中阀体外圆定位;主密封圈由压板、底板夹固,装于主轴上侧,主轴下侧内套弹簧;主轴下侧旋紧驱动活塞,安装于中阀体内,衬套嵌于中阀体内,由锁紧栓固定;平时弹簧顶推主密封圈组件顺水流方向移动与阀座密封锥面接触、密封;喷放时,将压力源引至驱动腔,主密封圈组件在驱动活塞下往进水侧移动,开启出水;停止喷放时,释放驱动腔压力源,主密封圈组件在水源压力与弹簧力的共同作用下,向出水侧移动关闭密封。
本发明新型有以下几种控制方式:
电动控制:火灾时,经控制中心逻辑判断确认,联动开启对应的电磁阀或在控制中心按下对应保护区雨淋报警阀的启动按钮,启动电磁阀打开,将消防水源引入驱动腔加压,使该区雨淋报警阀开启出水、灭火。
机械控制:火灾时,打开雨淋报警阀组中的就地紧急启动球阀,将消防水源引入驱动腔加压,使雨淋报警阀开启出水、灭火。
非电远程控制:雨淋报警阀的非电远程控制接口与非电远程控制盒连接,平时非电远程控制盒中的紧急球阀常闭。发生火灾,电气控制系统故障时,打开对应保护区的非电远程控制盒中的紧急球阀,将驱动介质的压力源(空气、清水)输入到驱动腔,驱动腔加压,使雨淋报警阀开启出水、灭火。
本发明新型的有益效果是:雨淋报警阀在断水或水源压力剧烈波动时,能始终保持密封状态,防止误开启喷放,减少了维护保养工作量,达到了非电远程控制功能,提高了额定工作压力。

具体实施方式
阀座嵌于上阀体中,阀座外圆车有O型圈槽,设计了70°密封锥面,圆周均布数个锁紧栓螺孔,出水通径与上阀体通径相同,阀座与上阀体由O型圈密封,由锁紧栓固定;上阀体与下阀体装在中阀体中,采用中阀体外圆定位、中阀体上下端面O型圈密封,通过螺栓将上阀体、中阀体、下阀体紧固;主密封圈由压板、底板夹固,装于主轴上侧,主轴下侧内套弹簧;主轴下侧旋紧驱动活塞,安装于中阀体活塞腔内;由O型圈密封;主轴上端加工了与驱动活塞、压板相配的直螺纹,下端加工了安装弹簧的沉孔;衬套嵌于中阀体内,中心为主轴孔,主轴孔前后各设计一道O型圈槽,中段内凹;外圆加工了锁紧栓固定环槽、O型圈槽;衬套与主轴采用双道O型圈密封,提高密封可靠性与使用寿命,衬套主轴孔中段内凹,减少主轴运动的摩擦力,提高了阀门启闭灵敏度,衬套与中阀体之间由O型圈密封,由锁紧栓固定;中阀体加工了驱动活塞腔、衬套孔及加压驱动接口;采用顺水流关闭、加压逆水流开启的动作机理;平时弹簧顶推主密封圈组件顺水流方向移动与阀座密封锥面接触、密封;消防水源通过阀体与中阀体间的环隙,到达主密封圈组件处密封,故水压增加时,向上密封力会增大,密封可靠;当供水压力波动剧大、频繁或断水时,由于弹簧推力、主密封圈组件顺水流方向的作用力,故始终保持在关闭密封状态,压力越大密封越好;喷放时,打开启动电磁阀或就地紧急启动球阀/远程紧急启动球阀,将压力源引至驱动腔,由于驱动活塞与主密封圈的面积比为1.4∶1,主密封圈组件在驱动活塞作用下往进水侧移动,开启出水;出水后,主密封圈上下压差变小,主密封圈水压阻力降低,使阀门加速开启至限位位置,确保阀门开启幅度与导通截面积,减少水力摩阻损失;停止喷放时,关闭启动电磁阀或就地紧急启动球阀/远程紧急启动球阀,释放驱动腔压力源,主密封圈组件在水源压力与弹簧力的共同作用下,逐渐向出水侧移动关闭密封。本发明新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:通过采用顺水流关闭、加压逆水流开启的动作机理,解决了常规雨淋报警阀误动作喷放的事故,减少了维护工作量。
1)材质:锁紧栓、阀座、、主轴、衬套、螺栓、中阀体、驱动活塞、弹簧、底板、压板采用304不锈钢,上阀体与下阀体采用球墨铸铁,O型圈为丁腈橡胶,主密封圈采用内嵌钢环式丁腈橡胶。
2)额定工作压力:1.6MPa。
3)阀体水压强度:3.2MPa,不渗漏、不变形。
4)水力摩阻损失:0.02MPa。
5)安装方式:直立、水平、倾斜安装。
6)开启时间:≤15S;复位关闭时间:≤25S。
7)非电远程控制接口:DN15管道,与雨淋报警阀最远距离:60米。
8)水压波动0MPa-1.6MPa保持关闭密封。
9)驱动介质:空气、清水。

Claims (3)

1.一种通过电动、机械、非电远程控制,使水单方向进入系统执行灭火的雨淋报警阀,其特征是采用加压驱动活塞结构,外形呈仿锤型;雨淋报警阀由:上阀体(1)、锁紧栓(2)、阀座(3)、O型圈(4)、主轴(5)、衬套(6)、螺栓(7)、中阀体(8)、下阀体(9)、驱动活塞(10)、弹簧(11)、底板(12)、主密封圈(13)、压板(14)组成;阀座嵌于上阀体中,由锁紧栓固定,上阀体与下阀体装在中阀体中,采用中阀体外圆定位;主密封圈由压板、底板夹固,装于主轴上侧,主轴下侧内套弹簧;主轴下侧旋紧驱动活塞,安装于中阀体内;衬套嵌于中阀体内,由锁紧栓固定;平时弹簧顶推主密封圈组件与阀座密封锥面接触密封;喷放时,将压力源引至驱动腔,主密封圈组件在驱动活塞作用下开启出水;释放驱动腔压力源,主密封圈组件在水源压力与弹簧力的作用下关闭密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征是阀座,外圆车有O型圈槽,设计了70°密封锥面,圆周均布数个锁紧栓螺孔,出水通径与上阀体通径相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征是衬套,中心为主轴孔,主轴孔前后各设计一道O型圈槽,中段内凹;外圆加工了锁紧栓固定环槽、O型圈槽。
