本发明涉及一种高效脱漆剂。
背景技术
脱漆是表面处理当中的重要工序之一,近年来各种脱漆剂应运而生,传统的有机脱漆剂主要是二氯甲烷型脱漆剂,而由于国内外对环境保护要求的不断提高,传统的二氯甲烷型脱漆剂正逐步被低毒、低挥发性的脱漆剂所取代。因此需要一种环保高效的脱漆剂,既能够环保,又能够高效脱漆。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种高效脱漆剂,能够快速溶解油漆,脱漆效果好,同时环保低毒,对环境无害。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种高效脱漆剂,所述各原料重量组份:
脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚8-15份,硅酸盐化合物2-8份,氢氧化钠3-9份,苯甲醇2-7份,苯并三氮唑3-6份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-9份,马来酸二甲脂4-6份,磷酸二戊胺2-5份,石蜡1-5份,醋酸纤维素3-10份,二氯甲烷4-9份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的高效脱漆剂,能够快速溶解油漆,脱漆效果好,同时环保低毒,对环境无害。

脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚8-15份,硅酸盐化合物2-8份,氢氧化钠3-9份,苯甲醇2-7份,苯并三氮唑3-6份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-9份,马来酸二甲脂4-6份,磷酸二戊胺2-5份,石蜡1-5份,醋酸纤维素3-10份,二氯甲烷4-9份。
