本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种防风蚀破损地膜配方。
背景技术
地膜覆盖得到普及,地膜的普及应用,尤其对于干旱、气候条件恶劣的地区,对农作物起到了保温保墒的关键性作用,使得作物产量明显增加,地膜已经逐渐成为农业中不可缺少的生产物资。农用地膜是现代农业的重要生产资料。干旱风沙区的风害是严重制约垄作覆膜、设施农业等高效用水新技术的主要技术瓶颈,特别是春季的3-5月。长期以来,从很大程度上加大了单位面积劳动力和经济成本的投入。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防风蚀破损地膜配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的防风蚀破损地膜配方,包括下列组分,聚氯乙烯40份,乙烯 - 醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂20份,土豆淀粉10份,阿拉伯胶7份,甲草胺乳油2份,大豆蛋白粘合剂3份,聚乙烯醇4份,纳米级二氧化钛0.5 份,微晶蜡聚丁二酸-丁二醇酯1份,微晶蜡2份。
其还包括苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂3份。
本发明提供了一种防风蚀地膜,可以有效减少因风蚀导致的地膜破损,以及进而造成地表跑墒、损苗、减产等生产实际问题,及其在此过程中所增加的人力覆土压膜劳动力投入,有效提高干旱风沙区地膜集雨保墒效果。
