本发明涉及一种红外智能输液装置。包括电控器,红外线对射器,电磁夹,吊瓶,输液管;所述所电控器包括电池盒、单片机、指示灯、报警器,所述红外线对射器发射的红外线穿过无液的输液管被接收装置接收后,将信号传到单片机,单片机输出信号至电磁夹,此时电磁夹因有电压处于关闭状态,血液不可能回流至输液管;但当输液管有药液流入时,由于药液对红外线的散光作用,接收装置接收的信号非常微弱,单片机没有输出信号,电磁夹处于开启状态,完成输液过程;当药液输完,电控器发出声光报警。本发明的有益效果在于:病人打吊针,当药液输完,会自动关闭输液管,同时发出声光提示,等待医生拔针的过程中,不会出现血液回流现象。

本发明涉及医疗用具领域,具体涉及一种红外智能输液装置。
背景技术
目前市场上所使用的打吊针输液装置,无智能提醒及智能关断设备,当药输用完了,想及时我到医生拔针有时比较难,因此需要一种智能关闭输液的装置,防止血液回流。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种红外智能输液装置,包括电控器,红外线对射器,电磁夹,固定带子,吊瓶,输液管,排气管,导线;所述所电控器包括电池盒、单片机、指示灯、报警器,所述单片机通过导线连接红外线对射器,所述红外线对射器发射的红外线穿过无液的输液管被接收装置接收后,将信号传到单片机,单片机输出信号至电磁夹,此时电磁夹因有电压处于关闭状态,血液不可能回流至输液管;但当输液管有药液流入时,由于药液对红外线的散光作用,接收装置接收的信号非常微弱,单片机没有输出信号,电磁夹处于开启状态,完成输液过程。
进一步地,所述固定带子与电控器相连,用于使电控器固定于吊瓶上,当药液输完,电控器发出声光报警,此时指示灯并处于闪烁状态,报警器发出报警声音。
本发明的有益效果在于:病人打吊针,当药液输完,会自动关闭输液管,同时发出声光提示,等待医生拔针的过程中,不会出现血液回流现象。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种红外智能输液装置,包括电控器1,红外线对射器2,电磁夹3,固定带子4,吊瓶5,输液管6,排气管7,导线8;其特征在于:所述所电控器1包括电池盒、单片机、指示灯、报警器,所述单片机通过导线8连接红外线对射器2,所述红外线对射器2发射的红外线穿过无液的输液管被接收装置接收后,将信号传到单片机,单片机输出信号至电磁夹3,此时电磁夹3因有电压处于关闭状态,血液不可能回流至输液管6;但当输液管6有药液流入时,由于药液对红外线的散光作用,接收装置接收的信号非常微弱,单片机没有输出信号,电磁夹3处于开启状态,完成输液过程。
进一步地,所述固定带子4与电控器1相连,用于使电控器1固定于吊瓶5上,当药液输完,电控器1发出声光报警,此时指示灯并处于闪烁状态,报警器发出报警声音。
本发明的有益效果在于:病人打吊针,当药液输完,会自动关闭输液管,同时发出声光提示,等待医生拔针的过程中,不会出现血液回流现象。

1.一种红外智能输液装置,包括电控器(1),红外线对射器(2),电磁夹(3),吊瓶(5),输液管(6);其特征在于:所述所电控器(1)包括电池盒、单片机、指示灯、报警器,所述单片机通过导线(8)连接红外线对射器(2),所述红外线对射器(2)发射的红外线穿过无液的输液管被接收装置接收后,将信号传到单片机,单片机输出信号至电磁夹(3),此时电磁夹(3)因有电压处于关闭状态,血液不可能回流至输液管(6),电控器(1)发出声光报警;但当输液管(6)有药液流入时,由于药液对红外线的散光作用,接收装置接收的信号非常微弱,单片机没有输出信号,电磁夹(3)处于开启状态,完成输液过程。
