Abstract
本发明公开了一种双排孔接线转接器,包括保护罩,在保护罩端面开设有上下两排插口,在保护罩内设有在固定件上固定的导电板,固定件上下两端分别延伸出斜板与保护罩连接,对应上下两排插口在斜板上开设通孔,并设置用于压紧导线线芯的弹片。采用该接线转接器不仅简化了电气设备的接线,而且解决了电气设备检修和维护时拆线的困难。其结构简单,设计合理,成本低,安装空间小,具有双排插口,能够满足更多设备的接线要求,进一步节约空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种接线装置。
背景技术
目前,在机车电气设备检修或电气设备故障时,有时需要更换电气设备,需要把电气设备的接线拆除,这样会给检修和维护带来很大的不便。同时,当多处等电压的小电流用电设备需要接线时,一般是通过一个端子排或连接器进行转接,但端子排和连接器需要占用大量的空间,价格成本也很高。
如何解决上述技术问题成为了该领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种机车电气设备接线转接装置,解决了现有技术电气设备检修和维护时拆线困难,采用端子排和连接器占用空间大、成本高的技术问题。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种双排孔接线转接器,包括保护罩,在保护罩端面开设有上下两排插口,在保护罩内设有固定在固定件上的导电板,固定件上下两端分别延伸出斜板与保护罩连接,对应上下两排插口在斜板上开设通孔,并设置用于压紧导线线芯的弹片。
作为优选,所述前罩体和后罩体可拆卸式连接构成,前罩体的一端端面开设上下两排插口,另一端未封闭,并设置固定件和导电板。
作为优选,所述后罩体插接在前罩体的未封闭端,且后罩体采用透明绝缘材料制成。
作为优选,所述固定件为左端为封闭的口字形结构,导电板为右端未封闭的口字形结构,导电板的开口端插入固定件的开口端中被固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.采用该接线转接器不仅简化了电气设备的接线,而且解决了电气设备检修和维护时拆线的困难。
2.该接线转接器结构简单,设计合理,成本低,安装空间小,特别适用于机车上的小电流电路(如照明电路、控制电路、微机信号电路等)的接线,以及需要同时接几个等电位的用电设备的情况。
3.该接线转接器具有双排插口,能够满足更多设备的接线要求,进一步节约空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
参见图1和图2所示,一种双排孔接线转接器,包括保护罩、固定件4、导电板2和弹片3。保护罩由前罩体6和后罩体5组成,前罩体6的一端端面开设上下两排插口7,另一端未封闭, 后罩体5插接在前罩体6的未封闭端,且后罩体5采用透明绝缘材料制成。
固定件4为左端为封闭的口字形结构,导电板2为右端未封闭的口字形结构,导电板2的开口端插入固定件4的开口端中被固定。
固定件4上下两端分别延伸出斜板8与前罩体6未封闭端连接固定,对应上下两排插口7在斜板8上开设通孔,弹片3固定在通孔外侧的斜板8上,用于压紧导线线芯。
在使用时,插口7中插入导线线芯1,导线线芯1穿过斜板8上的通孔后被弹片3压紧,并与导电板2紧密接触,通过导电板2使上下插入的导线线芯1连接组成等电位电路。后罩体5与前罩体6可拆卸,从而便于检查导线线芯1是否与导电板2可靠接触,以及检查弹片3是否将导线线芯1压接到位,同时后罩体5也有防尘绝缘的作用。
该接线转接器具有双排插口,能够满足更多设备的接线要求,进一步节约空间。

Claims (4)
1.一种双排孔接线转接器,其特征在于:包括保护罩,在保护罩端面开设有上下两排插口,在保护罩内设有在固定件上固定的导电板,固定件上下两端分别延伸出斜板与保护罩连接,对应上下两排插口在斜板上开设通孔,并设置用于压紧导线线芯的弹片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双排孔接线转接器,其特征在于:所述前罩体和后罩体可拆卸式连接构成,前罩体的一端端面开设上下两排插口,另一端未封闭,并设置固定件和导电板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双排孔接线转接器,其特征在于:所述后罩体插接在前罩体的未封闭端,且后罩体采用透明绝缘材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双排孔接线转接器,其特征在于:所述固定件为左端为封闭的口字形结构,导电板为右端未封闭的口字形结构,导电板的开口端插入固定件的开口端中被固定。
