Abstract
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组以及显示装置。该背光模组包括:导光板,位于导光板两侧的PCB基板,所述PCB基板朝向导光板的一侧设有若干个光源器件;所述导光板朝向PCB基板的一侧设有若干个用于容纳光源器件的凹槽;所述凹槽两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起。本发明提供的背光模组以及显示装置,通过将导光板的一侧设有若干个容纳光源器件的凹槽,并且在凹槽两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起,可最大程度将光源器件的侧面发出的光线加以利用,使得光能利用率提高,进一步实现利用更少的光源器件实现需求亮度,在实现节能的同时可有效地降低对光源器件的散热负担,进而降低模组的内部温度,提供产品的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组以及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示器多采用背光模组向显示面板提供电源,背光模组中采用导光板来将光源发出的光均匀发散开来。
现有的导光板为板状,其光的损耗在30%左右,并且导光板侧面容易发生漏光现象,需要额外加入黑胶带来掩盖漏光区域,导致光的输出率较低,影响产品的显示品质。
另外,板状结构的导光板没有相应位置容纳光源器件,限制产品的窄边框设置。
发明内容
(一)所要解决的技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组以及显示装置,以克服现有技术中光源利用率低下,容易造成光源光衰严重导致影响产品显示品质等缺陷。
(二)技术内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明一方面提供一种背光模组,包括:
导光板以及位于导光板两侧的PCB基板,所述PCB基板上设有若干个光源器件;
所述导光板朝向PCB基板的两侧分别设有若干个用于容纳光源器件的凹槽;
所述凹槽中两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起。
优选地,所述凸起由导光板制作,直接形成在凹槽的内壁上。
优选地,所述凸起由透镜薄膜制作,所述透镜薄膜粘贴在凹槽两个相对的内壁上。
优选地,所述凸起的截面为多边形或弧形。
优选地,所述多边形为三角形或四边形。
优选地,所述弧形为半圆形。
优选地,所述凸起为连续设置或间隔设置。
优选地,所述凹槽的数量与光源器件的数量相匹配。
优选地,所述光源器件与凹槽内壁之间设有预定距离。
再一方面,本发明还提供一种显示装置,上述的背光模组。
优选地,该显示装置还包括形成对盒的上基板和下基板,所述上基板的上表面设有上偏光片,其上基板的下表面设有彩膜层,所述下基板的内表面制作有线栅偏光膜和阵列层;所述上下基板内表面制作有取向层,所述对盒内夹有液晶层;所述液晶层周边用封框胶密封;所述下基板的外表面设有纳米颗粒,且纳米颗粒面设有反射板;其中,导光板充当下基板。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供一种背光模组以及显示装置,通过将导光板的一侧设有若干个容纳光源器件的凹槽,并且在凹槽两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起,可最大程度将光源器件的侧面发出的光线加以利用,使得光能利用率提高,进一步实现利用更少的光源器件实现需求亮度,在实现节能的同时可有效地降低对光源器件的散热负担,进而降低模组的内部温度,提供产品的使用寿命;另外,可容纳光源器件的凹槽设置,进一步缩小光源器件的占用面积,可有效实现产品的窄边框。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不是用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
如图1~4所示,本发明提供一种背光模组,该背光模组,包括:
导光板1以及位于导光板1两侧的PCB基板2,所述PCB基板2上设有若干个光源器件3;
所述导光板1朝向PCB基板2的两侧设有若干个用于容纳光源器件3的凹槽11;凹槽11中两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起111。
该凸起111由导光板1制作,其直接形成在凹槽11的内壁上。即在导光板1上形成凹槽11的同时,一并形成凸起111的图形。
本实施例中将导光板的两侧设置成凹槽结构,可以较好的容纳光源器件,最大程度节省光源器件的占用面积,实现产品的窄边框设置。
另外,更为突出的是,本实施例中的凹槽11中两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起111,光源器件发出的光会经过若干个凸起进而发生大规模反射,可最大程度将光源器件的侧面发出的光线加以利用,使得光能利用率提高,进一步实现利用更少的光源器件实现需求亮度,在实现节能的同时可有效地降低对光源器件的散热负担,进而降低模组的内部温度,提供产品的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,该凸起的数量可根据实际需求而定,其结构可以为多边形或弧形,当然,也可以为其他几何形状。
其中,本发明中的多边形可为以三角形和四边形,该四边形可以为矩形、梯形或其他不规则四边形;
该弧形可以为半圆形,也可以为半椭圆形,或者其他不规则弧形。
该凸起111可以为连续设置,也可以为间隔设置,该两种设计都能使得光经过凸起时发生更多的反射,提高光的输出率。
另外,本实施例中的光源器件优选为LED灯,当然,除了LED灯,其他光源器件同样适用。
为了将LED灯均被容纳在凹槽中,设置凹槽的数量与LED灯的数量相匹配。
为了保障光源器件发出的光可以较好与凸起发生反射现象,并且较好的将光源器件的热量较快地发散出去,设置光源器件与凹槽内壁之间设有预定距离。
实施例二
如图5所示,本实施例提供的背光模组与实施例一存在的区别在于,该凸起111由透镜薄膜制作,所述透镜薄膜粘贴在凹槽11两个相对的内壁上。即,在导光板1上形成凹槽11即可,采用透镜薄膜粘贴的形式,将透镜薄膜凸起设置在凹槽两个相对的内壁上。
同样的,该透镜薄膜也可以为多边形或弧形,该多边形可以为三角形和四边形,该四边形可以为矩形、梯形或其他不规则四边形;
该弧形可以为半圆形,也可以为半椭圆形,或者其他不规则弧形。
该透镜薄膜可采用不同的形状充当不同形状的凸起,来进一步让光发生更多的反射,提供光的有效使用率。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括上述的背光模组。该显示装置还包括形成对盒的上基板和下基板,所述上基板的上表面设有上偏光片,其上基板的下表面设有彩膜层,所述下基板的内表面制作有线栅偏光膜和阵列层;所述上下基板内表面制作有取向层,所述对盒内夹有液晶层。所述液晶层周边用封框胶密封;所述下基板的外表面设有纳米颗粒,且纳米颗粒面设有反射板,其中,导光板充当下基板。
该显示装置可以为液晶显示屏、液晶显示器、平板电脑、笔记本、电子书等电子产品。
本发明提供一种背光模组以及显示装置,通过将导光板的一侧设有若干个容纳光源器件的凹槽,并且在凹槽两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起,可最大程度将光源器件的侧面发出的光线加以利用,使得光能利用率提高,进一步实现利用更少的光源器件实现需求亮度,在实现节能的同时可有效地降低对光源器件的散热负担,进而降低模组的内部温度,提供产品的使用寿命;另外,可容纳光源器件的凹槽设置,进一步缩小光源器件的占用面积,可有效实现产品的窄边框。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (11)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:
导光板以及位于导光板两侧的PCB基板,所述PCB基板上设有若干个光源器件;
所述导光板朝向PCB基板的两侧分别设有若干个用于容纳光源器件的凹槽;
所述凹槽中两个相对的内壁上设有若干个凸起。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凸起由导光板制作,直接形成在凹槽的内壁上。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凸起由透镜薄膜制作,所述透镜薄膜粘贴在凹槽两个相对的内壁上。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凸起的截面为多边形或弧形。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述多边形为三角形或四边形。
6.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述弧形为半圆形。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凸起为连续设置或间隔设置。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凹槽的数量与光源器件的数量相匹配。
9.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源器件与凹槽内壁之间设有预定距离。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的背光模组。
11.如权利要求10所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该显示装置还包括形成对盒的上基板和下基板,所述上基板的上表面设有上偏光片,其上基板的下表面设有彩膜层,所述下基板的内表面制作有线栅偏光膜和阵列层;所述上下基板内表面制作有取向层,所述对盒内夹有液晶层;所述液晶层周边用封框胶密封;所述下基板的外表面设有纳米颗粒,且纳米颗粒面设有反射板;其中,导光板充当下基板。
