本发明属于一种玻璃真空集热管装有保护套的太阳能热水器，包括热水箱体（1）上装有多根由玻璃真空集热管外壁（6）和玻璃真空集热管内壁（7）组成玻璃真空集热管(8)，其特征在于在玻璃真空集热管（8）的外面装有一个耐冲击，透光性能好，透明聚碳酸脂的保护套（4）；保护套（4）与玻璃真空集热管（8）之间，均匀地设有多个加强筋（5）。该发明玻璃真空集热管不会直接受到冲击，不易破碎，即使破碎热水也不会留出来，碎玻璃也不掉下来伤人；同时还会延长玻璃真空集热管的使用寿命，提高了热水器质量。

本发明属于热水器，特别涉及一种玻璃真空集热管装有保护套的太阳能热水器。
背景技术
太阳能热水器在我国应用的极为广泛，为节省煤、电、油等能源做出了极大贡献，是一种节能减排的极好产品,深受广大群众的欢迎。但是在使用中还存在着安全隐患，例如玻璃真空集热管抗冲性能差，在遇到下雹子时，就容易将玻璃真空管击碎，一旦破碎就会流出热水伤人，碎玻璃掉下来伤人。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种玻璃真空集热管不会伤人，安全性好的玻璃真空集热管装有保护套的太阳能热水器。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种玻璃真空集热管装有保护套的太阳能热水器，包括热水箱体上装有多根由玻璃真空集热管外壁和玻璃真空集热管内壁组成玻璃真空集热管，其特征在于在玻璃真空集热管的外面装有一个耐冲击，透光性能好，透明的聚碳酸脂保护套；保护套与玻璃真空集热管之间，均匀地设有多个加强筋。
本发明的有益效果是：该发明玻璃真空集热管不会直接受到冲击，不易破碎，即使破碎热水也不会流出来，碎玻璃也不会掉下来伤人；同时还会延长玻璃真空集热管的使用寿命，提高了热水器质量。

具体实施方式
实施例，参照附图，一种玻璃真空集热管装有保护套的太阳能热水器，包括热水箱体1上装有多根由玻璃真空集热管外壁6和玻璃真空集热管内壁7组成玻璃真空集热管8，其特征在于在玻璃真空集热管8的外面装有一个耐冲击，透光性能好，透明聚碳酸脂的保护套4；保护套4与玻璃真空集热管8之间，均匀地设有三个加强筋5。玻璃真空集热管8用玻璃真空集热管座2固定连接在一起，保护套4用管锢9装在保护层3上。
该热水器多数装在房屋、楼房的顶部，在下雹子时很容易打碎玻璃真空集热管8，热水流出，玻璃管破碎掉到楼下伤人。该发明彻底解决上述不安全因素。保护套4的选材要选择机械强度高，透光性能好的聚碳酸脂材料，不能影响玻璃真空集热管8吸收阳光加热水的功能。

1.一种玻璃真空集热管装有保护套的太阳能热水器，包括热水箱体（1）上装有多根由玻璃真空集热管外壁（6）和玻璃真空集热管内壁（7）组成玻璃真空集热管(8)，其特征在于在玻璃真空集热管（8）的外面装有一个耐冲击，透光性能好，透明聚碳酸脂的保护套（4）；保护套（4）与玻璃真空集热管（8）之间，均匀地设有多个加强筋（5）。
