本发明的目的在于提供一种管道接口快速调节器，包括两个卡箍，所述卡箍两耳处设有连接螺栓，还包括两个用于连接卡箍的调节器，所述的调节器为空心圆柱型，调节器两端设有连接口，连接口与连接螺栓螺纹连接。解决现在井下维修管路时，拆开的管路对接困难，需要投入多人才能维修的问题。

本发明属于管道连接用具，尤其涉及一种管道接口快速调节器。
背景技术
现在井下管路漏风、漏水维修困难，主要是因为管路拆开后，受两侧管路拉力、重力影响，管口对接困难，其次维修需要更换密封圈和重新对接固定管路，至少3人配合操作才能进行，投入人员多，还易出现返工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管道接口快速调节器，解决现在井下维修管路时，拆开的管路对接困难，需要投入多人才能维修的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：一种管道接口快速调节器，包括两个卡箍，所述卡箍两耳处设有连接螺栓，还包括两个用于连接卡箍的调节器，所述的调节器为空心圆柱型，调节器两端设有连接口，连接口与连接螺栓螺纹连接。
所述的调节器外表面中部安装防滑把手。
本发明结构简单，成本低廉，使用方便，通过卡箍固定维修口两侧的管路，并通过旋转调节器，将两卡箍拉进或远离，以实现两管路的对接，从而解决维修管路时的管路不好对接的问题效果明显，提高了作业效率，降低了人员投入，以前需要3人才能完成的工作，现在只需一人即可高质量的完成。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种管道接口快速调节器，包括两个卡箍1，卡箍两耳处设有连接螺栓2，还包括两个用于连接卡箍的调节器3，调节器3为空心圆柱型，调节器3两端设有连接口，连接口与连接螺栓螺纹连接，调节器3外表面中部安装防滑把手。
使用方法：1、将本发明管道接口快速调节器固定在管道漏风、漏水处卡箍两侧的管路上，固定紧固；2、使用工器具将管道卡箍螺丝拆口，卸下卡箍；3、操作本发明的调节器，使得管路接口逐渐分开，拆下密封圈，在一侧管口上齐新的密封圈；4、操作本发明的调节器，逐渐将两管口对接，将管口密封圈上齐；5、将卡箍对接、上齐螺丝，并紧固到位；6、拆卸管道接口快速调节器。

1.一种管道接口快速调节器，其特征在于：包括两个卡箍，所述卡箍两耳处设有连接螺栓，还包括两个用于连接卡箍的调节器，所述的调节器为空心圆柱型，调节器两端设有连接口，连接口与连接螺栓螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道接口快速调节器，其特征在于：所述的调节器外表面中部安装防滑把手。
