本发明公开了一种PU革，包括基布、发泡层和PU面层，所述基布包括纤维层，所述纤维层与发泡层之间复合金属网，所述金属网朝向发泡层的一侧设有若干根伸入发泡层内的加强丝，所述发泡层与PU面层之间设有若干颗按摩球，所述按摩球将PU面层表面撑起形成凸点。本发明具有按摩功能且不易磨损撕裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PU革。 
技术背景
PU革作为人造合成革广泛应用于服饰、家具等物品上，市面上出现了某些沙发应用PU皮表面制造凸起实现按摩功能，然而，这些PU皮由于表面凸起频繁承重横向上的受力，容易使PU皮面层与基布之间遭受磨损甚至撕裂分离。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种PU革，具有按摩功能且不易磨损和撕裂。 
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案： 
一种PU革，包括基布、发泡层和PU面层，所述基布包括纤维层，所述纤维层与发泡层之间复合金属网，所述金属网朝向发泡层的一侧设有若干根伸入发泡层内的加强丝，所述发泡层与PU面层之间设有若干颗按摩球，所述按摩球将PU面层表面撑起形成凸点。 
优选的，所述发泡层朝向PU面层的侧面设有若干个球面凹槽，所述按摩球设置于球面凹槽中。 
优选的，所述纤维层穿过金属网的空隙交错编织，所述加强丝与金属网的角度为90度。 
优选的，所述发泡层为聚氨酯发泡层。 
本发明采用上述技术方案，使用者通过凸点收到按摩，凸点收到横向上的拉扯将力传递至发泡层，由于基布通过纤维层与金属网复合，大大增加了基布 的强度，金属网上的加强丝伸入发泡层，使金属网与发泡层结合十分牢固，因此，基层与发泡层之间不易产生位移，减少了磨损和撕裂的情况的发生，提高了PU革的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。 
如图1所示，本发明包括基布1、发泡层2和PU面层3，所述基布包括纤维层101，所述纤维层与发泡层之间复合金属网102，所述金属网朝向发泡层的一侧设有若干根伸入发泡层内的加强丝1021，所述发泡层与PU面层之间设有若干颗按摩球4，所述按摩球将PU面层表面撑起形成凸点301。所述发泡层2朝向PU面层3的侧面设有若干个球面凹槽201，所述按摩球4设置于球面凹槽中，球面凹槽将按摩球横向上限位，使按摩球不会随意滑动而破坏PU面层与发泡层之间的复合强度，同时按摩球还能在球面凹槽中轻微转动，使按摩效果更佳。所述纤维层101穿过金属网102的空隙交错编织，所述加强丝与金属网的角度为90度，纤维层采用PET短纤维支撑，加强丝90度的角度设置，加强了金属网与发泡层之间的结合强度，减少金属网与发泡层之间的位移，从而减轻了磨损。所述发泡层2为聚氨酯发泡层。 
使用者通过凸点收到按摩，凸点收到横向上的拉扯将力传递至发泡层，由于基布通过纤维层与金属网复合，大大增加了基布的强度，金属网上的加强丝伸入发泡层，使金属网与发泡层结合十分牢固，因此，基层与发泡层之间不易产生位移，减少了磨损和撕裂的情况的发生，提高了PU革的使用寿命。 
以上就本发明较佳的实施例做了说明，但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。本发明不仅局限于以上实施例，其具体结构允许有变化，本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形，只要不脱离本发明的精神，均属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

1.一种PU革，包括基布(1)、发泡层(2)和PU面层(3)，其特征在于：所述基布包括纤维层(101)，所述纤维层与发泡层之间复合金属网(102)，所述金属网朝向发泡层的一侧设有若干根伸入发泡层内的加强丝(1021)，所述发泡层与PU面层之间设有若干颗按摩球(4)，所述按摩球将PU面层表面撑起形成凸点(301)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PU革，其特征在于：所述发泡层(2)朝向PU面层(3)的侧面设有若干个球面凹槽(201)，所述按摩球(4)设置于球面凹槽中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种PU革，其特征在于：所述纤维层(101)穿过金属网(102)的空隙交错编织，所述加强丝(1021)与金属网的角度为90度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PU革，其特征在于：所述发泡层(2)为聚氨酯发泡层。
