Abstract
棉花和纱线室温前处理方法及装置,其特征在于包括前处理液箱、设置在前处理液箱上的带有棉花笼或装载纱架的底座、配液池、循环泵、棉花笼或载纱架保温膜,前处理液箱上设置有带有阀门的排液口,前处理液箱与配液池间设置有带有阀门的回流管,棉花笼或装载纱架上设置有带有液体导出口的液体导管,循环泵设置在液体导管与配液池间,设置有与液体导管连通的水洗液输送接口、中和液输送接口、除氧霉液输送接口。本发明与已有技术相比,具有能减少水、电、汽的耗用,并直接回用前处理后的残液,减少资源与能源的耗用,减少对环境的污染的优点。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种印染方法及装置。
背景技术:
印染废水历来是环境污染的重要污染源之一,印染行业在水、电、蒸汽、染化料的消耗方面又十分严重,资源与能源的浪费也很大。节约资源,减少污是中国政府目前的重点工作之一。同时,随着周边国家纺织业的崛起,我国的纺织企业处境已很艰难,降低成本,也是纺织企业迫在眉睫的任务。如何面对政府和市场的双重压力,纺织企业就必须在大力节能减排和降低成本、减少固定资产投入方面大力改进。
传统的纱线与棉花染色前的前处理都是通过高温进行处理的,前处理过程中还必须采用大浴比进行加工。这样,不仅需要耗费很多水、电、汽与化工料,前处理后的水也无法直接回用。同时,采用高温进行前处理,需采用高温高压染缸进行加工,不仅投资多,成本高,而且也很浪费设备产能。
为解决纱线与棉花高温、高浴比前处理带来的资源与能源的浪费、减少对环境的污染,本人发明了棉花与纱线的室温法处理方法。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种能减少水、电、汽的耗用,并直接回用前处理后的残液,减少资源与能源的耗用,减少对环境的污染的棉花和纱线室温前处理方法及装置。
本发明棉花和纱线室温前处理方法是这样实现的,先配好前处理专用液体,再将装好了棉花的棉花笼或装好了筒子或经轴纱的载纱架放在前处理液箱的底座上,并固定好,并将用于保温的塑料薄膜包好棉花笼或载纱架的顶部或四周,启动循环泵,将前处理液从前处理配液池抽出,再通过底座和棉花笼或载纱架的液体导管穿透棉花或纱线,前处理液再自动流入到前处理液箱后再汇集至前处理配液池中,连续循环使用,前处理完毕后,进行第一次室温水洗,然后加入中和液中和至纱线或棉花的PH值为6~8,然后加入除氧霉液进行处理,最后再进行第二次室温水洗,
A、前处理用料配方:
双氧水: 20~50 g/L
液 碱(浓度30~50%液碱或对应量的固体碱): 8~20 g/L
精练剂: 1~5 g/L
络合剂或螯合剂: 1~5 g/L
软水剂或分散剂: 1~5 g/L
双氧水稳定剂: 1~5 g/L
前处理浴比:1:2.5~1:8,室温循环12~26小时
B、中和液:
醋酸:1~5g/L,中和浴比:1:2.5~1:8,室温循环10~60分钟
C、除氧霉液配方:
除氧霉: 0.3~5g/L。除氧霉处理浴比:1:2.5~1:8,室温循环10~60分钟
本发明的棉花和纱线室温前处理装置是这样实现的,包括前处理液箱、设置在前处理液箱上的带有棉花笼或装载纱架的底座、配液池、循环泵、棉花笼或载纱架保温膜,前处理液箱上设置有带有阀门的排液口,前处理液箱与配液池间设置有带有阀门的回流管,棉花笼或装载纱架上设置有带有液体导出口的液体导管,循环泵设置在液体导管与配液池间,设置有与液体导管连通的水洗液输送接口、中和液输送接口、除氧霉液输送接口。
工作时,在配液池配好前处理专用液体,再将装好了棉花的棉花笼或装好了筒子或经轴纱的载纱架放在前处理底箱的底座上,并固定好,并将用于保温的塑料薄膜包好棉花笼或载纱架的顶部或四周,液体导管上的水洗液输送接口、中和液输送接口、除氧霉液输送接口分别与水洗液供应装置、中和液供应装置、除氧霉液供应装置相连,启动循环泵,将前处理液从前处理配液池抽出,再通过液体导管的液体导出口穿透棉花笼或载纱架上的棉花或纱线,前处理液再自动流入到前处理箱后再汇集至前处理配液池中,通过回流管回流到配液池,这样,持续地浸泡棉花或经轴纱一段时间后,停止循环泵,启动水洗液供应装置向液体导管持续供应水洗液,水洗棉花或纱线后的水洗液回收到配液池,然后,停止水洗液供应装置,关闭回流管上的阀门,打开排液口上的阀门,启动中和液供应装置向液体导管持续供应中和液,中和后的中和液落入前处理液箱后,通过排液口排走,中和完成后,停止中和液供应装置,启动除氧霉液供应装置向液体导管持续供应除氧霉液,除氧霉处理后的除氧霉液落入前处理液箱后,通过排液口排走,完成除氧霉处理后,停止除氧霉液供应装置,最后再进行室温水洗。
采用前处理液箱并设置具有可选择性排放废水、废酸或除氧霉的阀门,这样就可确保可回收利用的前处理料与不需回收利用的殘液能分开处理。
采用特殊的前处理液配方配合特殊的处理工艺,在不需要蒸汽的情况下,就能实现对棉花或纱线的前处理。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有能减少水、电、汽的耗用,并直接回用前处理后的残液,减少资源与能源的耗用,减少对环境的污染的优点。

本发明棉花和纱线室温前处理方法是这样实现的,先配好前处理专用液体,再将装好了棉花的棉花笼或装好了筒子或经轴纱的载纱架放在前处理液箱的底座上,并固定好,并将用于保温的塑料薄膜包好棉花笼或载纱架的顶部或四周,启动循环泵,将前处理液从前处理配液池抽出,再通过底座和棉花笼或载纱架的液体导管穿透棉花或纱线,前处理液再自动流入到前处理液箱后再汇集至前处理配液池中,连续循环使用,前处理完毕后,进行第一次室温水洗,然后加入中和液中和至纱线或棉花的PH值为6~8,然后加入除氧霉液进行处理,最后再进行第二次室温水洗,

这里,前处理的时间为12~26小时,第一次室温水洗时间为10~60分钟,加入中和液中和的持续时间为10~60分钟,加入除氧霉液再处理的持续时间为10~60分钟,第二次室温水洗时间为10~60分钟。
本发明的棉花和纱线室温前处理装置是这样实现的,包括前处理液箱1、设置在前处理液箱1上的带有用于棉花或经轴纱19的棉花笼或装载纱架2的底座3、配液池4、循环泵5、棉花笼或载纱架保温膜6,前处理液箱1上设置有带有阀门7的排液口8,前处理液箱1与配液池4间设置有带有阀门9的回流管10,棉花笼或装载纱架2上设置有带有液体导出口11的液体导管12(如专利02152074.7的技术),循环泵5设置在液体导管12与配液池4间,设置有与液体导管12连通的与水洗液供应装置13连接的水洗液输送接口14、与中和液供应装置15连接的中和液输送接口16、与除氧霉液供应装置17连接的除氧霉液输送接口18。
Claims (4)
1.棉花和纱线室温前处理方法,其特征在于先配好前处理专用液体,再将装好了棉花的棉花笼或装好了筒子或经轴纱的载纱架放在前处理液箱的底座上,并固定好,并将用于保温的塑料薄膜包好棉花笼或载纱架的顶部或四周,启动循环泵,将前处理液从前处理配液池抽出,再通过底座和棉花笼或载纱架的液体导管穿透棉花或纱线,前处理液再自动流入到前处理液箱后再汇集至前处理配液池中,连续循环使用,前处理完毕后,进行第一次室温水洗,然后加入中和液中和至纱线或棉花的PH值为6~8,然后加入除氧霉液进行处理,最后再进行第二次室温水洗,
A、前处理用料配方:

浓度为30~50%的液 碱: 8~20 g/L
精练剂: 1~5 g/L

2.根据权利要求1所述的棉花和纱线室温前处理方法,其特征在于前处理的时间为12~26小时,第一次室温水洗时间为10~60分钟,加入中和液中和的持续时间为10~60分钟,加入除氧霉液再处理的持续时间为10~60分钟,第二次室温水洗时间为10~60分钟。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的棉花和纱线室温前处理方法,其特征在于前处理浴比:1:2.5~1:8,中和浴比:1:2.5~1:8,除氧霉处理浴比:1:2.5~1:8。
4.棉花和纱线室温前处理装置,其特征在于包括前处理液箱、设置在前处理液箱上的带有棉花笼或装载纱架的底座、配液池、循环泵、棉花笼或载纱架保温膜,前处理液箱上设置有带有阀门的排液口,前处理液箱与配液池间设置有带有阀门的回流管,棉花笼或装载纱架上设置有带有液体导出口的液体导管,循环泵设置在液体导管与配液池间,设置有与液体导管连通的水洗液输送接口、中和液输送接口、除氧霉液输送接口。
