本发明公开了一种吸湿透气性牛仔面料,所述牛仔面料分为纬线和经线,所述纬线为纤维混纺线,所述经线为麻线,所述的纤维混纺线由纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成。本发明的吸湿透气性牛仔面料,通过纽代尔纤维和麻线的组合达到吸湿快干透气的效果。

一种吸湿透气性牛仔面料
技术领域
本发明属于服装面料技术领域,涉及一种牛仔面料,具体涉及一种吸湿透气性牛仔面料。
背景技术
在牛仔布市场中,虽然棉无可置疑最为重要,但也有采用一系列的混纺织物,如棉/聚酯(50/50)混纺织物,以及棉与其他纤维如Tencel、亚麻、甚至是黄麻、羊毛纱线一起织造。
现代牛仔面料根据服用场合的不同,已经变迁为能够满足多领域应用的百变型面料。随着牛仔面料风格差异化要求,原料也要满足这些面料的基本风格。技术要求主要表现如下:牛仔布用纱线由传统的单一耐用型转变为耐用型、光洁型、柔软型、爽感型、竹节型、舒适型、功能型等多元化特征,多样化的纱线也满足了人们对不同穿着场合的需求。现代的牛仔面料对耐用性的要求逐渐退却,替代的是舒适性要求,大量采用高支/超高支多股并合纱线、舒身与舒适结合的弹力纱线、凉爽透气型纱线、触感舒适型超柔纱线等。在满足舒适性要求的同时,个性化要求不断体现在面料上,设计开发视觉异化纱线、可控竹节纱线、异回弹纱线等。上述的特种纱线,最终要与织造技术、印染技术、车缝技术等进行有机结合,进而体现在面料乃至服装上,以满足不同群体的服用需求。传统的牛仔面料在功能上受到限制,吸汗性和透气性在天气炎热和运动后,其效果不够理想,制约了牛仔面料的应用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具良好的吸汗性和出色的透气性的吸湿透气性牛仔面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种吸湿透气性牛仔面料,所述牛仔面料分为纬线和经线,所述纬线为纤维混纺线,所述经线为麻线,所述的纤维混纺线由纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成。
上述技术方案中,所述的纤维混纺线中纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺质量比为60~80:20~30。
优选的,所述的混纺线中纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺质量比为70:25。
上述技术方案中,所述的麻线为亚麻或苎麻。
本发明的吸湿透气性牛仔面料,通过纽代尔纤维和麻线的组合达到吸湿快干透气的效果。

实施例2
本发明的吸湿透气性牛仔面料,分为纬线和经线,纬线为纤维混纺线,经线为苎麻,纤维混纺线由纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺质量比为80:30。
实施例3
本发明的吸湿透气性牛仔面料,分为纬线和经线,纬线为纤维混纺线,经线为亚麻,纤维混纺线由纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺质量比为70:25。

所述牛仔面料分为纬线和经线,所述纬线为纤维混纺线,所述经线为麻线,所述的纤维混纺线由纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气性牛仔面料,其特征在于:所述的纤维混纺线中纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺质量比为60~80:20~30。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸湿透气性牛仔面料,其特征在于:所述的混纺线中纽代尔纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺质量比为70:25。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸湿透气性牛仔面料,其特征在于:所述的麻线为亚麻或苎麻。
