本发明公开了一种外墙的超隔热反射多功能保温涂料。本发明中各组份的质量百分比为:乳液35%-50%,水15%-30%,4?分子筛15%-30%,石棉3%-8%,成膜助剂0.5%-1.5%,分散剂1.5%-2.8%,钛白粉15%-30%,氧化锌1.5%-3%,各组份的百分之和为100%。本发明和现有的外墙保温材料比较,具有良好的施工性,并且使用寿命长、无渗水、使用成本和维护成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉保温涂料,特别一种用于建筑外墙的超隔热反射多功能保温涂料。
背景技术
目前建筑外墙常用的保温外墙材料主要包括1)聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、胶粉聚苯颗粒外保温材料。但其燃烧性能不达要求。加气混凝土砌块,其施工流程:腻子+涂料,专用砂浆,加气混凝土砌块双面刷界面剂,专用砂浆,抗裂砂浆,压耐碱网格布,弹性底涂,腻子,面层装饰,施工烦复。无机保温砂浆:施工流程同加气混凝土,施工烦复。岩棉板:岩棉抗拉性差,吸水率高、施工工艺复杂建造成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种用于建筑外墙的超隔热反射多功能保温涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明中各组份的质量百分比为:乳液35%-50%,水15%-30%,4Å分子筛15%-30%,石棉3%-8%,成膜助剂0.5%-1.5%,分散剂1.5%-2.8%,乳化剂1%-3%,钛白粉15%-30%,氧化锌1.5%-3%,各组份的百分之和为100%。
所述的乳液为丙烯酸乳液,分散剂为六偏磷酸钠,成膜助剂为十二醇酯。
石棉和4Å分子筛的导热系数应低于0.05W/m·k。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明和现有的外墙保温材料比较,具有良好的施工性,使用寿命长、无渗水、使用成本和维护成本低。

实施例一:
一种外墙的超隔热反射多功能保温涂料,各组份的质量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液40%,水15%,4Å分子筛15%,石棉4%,十二醇酯成膜助剂0.5%,六偏磷酸钠分散剂1.5%,乳化剂1%,钛白粉19%,氧化锌2%。
实施例二
一种外墙的超隔热反射多功能保温涂料,各组份的质量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液36%,水16%,4Å分子筛18%,石棉5%,十二醇酯成膜助剂1%,六偏磷酸钠分散剂2%,乳化剂2%,钛白粉18%,氧化锌2%。

Claims (2)

1.一种超隔热反射多功能保温涂料,其特征在于各组份的质量百分比为:乳液35%-50%,水15%-30%,4Å分子筛15%-30%,石棉3%-8%,成膜助剂0.5%-1.5%,分散剂1.5%-2.8%,钛白粉15%-30%,氧化锌1.5%-3%,各组份的百分之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超隔热反射多功能保温涂料,其特征在于所述的乳液为丙烯酸乳液,分散剂为六偏磷酸钠,成膜助剂为十二醇酯。
