技术领域
本发明涉及酿酒的技术领域,具体涉及一种制酒净化装置。
背景技术
酿酒工艺用水的质量关系着酒的风味和出酒率的高低,它直接影响酒的质量。目前我国酿酒行业大部分厂家工艺用水还是沿用自来水、深井水,甚至江河水,少数厂家对用水采取了一些处理措施,但效果不理想。如混凝法、过滤法、吸附法,仅能除去沉淀杂质,吸附水中的氯离子,并使酒中不产生絮状物。但水中的铅、汞、镍、铬等重金属离子和化合物不能有效去除,影响了酒的质量。
铜锌合金滤料颗粒又叫凯得菲(KDF),是一种水体净化材料,它通过微电化学氧化-还原反应(Redox)进行水处理工作,在与水接触时,合金中的两种金属在亚微观尺度上构成无数小的原电池系统,这种材料在水中具有强大的反应能力和极快的反应速度,可以清除水中高达99%的氯和水中溶解的铅、汞、镍、铬等金属离子和化合物。目前,用铜锌合金滤料颗粒净化水质的方式都是直接将铜锌合金滤料颗粒装入水处理设备中,使得铜锌合金滤料颗粒容易堵塞水处理设备的管道,增加了设备的维修成本,且净化效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种混合均匀、提升净化效果的制酒净化装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种制酒净化装置,包括净化壳体、进水口、出水口,进水口设置在净化壳体的上部,出水口设置在净化壳体的下部,在所述净化壳体内横向设置有两根旋转轴,在所述净化壳体的一侧与两根旋转轴连接有电机,所述旋转轴上交错设置有弧形管,弧形管的两端与旋转轴连接,在弧形管内填充有铜锌合金滤料颗粒,在弧形管壁上开设有净水孔,所述净水孔的直径小于铜锌合金滤料颗粒的直径。
采用上述技术方案的制酒净化装置具有如下优点:将铜锌合金滤料颗粒装在弧形管内,进水从进水口进入后,通过旋转轴转动,使得弧形管在净化壳体内对水进行搅拌的同时,使得铜锌合金滤料颗粒与水体充分接触,弧形管可以在不同范围内通过铜锌合金滤料颗粒对水体起到净化作用,在避免了传统的直接将铜锌合金滤料颗粒装入水处理设备中,铜锌合金滤料颗粒容易堵塞水处理设备的管道的缺点的同时,可以使得铜锌合金滤料颗粒与水体混合均匀,进一步提升了净化效果。
作为优选方案,为了方便更换弧形管,所述弧形管与旋转轴通过连接板连接在一起。
作为优选方案,为了进一步方便连接和拆卸,在所述旋转轴的两端设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内插接连接板。
作为优选方案,为了方便将连接板与旋转轴稳固在一起,在所述连接板上设置螺栓孔。

具体实施方式   
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案进一步说明: 
如图1所示:本发明提供一种制酒净化装置,包括净化壳体1、进水口6、出水口2,在净化壳体1内横向设置有两根旋转轴8,进水口6设置在净化壳体1的上部,出水口2设置在净化壳体1的下部,旋转轴8上交错设置有弧形管4,弧形管4的两端与旋转轴8通过连接板7连接,在净化壳体1的一侧与两根旋转轴8连接电机5,在弧形管4内填充有铜锌合金滤料颗粒3,在弧形管4壁上开设有净水孔,净水孔的直径小于铜锌合金滤料颗粒的直径。弧形管4与旋转轴8通过连接板7连接在一起,连接板7为与旋转轴8外壁吻合的弧形结构,弧形管4和连接板7可以采用焊接的方式,也可以采用螺栓连接的方式;在连接板7与弧形管4连接处还可以设置孔,当弧形管4和连接板7一起与旋转轴8连接时,孔为封闭状态,当取下弧形管4的时候,可以更换弧形管4内的铜锌合金滤料颗粒3;进一步,在旋转轴8的两端设置有凹槽,凹槽内插接连接板7,在连接板7上设置螺栓孔,在对应的旋转轴上设置连接孔,将连接板7与旋转轴8采用螺栓连接的方式,方便拆卸和更换连接板的同时,使得连接板7与旋转轴8连接更加稳固。
使用的时候,将铜锌合金滤料颗粒3装在弧形管4内,弧形管4与连接板7固定后,连接板7的两端插入旋转轴8的凹槽内,将连接板7与旋转轴8固定,进水从进水口6进入后,通过旋转轴8转动,使得弧形管4在净化壳体1内对水进行搅拌的同时,使得铜锌合金滤料颗粒3与水体充分接触,弧形管4在不同范围内通过铜锌合金滤料颗粒3对水体起到净化作用。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种制酒净化装置,包括净化壳体、进水口、出水口,进水口设置在净化壳体的上部,出水口设置在净化壳体的下部,其特征在于:在所述净化壳体内横向设置有两根旋转轴,在所述净化壳体的一侧与两根旋转轴连接有电机,所述旋转轴上交错设置有弧形管,弧形管的两端与旋转轴连接,在弧形管内填充有铜锌合金滤料颗粒,在弧形管壁上开设有净水孔,所述净水孔的直径小于铜锌合金滤料颗粒的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制酒净化装置,其特征在于:所述弧形管与旋转轴通过连接板连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制酒净化装置,其特征在于:在所述旋转轴的两端设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内插接连接板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制酒净化装置,其特征在于:在所述连接板上设置螺栓孔。
