本发明公开了一种蓄热保暖绣花面料，包括：基层、绒毛层、透明雪纺纱层和绣花层，所述绒毛层包括若干细长针状的绒毛，并且所述若干绒毛的外表面上均包覆有纳米级远红外线陶瓷薄膜，所述绒毛层通过胶水粘合在所述基层的下表面上，所述透明雪纺纱层通过针线法连接在所述基层的上表面上，所述绣花层是由若干丝线刺绣在所述透明雪纺纱层上图案形成的，所述绣花层与所述雪纺纱层连接成一体。通过上述方式，本发明面料能够高效放射波长为8-14μm的远红外线，具有良好的蓄热保暖及保健作用，同时具有良好的舒适性和外观审美度。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域，特别是涉及一种蓄热保暖绣花面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料，它不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
随着社会的进步和人民生活质量的不断提高，原先服装面料只单纯具有的保暖防寒功能的已越发不能满足人们的需求，人们对服装面料的舒适性和功能性要求日益提高，尤其是当下健康养生成为时尚主题后，人们也要求与人类生活密不可分的服装面料具有保健功能，而现有面料的因缺乏保健功能性或保健功能不稳定、较差已经不能满足人们的要求，因此，改善现有面料的结构，提高并稳定其保健功能性、同时提高其舒适性和外观审美度，已经成为新型面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种蓄热保暖绣花面料，能够高效放射波长为8-14μm的远红外线，具有良好的蓄热保暖及保健作用，同时具有良好的舒适性和外观审美度。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种蓄热保暖绣花面料，包括：基层、绒毛层、透明雪纺纱层和绣花层，所述绒毛层包括若干细长针状的绒毛，并且所述若干绒毛的外表面上均包覆有纳米级远红外线陶瓷薄膜，所述绒毛层通过胶水粘合在所述基层的下表面上，所述透明雪纺纱层通过针线法连接在所述基层的上表面上，所述绣花层是由若干丝线刺绣在所述透明雪纺纱层上的图案形成的，所述绣花层与所述雪纺纱层连接成一体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述基层为棉纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺后交织而成的保暖织物。具有良好的蓄热保温性，同时具有良好的透气性、舒适性和除臭抗菌性。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述纳米级远红外线陶瓷薄膜的厚度为3-5μm。能高效稳定地释放波长为8-14μm的远红外线，具有良好的蓄热保暖及保健作用，可以刺激细胞活性，促进人体的新陈代谢作用，进而改善血液的微循环，提高机体的免疫能力。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明蓄热保暖绣花面料，结构合理、富有层次感，通过将具有放射远红外线功能的绒毛层与基层织物复合、并在基层上缝合独具韵味的透明雪纺纱层、再融合绣花层，使面料具有良好的蓄热保暖及保健功能性，同时具有良好的舒适性和优雅的外观效果。

一种蓄热保暖绣花面料，包括：基层1、绒毛层2、透明雪纺纱层3和绣花层4，所述绒毛层2包括若干细长针状的绒毛，所述若干绒毛的外表面上均包覆有纳米级远红外线陶瓷薄膜5，并通过环氧树脂胶水粘合在所述基层1的下表面上，所述绒毛层2与基层1间连接牢固，能放射远红外线，具有蓄热保温作用和保健作用；所述透明雪纺纱层2通过针线法缝合在所述基层1的上表面上，使面料富有层次感、独具韵味；所述绣花层4是由若干丝线刺绣在所述透明雪纺纱层3上的图案形成的，并且所述绣花层4与所述雪纺纱层3连接成一体，使面料综合东西方元素，雪纺纱飘逸、神秘的西方气质结合丝线刺绣的东方元素，使面料富有层次感，同时使面料的外观具有良好的垂顺感和立体感，能够有效提高面料的档次。
优选地，所述基层1为棉纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺后交织而成的保暖织物，具有抑菌除臭、发散负离子抗紫外线、蓄热保温、低碳环保的功能。
所述纳米级远红外线陶瓷薄膜的厚度为3-5μm，能高效稳定地释放波长为8-14μm的远红外线，具有良好的蓄热保暖及保健作用，可以刺激细胞活性，促进人体的新陈代谢作用，进而改善血液的微循环，提高机体的免疫能力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄热保暖绣花面料，其特征在于，所述基层为棉纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺后交织而成的保暖织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓄热保暖绣花面料，其特征在于，所述纳米级远红外线陶瓷薄膜的厚度为3-5μm。
