Abstract
在气体放电灯特别是在小型荧光灯用的控制装置中装有温度补偿元件(3)用于控制灯的电流使其随温度变化。其合适的形式是由带中央铁心(10)的线圈(9)的限流电抗线圈组成,在电抗线圈上铁心(10)经弹簧(11)和双金属弹簧(12)加上弹性力,以致其进入线圈(9)的深度随温度而变化。通过由此而引起的限流电抗线圈(L)的感应的变化将改变灯的电流使其随温度而变,这样,气体放电灯可不受温度影响而处于最佳工作状态。
Description
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的大概念的气体放电灯的控制装置。
在一般熟知为荧光管的气体放电灯中、特别是在小型荧光灯中,如现在带有标准化螺口灯头的小型荧光灯被用作节电灯那样,灯的温度及装在小型荧光灯的螺口插座中的电子线路的温度对在预先确定的灯电流上的光输出是有影响的。因外界温度偏离预定的额定温度值,例如在室外照明时向下偏离,而在室内照明时则向上偏离,故会导致光输出和光通量减小,由于小型荧光灯的结构小,其散热有限,故必须在考虑最坏情况的前提下允许该灯有最大的电流并处于小型荧光灯的最大容许负荷。
本发明的任务在于获得一种气体放电灯、特别是在其为灯座中带有与之安装成整体的限流器的小型荧光灯的控制装置,它可在很大程度上消除上述缺点,且管子发射的与温度有关的可变电流可在很大的温度范围内保证最大的光输出。气体放电灯的光输出在温度波动时也应至少接近于常量。
根据本发明,如权利要求1所定义的控制装置可以解决这些问题。
以下藉助于附图对本发明具有优越性的结构变型进行说明。在附图中:

图1表示气体放电灯1的控制装置的方块图。该控制装置包括用于电子限流器中的电子电路2,其中涉及一种高频(HF)发生器,并有温度补偿元件与之串联。如一般气体放电灯那样,为了起动气体放电,有电容器4与荧光管并联。
图2显示电子电路2的较佳实施例。其中电源电压例如220V+10%,50-60赫加到端子5和6上。保险丝Si保证在电子电路2发生故障时、特别是发生短路时,不会产生因大电流而引起的危害。二极管D1、D2、D3和D4以及第一电容器C1和第二电容器C2用作整流器。扼流圈DR及第三电容器C3作为平滑网络并连到整流器的正输出端。由第一电阻R1、第四电容器C4及第五二极管D5和两端交流开关半导体元件(Diac)DIA组成的起振电路保证在端子5和6上接入电源电压时由在其一侧上的第一变压器(Strom Ubertrager)线圈TR1 A、与其串联的基极电阻R2、第一晶体管T1和发射极电阻R3及在其另一侧上的第二变压器线圈TR1 B、与其串联的基极电阻R4、第二晶体管T2和发射极电阻R5组成的高频振荡电路处于振荡状态。二个附加的二极管D6和D7及由第六电阻R6和第6电容器C6组成的RC网络用来稳定高频振荡电路的频率。气体放电灯1(此处为小型荧光灯)经第五电容器C5和第三变压器线圈TR1 C与高频振荡电路串联,其中温度补偿元件3(此处以其感应随温度变化的限流电抗线圈L的形式出现)也接在其间,且电容器4并联地接在气体放电管上或确切地说接在电极7和8之间。
由图3和图4可以看出一种起温度补偿元件3的作用的、其感应(阻抗)随温度变化的限流电抗线圈L的较佳安排。很明显,此处涉及线圈9,在其中央设有可移动的铁心(最好是铁氧体铁心10)。在铁心的一侧在线圈9的轴线方向上经弹簧11将弹性力加到铁心上,在另一侧上一个对温度敏感的弹簧(最好是双金属弹簧12)抵住铁心以便铁氧体铁心10进入线圈9的多少与外界温度有关。这里加上两个弹簧11和12的力的较佳方式应能实现在预先确定的温度下限流电抗线圈L呈现预定阻抗,该阻抗应符合计算值,且限流电抗线圈L必须呈现此阻抗值,藉此气体放电灯1得到的电流应能正好在其运行条件下获得其最大光输出。
当外界温度低于额定温度时,铁氧体铁心10通过弹簧11的作用而再从线圈9中出来一些,为此将引起限流抗线圈L的阻抗降低,以致灯的电流增大。因此在气体放电灯1的光输出方面的与温度有关的损失通过增大灯的电流而得到补偿。
与此相反,当外界温度高于额定温度时,铁氧体铁心10通过双金属弹簧12的力的作用而又进入线圈9,以致增大限流电抗线圈L的感应。灯的电流因此下降。藉此,可抵消由于过高的温度而引起的气体放电灯1的光输出的增大。从图3和图4能明显地看出,带铁氧体铁心10的线圈9和两个弹簧11及12都装在壳体13中。
从图5和图6可明显地看出,壳体13较合适的方式是由灯头组成,其中插入带电极7和8的气体放电灯1的两个端头,且在其下部嵌入带铁氧体铁心10的线圈9和弹簧11和12。因此这种安排是特别好的,因为温度补偿元件3因此而正好置于气体放电灯1在较冷和较热之间出现最大温差处。因此无需很长的预热阶段或冷却阶段,温度补偿元件3能自动对灯的电流产生影响,以致在较冷和较热的环境之间实际上对肉眼没有照度差别。
本专业人员可以获知,根据本发明的气体放电灯,特别是小型荧光灯的控制装置不仅带来生理学上的好处,并且可使照度与温度无关,因此气体放电灯可不受温度影响而进行最佳照明。
不言而喻,根据本发明的控制装置并不限于用在小型荧光灯上,它还可以特别有效地用于实际上各种气体放电灯。这里所使用的温度补偿元件3并不一定要安放在灯座中也可安置到对温度较灵敏的其他部位。
本专业人员可认识到例如可用受温度影响的元件来代替可调节温度影响的限流电抗线圈L,并将其相应地接到电子电路2中,以影响高频振荡电路的频率,从而对灯的电流产生所希望的效应。
不言而喻,可以配置不照所描述的电路图而配置一个带电子电路2的控制装置。此外,也并非一定要照图中说明的那样,将电子电路2与温度补偿元件3分开放置。可以理解为,为了得到预期的结果,限流电抗线圈L可以不一定以图中所描绘和说明的方式进行设计。所有根据本发明的控制装置,其结构上和电路技术上的改变均在本发明的范围之内,即专业人员不需要自己作创造性的工作就能实现。这儿就不需要进一步提及。
Claims (4)
1、一种气体放电灯[1]的控制装置,包括带整流器和滤波器[C1,C2,C3,D1,D2,D3,D4,DR]、起振电路[R1,C4,D5,DIA]和高频振荡电路、[R2-R6,T1,T2,D5,D6,C6,TRIA,TRIB]、及去耦电容器[C5]、和作为限流器的第三变压器线圈[TRIC]的电子电路[2],和与气体放电灯[1]并联的电容器[4],其特征在于还包括一个温度补偿元件[3],其随外界温度变化而对灯的电流进行控制。
2、如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于温度补偿元件[3]设计为其感应可随温度而变的限流电抗线圈[L]。
3、如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于限流电抗线圈[L]包括线圈[9]、在其中央沿线圈轴线安装一可移动的铁心[10],铁心的一侧经弹簧[11]及其另一侧经双金属弹簧[12]加上弹性力,其进入线圈[9]的深度与温度有关。
4、如权利要求1,2或3所述的小型荧光灯的控制装置,其特征在于温度补偿元件装在灯座[13]中。
