本发明涉及一种用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述悬浮剂中的有效成分为咯菌腈和大蒜素,助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、拉开粉BX、癸酸、硅酸铝镁、乙二醇。本发明组合物减轻了植物病原菌对咯菌腈的潜在抗药性风险,将咯菌腈和大蒜素组合后,二者之间具有明显的协同增效作用,同时又减少了用药量,从而使本发明悬浮剂可以广泛用于防治菊花根腐病。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂,具体涉及有效成分为咯菌灵和大蒜素的用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂,属于农药技术领域。
背景技术
菊花具有防病、治病、保健、鉴赏等功能,菊花入药在我国有悠久历史,具有疏风、清热、明目、解毒功效,菊花及其制剂可治疗头痛、眩晕、目赤、疗疮、肿毒、病毒性感冒、高血压、高血脂、冠心病等疾病,是人们喜爱的保健食品和理想的药品。同时,菊花又是我国大宗药材之一,也是重要的出口药材品种之一。药用菊花人工栽培化是中药材生产的大势所趋,中药材原材料的优质、安全生产是中药现代化的前提。国外只有日本、美国、韩国和东南亚等少数国家人工栽培某些中药材品种,但我国目前人工栽培中药材品种达300多种,占到我国药材市场上流通的500多种常用中药材的2/3左右。我国已有600多个中药材种植基地,种植面积已达600余万亩。但近年来,我国大陆中药材出口量仅占全球贸易量的10%左右,主要原因是原材料有效成分欠稳定和药材中农药残留或重金属含量超标。菊花根腐病主要影响菊花正常生理功能,造成根系发育不良、缺株、矮化,严重减产,品质下降。
咯菌腈是一种非内吸性苯基吡咯类杀菌剂,商品名为适乐时,主要抑菌机制是通过抑制与葡萄糖磷酰化有关的转运来抑制菌丝生长,最终导致病菌死亡。咯菌腈对多种子囊菌、担子菌、半知菌引起的作物病害有良好的防效,广泛应用于多种农作物和果蔬贮藏中的病害防治。
大蒜素(Allicin)是从百合科葱属植物大蒜(Allium Sativum)的鳞茎(大蒜头)中提取的一种有机硫化合物,也存在于洋葱和其他葱属植物中。学名二烯丙基硫代亚磺酸酯。淡黄色油状液体。沸点80-85℃(0.2kPa),相对密度1.112(20/4℃),折光率1.561。溶于乙醇、氯仿或乙醚。水中溶解度2.5%(质量)(10℃),其水溶液pH值为6.5,静置时有油状物沉淀物形成。与乙醇,乙醚及苯可互溶。对热碱不稳定,对酸稳定。由存在于百合科植物大蒜的鳞茎中,由存在的大蒜氨酸在大蒜酶作用下转化产生。也存在于葱的鳞茎中。具有强烈的大蒜臭,味辣。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂,该悬浮剂中的有效成分为咯菌腈和大蒜素。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂,该悬浮剂中的有效成分为咯菌腈和大蒜素,助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、拉开粉BX、癸酸、硅酸铝镁、乙二醇。
进一步的,所述悬浮剂中,各原料按质量百分比计:
咯菌腈10%-40%、大蒜素0.1%-5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚4%-6%、拉开粉BX 3%-8%、癸酸0.3%-0.6%、硅酸铝镁0.08%-0.15%、乙二醇0.5%-1%、去离子水加至100%。
更进一步的,所述悬浮剂中,各原料按质量百分比计:
咯菌腈15%-35%、大蒜素0.1%-3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚4.5%-5.5%、拉开粉BX 4%-6%、癸酸0.3%-0.5%、硅酸铝镁0.1%-0.13%、乙二醇0.6%-0.9%、去离子水加至100%。
更进一步的,所述悬浮剂中,各原料按质量百分比计:
咯菌腈20%、大蒜素0.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚5%、拉开粉BX 6%、癸酸0.4%、硅酸铝镁0.12%、乙二醇1%、去离子水加至100%。
通过常规工艺制备获得本发明中用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂。本发明的防治时期为发明初期;本发明的施药方式为浸茎处理;本发明悬浮剂有效成分的用药量为10-20克/亩;优选的,用药量为12-18克/亩;最优选的,用药量为15克/亩。
本发明组合物减轻了植物病原菌对咯菌腈的潜在抗药性风险,将咯菌腈和大蒜素组合后,二者之间具有明显的协同增效作用,同时又减少了用药量,从而使本发明悬浮剂可以广泛用于防治菊花根腐病。

各原料按质量百分比计:
咯菌腈20%、大蒜素0.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚5%、拉开粉BX 6%、癸酸0.4%、硅酸铝镁0.12%、乙二醇1%、去离子水加至100%。
将上述各成分应用常规农药加工技术,制成的适合农业上使用的悬浮剂制品。本实施例中咯菌腈与大蒜素的共毒系数为375.35。
实施例2 一种用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂
咯菌腈11%、大蒜素0.6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚4%、拉开粉BX 5%、癸酸0.4%、硅酸铝镁0.15%、乙二醇0.6%、去离子水加至100%。
将上述各成分应用常规农药加工技术,制成的适合农业上使用的悬浮剂制品。本实施例中咯菌腈与大蒜素的共毒系数为375.35。
实施例3 一种用于防治菊花根腐病的悬浮剂
咯菌腈35%、大蒜素0.3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚6%、拉开粉BX 7%、癸酸0.4%、硅酸铝镁0.1%、乙二醇0.7%、去离子水加至100%。
将上述各成分应用常规农药加工技术,制成的适合农业上使用的悬浮剂制品。本实施例中咯菌腈与大蒜素的共毒系数为295.84。
试验例1 本发明对菊花根腐病的防治效果
将本发明实施例获得的悬浮剂、20%咯菌腈可湿性粉剂、0.5%大蒜素水剂以及清水对照浸茎处理菊花。药后30天调查防治效果。防治结果如表1所示:
