本发明公开了一种弹簧嵌入式联动双片园林锯,涉及园林专用切割工具技术领域.它固定框、两个左右对称且凹弧相向设置的弧形锯片;两个弧形锯片的同一端各借助一个转轴与固定框转动连接;固定框的下端部安装有支撑杆;两个弧形锯片的下端部各自转轴连接有一个拉杆;两个拉杆的自由端均与一竖直设置的导向杆转轴连接;固定框的中部开有与导向杆下部滑动配合的导向滑道;导向杆下部位导向滑道内;导向杆下端与导向滑道之间设置有压簧;两个弧形锯片的上端部之间的开口呈倒八字状。本发明的有益效果是:切割效率高,可以节约使用人员的体力。

本发明涉及园林专用切割工具技术领域。
背景技术
目前,传统的园林修剪专用的高处修剪切割锯,均由支撑杆连接一个锯片构成,使用时通过手臂对支撑杆施加压力和推拉力,将高处的枝干锯下,不必再使用梯子或其他攀登装置攀到高处,节约了修剪效率,避免了高处作业带来的安全隐患,提高了工作效率。
但是,由于锯片位于高处,操作人员位于低处对其施力,这样就由于费力杠杆原理消耗过多的体力。具体原理如下:锯片切割树木枝干时,需要三个力,即锯片长度方向的推力、锯片长度方向的拉力和垂直于切割轨迹的压力。三个力中,推力和拉力均是平行于支撑杆方向的力,支撑杆均是在其轴向受力,这对于操作人员来说与在平地上切割树干无异;垂直于切割轨迹的压力同样垂直与支撑杆,由于支撑杆增加了操作人员握持点与锯片切割点的力臂,所以操作人员要施加比在平地上切割树干更大的压力,这样就加大了体能消耗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供一种弹簧嵌入式联动双片园林锯,其切割效率高,可以节约使用人员的体力。
本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种弹簧嵌入式联动双片园林锯,包括固定框、两个左右对称且凹弧相向设置的弧形锯片;两个弧形锯片的同一端各借助一个转轴与固定框转动连接;固定框的下端部安装有支撑杆;两个弧形锯片的下端部各自转轴连接有一个拉杆;两个拉杆的自由端均与一竖直设置的导向杆转轴连接;固定框的中部开有与导向杆下部滑动配合的导向滑道;导向杆下部位导向滑道内;导向杆下端与导向滑道之间设置有压簧;两个弧形锯片的上端部之间的开口呈倒八字状。
进一步优化本技术方案,弹簧嵌入式联动双片园林锯的支撑杆在长度方向上由至少两个套接并滑动配合的套管构成;相邻两个套管借助螺栓定位拧紧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、操作简单、省时省力。本发明在使用时,直接两个弧形锯片的上端推向所要切割的树木枝干,然后往复推拉支撑杆即可,压簧为的弹力通过导向杆和拉杆为弧形锯片提供切割时所需要的压力,两个拉杆在导向杆的限制下反向同步运动,导线杆在导线滑道内上下移动;下方操作人员只往复推拉支撑杆即可,不必再沿支撑杆的径向施加压力。另外,由于本发明采用两个弧形锯片同时切割,提高了切割效率。
2、支撑杆通过调整套管之间的套接长度而改变长度,可以适应不同高度的切割作业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1-图3所示,弹簧嵌入式联动双片园林锯,包括固定框1、两个左右对称且凹弧2相向设置的弧形锯片3;两个弧形锯片3的同一端各借助一个转轴4与固定框1转动连接;固定框1的下端部安装有支撑杆5;两个弧形锯片3的下端部各自转轴连接有一个拉杆8;两个拉杆8的自由端均与一竖直设置的导向杆9转轴连接;固定框1的中部开有与导向杆9下部滑动配合的导向滑道10;导向杆9下部位导向滑道10内;导向杆9下端与导向滑道10之间设置有压簧6;两个弧形锯片3的上端部之间的开口11呈倒八字状;支撑杆5在长度方向上由至少两个套接并滑动配合的套管12构成;相邻两个套管12借助螺栓定位拧紧。
在切割树木枝干时,两个弧形锯片3张开,两个弧形锯片3的凹弧2相向设置,这样有利于减小两个弧形锯片3的切割点连线与弧形锯片3的切割轨迹线之间夹角,从而减小支撑杆5所需要提供的推力或拉力。另外,两个弧形锯片3的凹弧2还可以防止树木枝干在切割的过程中从开口11处滑脱。开口11为倒八字形状,这样在将两个弧形锯片3推向树木枝干时,树木枝干时可以从开口11处树木枝干滑到两个弧形锯片3之间,操作简单。
两个拉杆8的初始状态(两个弧形锯片3的闭合状态)下,两个拉杆8、两个弧形锯片3的下端部以及固定框1围成的图形为凸五边形;压簧6的压缩量最小;两个拉杆8在分开状态下,夹角减小,导向杆9向导向滑道10底部方向推进,压簧6的压缩量增大;所以,压簧6为两个弧形锯片3提供保持处于闭合趋势的拉力,在切割树木枝干的过程中,可以节省操作人员在操作支撑杆5上消耗的体力。
两个拉杆8的5使两个弧形锯片3的动作反向同步,其原理是通过只能在导向滑道10内上下滑动的导向杆9保持两个拉杆8的铰接点始终位于两个拉杆8夹角的平分线上。这样支撑杆5就处于两个弧形锯片3夹角的平分线上,对支撑杆5施加的推力或者拉力在两个拉杆8夹角的平分线上没有分力。

1.一种弹簧嵌入式联动双片园林锯,其特征在于:包括固定框(1)、两个左右对称且凹弧(2)相向设置的弧形锯片(3);两个弧形锯片(3)的同一端各借助一个转轴(4)与固定框(1)转动连接;固定框(1)的下端部安装有支撑杆(5);两个弧形锯片(3)的下端部各自转轴连接有一个拉杆(8);两个拉杆(8)的自由端均与一竖直设置的导向杆(9)转轴连接;固定框(1)的中部开有与导向杆(9)下部滑动配合的导向滑道(10);导向杆(9)下部位于导向滑道(10)内;导向杆(9)下端与导向滑道(10)之间设置有压簧(6);两个弧形锯片(3)的动作反向同步,只能在导向滑道(10)内上下滑动的导向杆(9)保持两个拉杆(8)的铰接点始终位于两个拉杆(8)夹角的平分线上;支撑杆(5)处于两个弧形锯片(3)夹角的平分线上;两个弧形锯片(3)的上端部之间的开口(11)呈倒八字状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧嵌入式联动双片园林锯,其特征在于:支撑杆(5)在长度方向上由至少两个套接并滑动配合的套管(12)构成;相邻两个套管(12)借助螺栓定位拧紧。
