背景技术
在WO 2005/077441中描述了一种这样的设备。在该设备中,设置了光学传感器装置,以感测针头是否连接到筒。所述光学传感器装置包括发光二极管、反射镜和光电二极管。当针头未正确连接到筒时,由发光二极管所发出的光线由反射镜朝向光电二极管反射。当针头正确地连接到筒时,支撑件在光线到达反射镜之前将光线截断,从而光线不能由光电二极管接收,所述支撑件支撑针头并且装配到由针头刺穿的筒端部。尽管是非接触式的,但是这种传感器对药物的污染敏感。从针头出来的液滴确实会污染发光二极管、反射镜和/或光电二极管,由此在针头未连接到筒时可能中断光电二极管对光线的接收,导致发生错误的对针头的检测。
另一现有技术文件US6406460描述了一种注射器,其包括用于在针头正确连接时检测电连接或压力的触点。由于其是触点并且由于其定位在针头附近,这种传感器比在WO2005/077441所描述的传感器对药物的污染更敏感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种注射设备,其具有更耐受污染的针头传感器。
为此目的,提出了一种用于将液体药物注射到患者的注射设备,所述注射设备包括其端部可连接到针头的药物容器,以及用于感测针头到药物容器的连接的磁性传感器装置。
典型地,磁性传感器装置包括:
-可移动构件,其通过将针头连接到药物容器而可致动,并包括磁性元件;
-传感器元件,其对由磁性元件所产生的磁场是敏感的。
在特定实施例中,可移动构件是包括第一端和第二端的杆,在针头连接到药物容器时,所述杆在第一端处由针头支撑件可致动,所述第二端包括磁性元件。
优选地,所述第二端比所述第一端更加远离药物容器的所述端部,并且杆的铰接点和第二端之间的距离大于所述铰接点和第一端之间的距离。
注射设备可进一步包括弹簧,该弹簧作用于杆上,用于在针头未连接到药物容器时将杆保持在止动位置中。
有利地,在磁性元件和传感器元件之间设置有壁,以保护传感器元件免受药物的污染。
典型地,所述壁由非磁性材料制成。
磁性元件优选地是永久磁体。
传感器元件可以是霍尔效应传感器。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图4,根据本发明的注射设备包括用于接收和保持可移除的药筒2的保持件1。注射设备是如WO2005/077441中所描述的类型。因此其在壳体(未示出)内侧包括筒保持件1、用于使筒2的活塞轴向移动的第一机电装置和用于使包括第一机电装置和筒保持件1的结构轴向移动的第二机电装置。
针头3可连接到筒2的下端4。针头3具有后端5和前端6,后端5和前端6分别意图用于刺穿筒2的下端4和患者皮肤。针头3固定到针头支撑件或针座7并从针头支撑件或针座7凸出,所述针头支撑件或针座7可装配到筒保持件1的下端8上,而筒2的下端4由针头3的后端5刺穿。借助于围绕筒保持件1的下端8固定并具有弹性凸缘10的中间部件9(参见图4)来实现将针头支撑件7固定到筒保持件1的下端8上。在针头支撑件7的圆柱形壁11围绕筒保持件1的下端8接合时,弹性凸缘10受到所述圆柱形壁11的内表面的压缩。作为变型,筒保持件1可布置为使得针头支撑件7可装配到筒2的下端4上,而不是装配到筒保持件1上。
杆12在铰接点13处铰接到筒保持件1,且大体上沿由轴线A表示的筒2和筒保持件1的轴向方向取向。杆12限定从铰接点13到杆12下端15的第一臂14以及从铰接点13到杆12上端17的第二臂16。如可看到的那样,第二臂16比第一臂14长得多,更具体地,铰接点13和上端17之间的距离大于铰接点13和下端15之间的距离。在筒2的下端4处不存在针头的情况下,通过弹簧18将第二臂16压靠限位件19(图1和2)而将杆12保持在止动位置中。在所示的实例中,弹簧18是由固定到筒保持件1的杆保持部件20(参见图4)所限定的片簧。磁体21固定在杆12的上端17处,并沿横向于轴线A的方向面向传感器22。传感器22典型地是线性霍尔效应传感器。传感器22安装到PCB(印刷电路板)23上,PCB23本身安装到注射设备的固定部分上,所述固定部分即为相对于壳体固定的一部分。通过安装到所述固定部分上或由所述固定部分所限定的壁24保护传感器22和PCB 23免受意外从筒2出来的药滴。壁24由诸如塑料的非磁性材料制成。壁24将传感器22和PCB 23从注射设备的包括筒2、筒保持件1和杆12及其磁体21的部分间隔开。
在第二机电装置的作用下,筒保持件1连同筒2可在图1至图3中所示的缩回的顶部位置和底部位置(未示出)之间沿轴向移动,其中在缩回的顶部位置中,筒2以及连接到其的针头3——如果有的话——位于壳体内侧,而在底部位置中,所述针头3从壳体的孔口沿轴向突出壳体外侧,以刺穿患者的皮肤。当筒保持件1和筒2处于缩回位置中时,磁体21面向传感器22。如WO2005/077441中所描述的那样,通过使筒保持件1自动地向下移动,然后在由使用者将容纳所述针头支撑件7和固定至其的针头3的针帽接合到壳体的所述孔口内之后,使筒保持件1自动地向上移动,可实现将针头3连接到筒2。然而作为变型,本发明可应用于其中所述筒是不可移动的并且只可手动连接针头的注射设备。
当针头未连接到筒2(参照图1)或针头3非正确地或仅部分地连接(参见图2)时,杆12处于其止动位置中,并且磁体21距离传感器22有一定距离。在针头支撑件7正确装配到筒保持件1的下端8上时,针头支撑件7作用于杆12的第一臂14上,以抵抗由弹簧8所施加的力而将杆12旋转到致动位置,其中在该致动位置中磁体21更靠近传感器22(参见图3)。为此目的,针头支撑件7的圆柱形壁11与下杆端15的倾斜表面25相配合。在针头3和针头支撑件7完全组装到筒2之后,圆柱形壁11与第一杆臂14的侧表面26相配合,以将杆12保持在致动位置中。
由此,与杆12处于止动位置中时相比,在杆12的致动位置中,传感器22接收到更高水平的磁场。通过将所接收到的磁场水平与预定的阈值进行比较,传感器22及其相关联的电路可确定何时针头正确地连接。然后注射设备的控制单元可决定是否允许注射。
已经发现使用由本发明所提出的磁性传感器装置使得对针头的检测非常耐受药物污染。甚至当从筒2或针头3泄漏的药物已达到磁体21和传感器22之间的区域时,也会实现可靠的检测。磁性传感器还具有并不为实现检测而需要可移动构件12(磁体21)和传感器22之间的小距离的优点。由此,可在处于杆12的致动位置中的磁体21和传感器22之间设置足够大的距离,以使得能够设置保护壁24。
此外,由于第二杆臂16的较大长度,磁体21位于远离筒2的下端4处,由此,磁体21和传感器22之间的区域受到药物污染的风险不高。
第二杆臂16相对于第一杆臂14的较大长度的另一个优点是下杆端15的小位移就能导致上杆端17以及由此磁体21的大位移。由此,由传感器22所接收到的磁场水平上的差异更高,并且增大了对针头的检测的可靠性。
Claims (9)
1.用于将液体药物注射到患者的注射设备,所述注射设备包括其端部可连接到针头的药物容器,以及用于感测所述针头到所述药物容器的连接的磁性传感器装置;
其中,所述磁性传感器装置包括:
-可移动构件,其通过将所述针头连接到所述药物容器而可致动,并包括磁性元件;
-传感器元件,其对由所述磁性元件所产生的磁场是敏感的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射设备,其中所述可移动构件是包括第一端和第二端的杆,在所述针头连接到所述药物容器时,所述杆在所述第一端处由针头支撑件可致动,所述第二端包括所述磁性元件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注射设备,其中所述第二端比所述第一端更加远离所述药物容器的所述端部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注射设备,其中所述杆的铰接点和所述第二端之间的距离大于所述铰接点和所述第一端之间的距离。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的注射设备,所述注射设备进一步包括弹簧,所述弹簧作用于所述杆上,用于在所述针头未连接到所述药物容器时将所述杆保持在止动位置中。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的注射设备,所述注射设备进一步包括在所述磁性元件和所述传感器元件之间的壁,以保护所述传感器元件免受所述药物的污染。
7.根据权利要求6所述的注射设备,其中所述壁由非磁性材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的注射设备,其中所述磁性元件是永久磁体。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的注射设备,其中所述传感器元件是霍尔效应传感器。
