And the positioning identification module is used for positioning the position of the mobile terminal and identifying the type of the place to which the position belongs. The method specifically comprises the following steps: after the location information of the mobile terminal is obtained, the location type to which the current location belongs can be identified by combining map information, for example, if a building corresponding to the location information is company, the location type to which the current location belongs can be determined to be an office type, if the location information corresponds to a cell, the location type to which the current location belongs can be determined to be a house type, or if the location information corresponds to a shopping center, the location type to which the current location belongs can be determined to be an entertainment type. And after the place type to which the current position belongs is identified, finding out a preset scene mode corresponding to the place type. Of course, before that, the user has set scene modes corresponding to different place types. Of course, other existing technologies may also be used to determine the location type and the corresponding scene mode to which the current location of the mobile terminal belongs, which is not limited in the present invention.
And the scene determining module is used for finding a preset scene mode corresponding to the place type. Correspondingly, the positioning unit 310 further includes a setting module, configured to set scene modes corresponding to different location types. The venue type in this embodiment may be a company type, a home type, and an entertainment type. Based on a preset scene mode, the mobile terminal can be automatically switched to a corresponding scene mode along with the position change of the mobile terminal, for example, if the mobile terminal is positioned to leave an office area and is in a mute mode at present, the mobile terminal automatically returns to a ring reminding mode; positioning that the user has come home, and automatically switching to a ring state if the current mobile terminal is in a vibration mode; if the mobile terminal is located in other places, the mobile terminal is preferentially switched to the vibration mode.
It should be noted that other location types may also be set according to the actual situation of the user, or other scene modes may be set for different location types.
Alternatively, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, if some places are uncertain in type and it is difficult to determine the appropriate scene mode, the setting situation of the scene mode of most people in the place can be analyzed through the network big data, and the scene modes set by most people in the place can be automatically synchronized, so that the present invention is more intelligent. The positioning unit 310 may include: the mode request module is used for sending a request for acquiring the scene mode corresponding to the position to the server; and receiving a scene mode returned by the server, wherein the scene mode is obtained by analyzing the scene modes of the mobile terminal set by a plurality of users at the positions through big data. For example, a scene mode that is more than 50% of the user settings at the current position is used as the scene mode corresponding to the current position.
The incoming call detection unit 320 is configured to detect ambient noise around the mobile terminal and a motion state of the mobile terminal when receiving incoming call information.
Preferably, the incoming call detection unit 320 in this embodiment specifically includes: a noise detection module and a motion detection module.
The noise detection module is used for acquiring the ambient noise around the mobile terminal, comparing the ambient noise with a preset noise threshold value and determining the level of the ambient noise. The motion detection module is used for periodically acquiring coordinate information of the mobile terminal and determining the motion state of the mobile terminal, wherein the motion state comprises a motion state and a static state.
Further, the apparatus for intelligently adjusting a scene mode of a mobile terminal of this embodiment further includes: the setting unit 340 is configured to divide the environmental noise into a first noise interval and a second noise interval, where noise in the first noise interval is less than or equal to the noise threshold, and noise in the second noise interval is greater than the noise threshold, and establish a correspondence between the first noise interval and the quiet level and a correspondence between the second noise interval and the noisy level.
Correspondingly, the noise detection module is specifically configured to: the method comprises the steps of obtaining ambient noise around the mobile terminal, comparing the ambient noise with a noise threshold value, determining that the ambient noise is in a quiet level if the ambient noise is smaller than or equal to the noise threshold value, and determining that the ambient noise is in a noisy level if the ambient noise is larger than the noise threshold value. The noise threshold value can be automatically adjusted to adapt to the use environments of different users, a plurality of noise threshold values can be set, the environmental noise is divided into more intervals, and the accuracy of scene mode adjustment is improved.
The motion detection module is specifically used for periodically acquiring coordinate information of the mobile terminal and obtaining the acceleration of the mobile terminal according to the coordinate information; and comparing the acceleration with a preset acceleration threshold, if the acceleration is greater than the acceleration threshold, determining that the mobile terminal is in a motion state, otherwise, determining that the mobile terminal is in a static state. The acceleration threshold value can be automatically adjusted to adapt to the use habits of different users.
The mode adjusting unit 330 is configured to adjust the scene mode according to the environmental noise and the motion state, and perform corresponding incoming call reminding for the incoming call.
According to the embodiment, when the incoming call information is received, the scene mode of the mobile terminal can be adjusted according to the current environmental noise and the motion state of the mobile terminal, the user is reminded in the incoming call reminding mode adaptive to the current use environment and the use state, and the user experience is improved. For example: if the location is a company type and the scene mode is determined not to be a silent mode, including,
when the environmental noise is in a quiet level and the mobile terminal is in a static state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a mode that the ring tone is changed from weak to strong;
when the environmental noise is in a quiet level and the mobile terminal is in a motion state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a smaller ring mode or a vibration mode;
when the environmental noise is in a noisy level and the mobile terminal is in a motion state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a vibration mode;
when the environmental noise is in a noisy level and the mobile terminal is in a static state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a maximum ring mode;
if the location is a company type and the scene mode is determined to be a silent mode, prohibiting adjustment of the scene mode.
Of course, the scene mode may also be adjusted in other ways according to the environmental noise and the motion state, and the scene mode of the mobile terminal may be customized to adapt to the usage habit of the user, which is not limited in the present invention.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for intelligently adjusting a scene mode of a mobile terminal further includes: and the history query module is used for determining whether the position is a place with a history setting record when receiving the incoming call information, and if so, acquiring a last set scene mode corresponding to the position and controlling the mobile terminal to switch to the scene mode. By memorizing the place which the user has gone and the historical setting condition in the place and controlling the mobile terminal to automatically switch to the scene mode which is set in the place last time after the user enters the place again, the intelligence of the mobile terminal is improved.
According to the third embodiment, the position of the mobile terminal is determined, if the mobile terminal is a recognizable place type, a preset scene mode is started, and otherwise, a recommended scene mode at the position is obtained through big data analysis; when receiving incoming call information, determining whether a history setting record exists at the current position, if so, directly adjusting the scene mode to be the scene mode at the position last time, otherwise, detecting the ambient noise around the mobile terminal and the motion state of the mobile terminal, adjusting the scene mode according to the ambient noise and the motion state, and performing corresponding incoming call reminding aiming at the incoming call. The scheme of this embodiment combines position, ambient noise and motion state intelligent control mobile terminal to adjust to corresponding scene mode, and this embodiment scheme still has memory and learning function simultaneously, and is more intelligent, and the degree of accuracy is high.

Claims (16)

1. A method for intelligently adjusting scene modes of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
positioning the position of the mobile terminal, finding a scene mode corresponding to the position, and starting the scene mode;
when incoming call information is received, detecting environmental noise around the mobile terminal and the motion state of the mobile terminal;
and adjusting the scene mode according to the environmental noise and the motion state, and performing corresponding incoming call reminding aiming at the incoming call.
2. The method for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein said finding the scene mode corresponding to the location comprises:
identifying a venue type to which the location belongs;
finding a preset scene mode corresponding to the place type;
or,
sending a request for acquiring a scene mode corresponding to the position to a server;
and receiving a scene mode returned by the server, wherein the scene mode is obtained by analyzing the scene modes of the mobile terminal set by a plurality of users at the positions through big data.
3. The method for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 2, wherein the venue type comprises: company type, house type, and entertainment type;
before the preset scene mode corresponding to the place type is found, the method further includes:
setting scene modes corresponding to different place types.
4. The method for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the detecting environmental noise around the mobile terminal and the motion state of the mobile terminal comprises:
acquiring environmental noise around the mobile terminal, comparing the environmental noise with a preset noise threshold value, and determining the level of the environmental noise;
the method comprises the steps of periodically obtaining coordinate information of the mobile terminal and determining the motion state of the mobile terminal, wherein the motion state comprises a motion state and a static state.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the comparing the environmental noise with a preset noise threshold to determine the current level of the environmental noise comprises:
dividing the environmental noise into a first noise interval and a second noise interval, wherein the noise of the first noise interval is less than or equal to the noise threshold, and the noise of the second noise interval is greater than the noise threshold;
establishing a corresponding relation of a first noise interval in a quiet level and establishing a corresponding relation of a second noise interval in a noisy level;
comparing the environmental noise with a preset noise threshold value to determine the level of the current environmental noise, specifically:
and comparing the environmental noise with the noise threshold, if the environmental noise is less than or equal to the noise threshold, determining that the environmental noise is in a quiet level, and if the environmental noise is greater than the noise threshold, determining that the environmental noise is in a noisy level.
6. The method for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining the coordinate information of the mobile terminal and determining the motion state of the mobile terminal comprises:
periodically acquiring coordinate information of the mobile terminal, and obtaining the acceleration of the mobile terminal according to the coordinate information;
and comparing the acceleration with a preset acceleration threshold, if the acceleration is greater than the acceleration threshold, determining that the mobile terminal is in a motion state, otherwise, determining that the mobile terminal is in a static state.
7. The method for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 6, wherein said adjusting the scene mode according to the environmental noise and motion state comprises:
if the location is a company type and the scene mode is determined not to be a silent mode, including,
when the environmental noise is in a quiet level and the mobile terminal is in a static state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a mode that the ring tone is changed from weak to strong;
when the environmental noise is in a quiet level and the mobile terminal is in a motion state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a smaller ring mode or a vibration mode;
when the environmental noise is in a noisy level and the mobile terminal is in a motion state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a vibration mode;
when the environmental noise is in a noisy level and the mobile terminal is in a static state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a maximum ring mode;
if the location is a company type and the scene mode is determined to be a silent mode, prohibiting adjustment of the scene mode.
8. The method for intelligently adjusting scene mode of mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein after receiving incoming call information,
and determining whether the position is a place with a history setting record, if so, acquiring a last set scene mode corresponding to the position, controlling the mobile terminal to switch to the scene mode, carrying out corresponding incoming call reminding aiming at the incoming call, and if not, detecting environmental noise around the mobile terminal and the motion state of the mobile terminal.

the scene determining module is used for finding a preset scene mode corresponding to the place type;
or,
the positioning unit includes: the mode request module is used for sending a request for acquiring the scene mode corresponding to the position to the server; and receiving a scene mode returned by the server, wherein the scene mode is obtained by analyzing the scene modes of the mobile terminal set by a plurality of users at the positions through big data.
11. The apparatus for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 10, wherein the location types comprise: company type, house type, and entertainment type;
the positioning unit further includes: and the setting module is used for setting scene modes corresponding to different place types.
12. The apparatus for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 9, wherein the incoming call detection unit comprises: a noise detection module and a motion detection module,
the noise detection module is used for acquiring environmental noise around the mobile terminal, comparing the environmental noise with a preset noise threshold value and determining the level of the environmental noise;
the motion detection module is used for periodically acquiring coordinate information of the mobile terminal and determining the motion state of the mobile terminal, wherein the motion state comprises a motion state and a static state.

The apparatus for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 12, further comprising: the device comprises a setting unit, a judging unit and a judging unit, wherein the setting unit is used for dividing environmental noise into a first noise interval and a second noise interval, the noise of the first noise interval is less than or equal to the noise threshold, and the noise of the second noise interval is greater than the noise threshold; establishing a corresponding relation of the first noise interval in the quiet level and establishing a corresponding relation of the second noise interval in the noisy level;

The apparatus for intelligently adjusting a scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 13, wherein the motion detection module is specifically configured to periodically obtain coordinate information of the mobile terminal, and obtain an acceleration of the mobile terminal according to the coordinate information; and comparing the acceleration with a preset acceleration threshold, if the acceleration is greater than the acceleration threshold, determining that the mobile terminal is in a motion state, otherwise, determining that the mobile terminal is in a static state.
15. The apparatus for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 14, wherein said adjusting the scene mode according to the environmental noise and motion state comprises:
if the location is a company type and the scene mode is determined not to be a silent mode, including,
when the environmental noise is in a quiet level and the mobile terminal is in a static state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a mode that the ring tone is changed from weak to strong;
when the environmental noise is in a quiet level and the mobile terminal is in a motion state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a smaller ring mode or a vibration mode;
when the environmental noise is in a noisy level and the mobile terminal is in a motion state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a vibration mode;
when the environmental noise is in a noisy level and the mobile terminal is in a static state, adjusting the environmental noise to be in a maximum ring mode;
if the location is a company type and the scene mode is determined to be a silent mode, prohibiting adjustment of the scene mode.

The apparatus for intelligently adjusting scene mode of a mobile terminal according to claim 9, further comprising: and the history query module is used for determining whether the position is a place with a history setting record when receiving the incoming call information, and if so, acquiring a last set scene mode corresponding to the position and controlling the mobile terminal to switch to the scene mode.
