本发明涉及一种直触式蓄电池充电电缆,包括有线夹片、无线夹片及电缆,所述的电缆的两个头部终端各通过包履方式固定有接触片;所述有线夹片的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有有线夹头;电缆固定于有线夹片内,且电缆的头部固定于有线夹头内,此接触片位于有线夹头上;所述无线夹片的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有无线夹头;在该有线夹片与无线夹片连接处设置有弹簧;所述的无线夹头与有线夹头呈对应分布,且有线夹头上的接触片的接触面与无线夹头对应。本发明的有益效果为:具有节约材料、降低成本的作用,在符合蓄电池充电电缆标准负载电流和标准电压降的情况下,它的导体截面积可以减少三分之一左右,大大的节省了材料,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种以降低接触电阻的直触式蓄电池充电电缆。
背景技术
在现有的同类产品中,它的结构是由两条电缆,在它的头部终端各铆接上一个夹持蓄电池桩头的夹子组成,在使用过程中,它的原理是把一个好的蓄电池的电能输送到一个欠电的蓄电池中,在连接的过程中,传统的夹子连接方式和夹头形状在于蓄电池电极桩头,存在着较大的接触电阻,在电能的传输过程中,会消耗较大的电能,产生较大的电压降,影响使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种蓄电池充电电缆的夹子与蓄电池电极桩头的新型接触方式的直触式蓄电池充电电缆。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的。这种直触式蓄电池充电电缆,包括有线夹片、无线夹片及电缆,所述的电缆的两个头部终端各通过包履方式固定有接触片;所述有线夹片的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有有线夹头;电缆固定于有线夹片内,且电缆的头部固定于有线夹头内,此接触片位于有线夹头上;所述无线夹片的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有无线夹头;在该有线夹片与无线夹片连接处设置有弹簧。所述的无线夹头与有线夹头呈对应分布,且有线夹头上的接触片的接触面与无线夹头对应;当无线夹片与有线夹片夹紧时,此时有线夹头上的接触片与无线夹头贴紧。
本发明的有益效果为:具有节约材料、降低成本的作用,在符合蓄电池充电电缆标准负载电流和标准电压降的情况下,它的导体截面积可以减少三分之一左右,大大的节省了材料,降低了成本;目前,该系列产品已获得了德国《蓄电池充电电缆DIN72553》的TUV认证证书。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:如附图1至3所示,本发明包括有线夹片1、无线夹片2及电缆3,所述的电缆3的两个头部终端各通过包履方式固定有接触片5;所述有线夹片1的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有有线夹头4;电缆3固定于有线夹片1内,且电缆3的头部固定于有线夹头4内,此接触片5位于有线夹头4上;所述无线夹片2的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有无线夹头6;在该有线夹片1与无线夹片2连接处设置有弹簧7。
所述的无线夹头6与有线夹头4呈对应分布,且有线夹头4上的接触片5的接触面与无线夹头6对应;当无线夹片2与有线夹片1夹紧时,此时有线夹头4的接触片5与无线夹头6贴紧。
本发明的主要工作方式是接触片5直接包履在电缆3的头部,当无线夹片2与有线夹片1夹紧时接触片5的弧面大面积的接触蓄电池电极的桩头,改变原来传统结构的有线夹头和蓄电池电极桩头的点接触,用以减少导体通电时的接触电阻,降低电压降,实际得到的效果是增大额定电流,或者要获得同样的额定电流、电压降就可以减少电缆的导体截面积,进而降低成本。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,不论在其形状或材料构成上作任何变化,凡是采用本发明所提供的结构设计,都是本发明的一种变形,均应认为在本发明保护范围之内。

1.一种直触式蓄电池充电电缆,包括有线夹片(1)、无线夹片(2)及电缆(3),其特征在于:所述的电缆(3)的两个头部终端各通过包履方式固定有接触片(5);所述有线夹片(1)的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有有线夹头(4);电缆(3)固定于有线夹片(1)内,且电缆(3)的头部固定于有线夹头(4)内,此接触片(5)位于有线夹头(4)上;所述无线夹片(2)的头端设置有凹槽,在该凹槽内固定有无线夹头(6);在该有线夹片(1)与无线夹片(2)连接处设置有弹簧(7);所述的无线夹头(6)与有线夹头(4)呈对应分布,且有线夹头(4)上的接触片(5)的接触面与无线夹头(6)对应;当无线夹片(2)与有线夹片(1)夹紧时,此时有线夹头(4)的接触片(5)与无线夹头(6)贴紧。
