技术领域
本发明涉及电气设备领域,具体地,涉及一种能够稳固电缆的引入装置。
背景技术
电缆引入装置是将电缆引入电气设备而不改变该设备防爆型式的装置,是外电路的电线或电缆进入防爆电气设备的过渡环节,它是防爆电器设备的重要组成部分,但同时也是防爆电气设备最薄弱的部分。
现有的电缆引入装置的在使用的时候容易发生电缆脱出的现象,不利于正常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够稳固电缆的引入装置,该电缆装置在原来装置的基础上增设了防电缆滑离装置,该装置通过将螺栓拧紧而将设置在装置内的电缆夹紧,防止电缆滑脱,从而能够满足正常使用的需求。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
能够稳固电缆的引入装置,包括接线盒、压盘、金属垫圈、钢质堵板、密封圈和联通节,所述接线盒和联通节相连,联通节内设置有钢质堵板和金属垫圈,所述钢质堵板和金属垫圈贴合在一起,钢质堵板和接线盒之间还设置有密封圈,密封圈和钢质堵板、接线盒、联通节均相接触,联通节的右侧还连接着压盘,所述压盘的尾部为喇叭状,且压盘的内部设置有平滑层,压盘的尾部还设置有防电缆滑离装置,所述防电缆滑离装置包括带螺纹孔的左筒体、带螺栓a的右筒体,左筒体和右筒体通过螺纹孔和螺栓a连接,所述螺纹孔为2个且轴对称的分布在左筒体上,螺栓a为2个且轴对称分布在右筒体上,左筒体、右筒体内均设置有带螺纹的槽。
实际应用时,左筒体和右筒体通过螺栓的连接将电缆固定在内,而左筒体和右筒体内的槽内的螺纹设置能够进一步防止电缆滑离,起到更好的防滑离效果。
2个所述螺栓之间还设置有电缆限位箍,电缆限位箍横跨左筒体和右筒体组成的圆柱形通道。
所述电缆限位箍的两端为竖直端,中部为具有弹性的弧形部分。电缆限位箍的设置是起到双重防滑离作用,电缆限位箍的弹性的弧形部分能够随着电缆的外径大小调整固定范围,能够更加灵活的进行限位电缆防止滑离。
所述密封圈上设置有多个圆柱形的槽。
多个所述槽的半径不相等。密封圈的这种设置能够适合同时引入的不同直径的电缆,满足引入不同电缆的实际需求。
所述压盘尾部的喇叭状的弧度为75-85°。弧度的设置是为了方便可弯曲的电缆进入的时候,不会被引入口折损,有利于可弯曲电缆的顺利进入。
所述密封圈为加入抗老化剂的橡胶。密封圈一般由橡胶组成,在长久的使用过程中,因为橡胶的老化现象的发生,密封圈的弹性会逐渐消失而失去密封作用,进而影响防爆电气设备的防爆安全性能,给密封圈添加适量的抗老化剂能够改善密封圈的老化性能,从而提高密封圈的使用性性能。
综上,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在原来装置的基础上增设了防电缆滑离装置,该装置通过将螺栓拧紧而将设置在装置内的电缆夹紧,防止电缆滑脱,从而能够满足正常使用的需求。

实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,能够稳固电缆的引入装置,包括接线盒1、压盘7、金属垫圈4、钢质堵板3、密封圈2和联通节5,所述接线盒1和联通节5相连,联通节5内设置有钢质堵板3和金属垫圈4,所述钢质堵板3和金属垫圈4贴合在一起,钢质堵板3和接线盒1之间还设置有密封圈2,密封圈2和钢质堵板3、接线盒1、联通节5均相接触,联通节5的右侧还连接着压盘7,所述压盘7的尾部为喇叭状,且压盘7的内部设置有平滑层,压盘7的尾部还设置有防电缆滑离装置8,所述防电缆滑离装置8包括带螺纹孔的左筒体82、带螺栓6a的右筒体81,左筒体82和右筒体81通过螺纹孔和螺栓6a连接,所述螺纹孔为2个且轴对称的分布在左筒体82上,螺栓6a为2个且轴对称分布在右筒体81上,左筒体82、右筒体81内均设置有带螺纹的槽。
实际应用时,左筒体82和右筒体81通过螺栓6的连接将电缆固定在内,而左筒体82和右筒体81内的槽内的螺纹设置能够进一步防止电缆滑离,起到更好的防滑离效果。
实施例2:
如图1和图2所示,和实施例1类似,区别在于:

1.能够稳固电缆的引入装置,其特征在于,包括接线盒(1)、压盘(7)、金属垫圈(4)、钢质堵板(3)、密封圈(2)和联通节(5),所述接线盒(1)和联通节(5)相连,联通节(5)内设置有钢质堵板(3)和金属垫圈(4),所述钢质堵板(3)和金属垫圈(4)贴合在一起,钢质堵板(3)和接线盒(1)之间还设置有密封圈(2),密封圈(2)和钢质堵板(3)、接线盒(1)、联通节(5)均相接触,联通节(5)的右侧还连接着压盘(7),所述压盘(7)的尾部为喇叭状,且压盘(7)的内部设置有平滑层,压盘(7)的尾部还设置有防电缆滑离装置(8),所述防电缆滑离装置(8)包括带螺纹孔的左筒体(82)、带螺栓(6)a的右筒体(81),左筒体(82)和右筒体(81)通过螺纹孔和螺栓(6)a连接,所述螺纹孔为2个且轴对称的分布在左筒体(82)上,螺栓(6)a为2个且轴对称分布在右筒体(81)上,左筒体(82)、右筒体(81)内均设置有带螺纹的槽;
